Garage door wouldn't go down normally. Thought it needed replacement. Deluxe came day after phone call prepared to install new door opener. BUT, the representative, Mark, made adjustments and the door is working fine. I've used this company before and they are terrific.

We called late afternoon and someone was there first thing the next morning. The technician replaced the wheels, and then found out the motor in our opener was shot. He rebuilt it in about 20 minutes. The door now runs so much smoother and with just a fraction of the noise it used to make.

The service was very good. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Called to let us know they were on their way.

I received service the same day I called. The appt. was made at my convenience. The technician showed up when he said he would. He checked everything, discussed with me what was needed and then repaired everything. The garage door opener now works every time.

I had a problem over the weekend and called them on Sunday expecting them to call me on Monday. They called me Sunday and made an appointment first thing for Monday morning. They were very responsive for a weekend, I didn't expect to hear from them.

There was a hiccup in the scheduling of the visit, but once they were here it went quickly and professionally.

They were efficient, on time and charged a fair price. We were pleased with their work.

He worked diligently. The door is pretty and matches the trim of our house. I'm very grateful that they were able to get someone here so quickly. The price was quite good. They replaced both the door and the door opener. I also received an AL discount.

FANTASTIC. This company knows how it's done. I chose Clopay and ultimately Deluxe Door Systems after much online research; Wayne Dalton and Clopay doors are neck and neck. Being able to see and hear the doors in action at Deluxe Door's Flint Rd. site and knowing the doors are made by Clopay in Troy, OH convinced me this is the way to go. I could not be more pleased! As for the opener, I had requested the door installer to not replace the opener but to 'tighten' the chain to remove the slack from 15 years of use. He warned me that this may cause the bearings on the motor to fail sooner. And sure enough, my request caused the motor to die less than 2 weeks after the door install. Again, Jeff and the crew does it right. They returned my call after business hours on a weeknight to discuss what may be wrong with the opener, we decide the opener is beyond this life, offers to replace with the Liftmaster Belt Drive at the same combined price as with a door. And they install next day!

When I arrived home from work on 1/28/2008 my garage door opened only half way. I had to disengage the garage door from the opener to close it manually. I call Deluxe Door Systems Inc. the morning of 1/29/2008 and they said they would have someone out between 3-5 pm. Mark arrived on time and diagnosed the problem that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. He quoted a fee of $135 less $10 for my Angie's List coupon. He completed the work in about 30 minutes. He was very professional and gave me a lot of good advice. The door now works better than ever!

I called, set up the appointment, they came when promised, performed the work, and left...

The service technician was a wonderful person. Only took him 20-30 minutes to do everything. Plus he gave me some maintenance tips to keep the door in good working operation. I would definitely call this company again. They were great from the original call into the company to make an appointment, to the service call.

The company was quick with responses. With winter approaching, I wanted to get the door installed quickly and they were willing to come out on short notice to install. Also, there was a mistake on the install and a pin fell out. I called the company and they immediately came out to fix the problem and insure that everything was correct. The new door and system is fabulous! They said how much they appreciated Angie's List customers and really showed that through their prompt actions!

I made an appointment for an afternoon when I could be home. The owner came by in the morning instead and left materials in my mailbox. I made a second appointment for the following afternoon and rearranged my schedule to be at home. After wasting an entire afternoon at home, someone called to say that they were short staffed and could not come by for another two days. The final quote that we received was competitive with others. However, we went with another company for a variety of reasons. When I called Deluxe Doors to say that we were not going to use them, the owner made negative comments about the company we chose. This just served to confirm our decision to go with another company (who, by the way, had said nice things about Deluxe Doors!).

They also added WD40 to the door, he was very knowledgeable, and informed how to prevent this in the future.

Byrum promptly mailed the estimates and the prices were reasonable and a discount coupon was offered. The door was a special order and a 3 week wait resulted. Ron did the installation. He called 30 minutes before arrival and did an excellent job of installation and clean up afterward.

They were very polite and friendly and they cleaned up well after themselves.

Excellent. The spring broke at 10 p.m. on a Monday night and I called and left a message at 7:30 a.m. Within 15 minutes someone called back and after I described the problem (and the fact that the door wouldn't open and my car was trapped inside), the company had someone out by 8:15 a.m. Everything was done within an hour.

Great same-day service. Garage door would not open all the way. Company came out within 3 1/2 hours of call for repair. Replaced two large, heavy springs.($225.00) Also replaced the bottom seal on the garage door for $2/foot. Adjusted the door to hit properly. Garage door now sounds quieter and seals all the way at the bottom. Technician was pleasant to work with.

We were very concerned, as the weather was starting to turn cold and we didn't want to have to park outside for an extended length of time. The people at Deluxe were great, from the receptionist (who offered to have someone come out the day I reported the problem) to the gentleman who actually completed the work. Overall, the experience could not have been any better.

Excellent! They went the extra mile for me. They came out in the morning, discovered what needed to be done. They came back out in the afternoon and finished the job in very little time. I am very impressed by their service.

Saturday morning opened garage door went to close it and it wouldn't close got stuck half down (I was worried because it was a weekend and I needed service promptly) I called two companies 1st company couldn't come that day, said they could come on Monday. I didn't want my garage door in the up position overnight, so I called Deluxe Door Systems seeing that they were highly recommended from Angie's List. Very friendly person that I talked with. She said they had someone in my area that morning and asked if I wanted them to call before coming. I said yes, the appointment was scheduled for 1 pm but the repair person was able to come earlier he got there around 11:00, he called first as promised and was there within 20 min of his call. He also was very friendly, fixed door and was done within 30 min. Would use again.

Our garage door would stop mid way up & get stuck. After several attempts to fix it ourselves, we assumed the springs needed to be replaced & we called Deluxe Door, who gave us an estimate for a (spring) part replacement over the phone. When Mark came out he gave us an estimate for parts or full replacement of our 20+ year old garage door. However, he pointed out that our current springs (per our rigging) were still functional. So for a $55 service call fee, he made the necessary adjustments using our existing parts. Now the door works.

Garage was broke. I called the company at about 8:30am this morning and they were out at my house at 2:00pm. Great work. Much better service than I expected. I wish I would've known about them before.
