They replaced the existing garage door that we had and put in new springs. They came back about a week later to replace a panel that had a crack in it because a nail went through it. The total time that they worked on everything summed up to less than a day.

Good except that they came at the wrong time and then had to send someone else out.

Deluxe Door was great to work with. They arrived for the estimate and installation when they said they would. The office staff was a joy to work with as well. The installation was done in a timely and professional manner. The new garage door looks great!

They were excellent. They did a great job on our garage door. They removed and disposed our old garage. They did the job quick. We were very satisfied with their work.

The Technician arrived on Friday within the specified time and started work immediately. He removed my old garage door and reinstalled the new steel door within 1-1/2hrs. He was very exact on his measurements and the balancing of the door with the opener. He came up short with the rubber trim and it was replaced as soon as I gave a reminder call on Monday. The technician was very professional. He removed all of the old door and parts when he left. Excellent Company.

Mark did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and took his time to explain all of the important maintenance issues so that I could help prevent costly repairs in the future. The door was very creaky and loud when raised and lowered before, but it hums now! Mark not only did a great job with the door, he was a pleasure to speak with and provided top notch customer service. My recommendation would be to never let him go! I will definitely give referrals to friends and neighbors for a job very well done.

I called Deluxe Door and explained my problem (door would not open electronically or manually) and set up an appointment for about 2 hours later. Not only was the service technician on time, he was early! He explained what was wrong and gave me the cost to repair. Then made a suggestion that I thought could save me a lot of anguish if the problem happened again and it was only a small amount more. I was very pleased with the work and it was done quickly and the door was back in operation. This company is absolutely my garage door company now.

When Mark from Deluxe Door arrived to replace my garage door springs he was surprised to find that the door system was so outdated. Replacement springs would be hard to find. After some discussion, he persuaded me to upgrade the existing assembly to a modern torsion system. However, the cost was almost 50% higher than the original estimate and work would have to be rescheduled for the next business day. Within the hour I received a call from Lisa at Deluxe Door. She said that Mark had already explained to her that there was a mix-up about the type of door lift system needing replacement and why repairs could not be performed that day. But good news Jeff Mays, the owner, was going to lower the price of replacement to within a few dollars of the original quote. I now have a new, safer and superior garage door system and at a great price. Excellent job!! Five stars for Deluxe Door!

Very well. Deluxe was the first (and only) company to return my call for service. They were friendly and accommodating on the phone. The technician arrived during the specified time frame, was friendly and quick and did a good job.

Jeff showed up on time and we couldn't ask for a smoother experience. It made a world of difference. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had called another company and he said he would come out the next and call back later that night. Needless to say they never showed. We checked Angie's List and this company never seemed to have a complaint or negative thing on over 2 pages of reviews. We called, they set up a time the very next day. Mark called to let me know he was on his way within his window that they gave us. He fixed our garage in less than 30 minutes and even explained to me what he did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Customer Service was excellent from the estimate all the way through the job completion. They did have to reschedule the original service call - not a big deal since they notified us the prior day. I inquired if it we would have been better off with a new door and/or opener as well, but they said there was no need to spend that extra money. The conversion took longer than expected because of the weight of our door, but there was no additional charge. The service technician, Mark, seemed proficient and he was very friendly. He even joked that if there was such a thing as a garage door school, that our door would have been on the test.

The assessment, estimate, installation, clean up and invoicing were professional and efficient.

They sold me a high end door and installed next day. They were suppose to fix the touch pad as part of the deal. They re-programmed, it worked 1 time and stopped. When we called 2 weeks later to report, they said they would charge us a service fee to come out and take a look at it and we would likely have to replace it. No service after the sale so remember this if you have a problem. They only care about getting their money.

I made the appointment with a person who was courteous and had someone out the next day. The service person came out, explained what he was going to do, told me the price and quickly installed the new spring. I asked all kinds of questions and he was very patient and well informed. This happened right after the blizzard in March and I was afraid I had done something to cause it to break. He assured me it wasn't my fault. In fact, he said I was lucky because I had gotten many more years of service out of the spring than would be expected. Right now everything seems to be fine. He also tightened a few bolts, etc. on the garage door opener rails and greased the metal grooves where the garage door goes up and down. He said he could make it a little more quiet when operating and he did!

Happy with results. I appreciate that he didn't just try to sell me new garage door openers.

Above and beyond that, he performed a safety check and adjusted a few things. He also made recommendations for future work. I feel confident in his work. And the garage door is fine now.

I scheduled the work over the phone and knew exactly what I needed (which were two openers as I had lost both) and the service was scheduled for a few days later. The technician arrived timely and also serviced the door, as it needed oil. He was done within an hour.
