I thought they were very responsive and prompt. If they would have been the lowest price I would have used them. I may return to them to replace my front door.

Excellent. We planned to have Deluxe Door Systems replace the opener because of its age. The technician could have just replaced it, but instead suggested we keep the one we have. Their honestly was appreciated.

We were very satisfied with both the fact that the rep knew not to replace the door opener (and didn't try to talk us into replacing it anyway) and that the installation of the new door was done promptly.

I called to schedule an emergency door repair as the door had come off of the track and was half way up/down. Since security was an issue, I wanted it repaired before the evening was over. I called about 6:30pm and was told that it would be about 90 minutes before the on-call service man would be there. He called about 9:30 and asked if I still wanted him to come out and I confirmed that I did. He was at the house about 10:15 and spent about 40 minutes repairing and lubricating the door. He was very professional and seemed to do an excellent job.

I wish they did more than just garage doors. Friendly, professional, reliable, competitively priced, one of the best experiences I have had with a service company. Thanks Angie's List for helping people find these diamonds in the rough.

Switch of our 20-years old garage door was broken. I called them 7 PM on Thursday but they answered to my phone. They came next day, confirmed my finding, and fix it using alternative part since original part was not available. In addition, they exchange two rollers and lubricate. They never try to sell other services unless it is necessary and minimize the cost. Work was done quickly, just 15 min. The cost was reasonable in compare to other competitors, which I asked around and found in this web site. I definitely ask them next time.

I couldn't be more pleased. John did phenomenally great work and clearly cares about quality, details, and customer satisfaction. I'm pretty picky about those same things, and I have very high standards, but John and Deluxe Doors did a great job. The whole job took a couple of hours, but John was very pleasant throughout and took the time to make sure things were right. I'm a teacher and really like to understand how things work, and John took the time to do just that, including some great insights on programming the remotes, features of the units, etc. Bottom line, I would tell ANYONE interested in having garage doors serviced and/or new openers installed (heck, anything related to garage doors) that you don't need to even consider anyone else. Just call Deluxe Door. They treat you like they treat their own family members. I don't give glowing endorsements like that very often, but John and Deluxe Doors deserve every bit of it!

Our garage door was not operating correctly. Deluxe Door Systems scheduled a time to service the door that was convenient for us. This company is very service oriented from scheduling to job completion.

The garage door broke on a Friday evening as we returned home. My wife's car was stuck in the garage but we did not need to get it out until the work week. We called Deluxe Door Systems on Saturday to try and get someone out on Monday. They returned the call on Sunday and the appointment was set for Monday morning and the technician would call before he came. He arrived looked at the broken cable, said it was unusual for them to break like that and fixed it in about 15 minutes. He recommended a sturdier door when we were ready to replace and told us we could replace our circa 1975 receiver to get new garage door openers without having to replace the entire opener which he said was one of the best ones ever made. We were not ready to replace that at the time but were very satisfied with his promptness, quick fix, and low price.

Mark arrived on time and completed the service in about 30 minutes. He also lubricated the door and it is operating better than ever.

I made an appointment to have the springs for my garage door replaced on Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. Because no one had arrived by 4:00, I called the company. The company either forgot about the appointment or the workers got behind. They wanted me to wait until Saturday for the replacement of the springs, but I was busy on Saturday. They called in a person to install the springs on Friday and gave me a $25 discount in addition to the $10 coupon because of the inconvenience. The worker was very courteous and professional. He explained some things about maintaining the door and opener. The company gave me a lifetime warranty on the springs. The worker was careful to fully explain the terms of the warranty. I was satisfied with the work.

It was excellent service. They came out the same day and they were very professional while they corrected the problem. The price was reasonable as well. Mark Lowes did a very nice job.

Deluxe Door rep suggested a new door when doing maintenance to the existing door. We received a price quote. Even though we've used the company twice before, I still called around for comparison. Another company quoted a better price but I wasn't familiar with them. When I called Deluxe back they agreed to match the lower quote because I was a repeat customer. On the scheduled install day I received a call early that the new door was dented and we had to wait a day for a new door. The install tech arrived on time. I liked that he was not intrusive. I had just brought home my newborn first child a week earlier. He installed the door, hauled away the old, cleaned up most of his trash and was gone within the hour. This is my 3rd experience with this company and I will continue to use as needed and recommend to friends and family.

Worker explained all of the work in detail and educated us a bit on garage door maintenance. Very timely and professional.

I received the names of three reputable companies and all could probably provide the door and service, however the critical decision was based on their solution to solving an uneven door opening. One said to get a carpenter, the other said he would install a piece of vinyl. Deluxe doors used a piece of cedar to match the house. From the time I signed the contract until the completion of the product, I felt comfortable with my decision and they proved my trust. Keep up the good work.

I had called at 7:30 in the morning and Mark arrived a little after 9:00. He was very pleasant and helpful. He also went out of his way to perform extra functions.

They were very effective, but busy. It was a week from contact to install. They worked with me to ensure I was satisfied with estimate, door, and timing. The install was clean, door was very nice looking and good construction, and they did not leave any garbage post install. Only thing I would suggest is to not put a company sticker on the wall without asking permission first.

Our garage door spring broke at 12:30 pm on a Friday afternoon, trapping our car inside the garage. I checked Angie's list, and Deluxe Doors promised to arrive by 4 pm. They were on time. Both workers were polite and professional and the work was quickly completed in about 1/2 hour. One worker then took the time to give me tips on tightening the hinge bolts and making sure the hinges were properly lubricated on a regular basis. He also explained how to complete cosmetic repair to fix water damage on the door, rather than trying to sell me a new door. This company gets my highest recommendation.

Delixes Door Systems came out the same day that I called. Even though only one of the rollers was bad (really bad) it was recommended that all of the rollers be replaced since there were installed at the same time.

They were great! They came out within 24 hours and fixed the door. I have even recommended them to other family members.

I had called another company and got their email. I left a message but they never returned my call. I looked up Deluxe on Angie's list and made the call. Not only did they answer the call, they were at my door with 30 minutes and had the springs replaced with in 45 minutes. Wow! Nothing happens that fast when you are trying to get someone out to your house for service.

Excellent. Same day service. Called at 10:00 a.m. and repair man was out by noon, and finished in twenty minutes. Very helpful and professional. Would recommend.

The spring broke on our overhead door--we called them on Friday afternoon. They assured that we could get the car out [it already was] and came first thing Saturday morning, at our convenience--before leaving to go out of town.

Deluxe Door was great! I called on Friday afternoon for a quote and they installed the next morning. The installation by Mark was quick and he took the time to explain how the system works, helping me set up my car remotes to control the door. I would not hesitate using them again.
