I liked the location of their showroom. I have used this company before for repairs and have been satisfied with their service. They had a big selection of doors. I chose a high quality product. They had information and they were helpful. They were quick in their responses.

The technician arrived on time, knew what he was doing, answered all my questions, and gave a thorough explanation of how to use the entry pad. Our garage door has never worked better, and it is much quieter. I thought we would have to replace the door, but was told that it was not necessary. The estimate was higher than quoted($25 more)because we decided to get an extra remote.

Great, fantastic. I tried other door companies and a handyman company- all said I should replace the door. The door had a spring break and minimal damage to the door. They fixed it good as new for a lot less than a new door.

From start to finish, this was a good experience. Lisa, the woman in the office, is very personable and was able to get a technician, Mark, out the same day. Mark spent lots of time explaining everything and did not hesitate to put his expert opinion in writing for our insurance company. I thought it was nice that Mark brought product flyers of the garage door he recommended so that we could see the product we was suggesting. This is a very customer-oriented company!

Everything went very well from start to finish. Everyone from the office staff to the installers were friendly and professional. The workmanship and the quality of the door are outstanding.

My old garage door opener was not working and it had to be replaced and John made sure it had to be replaced, he tested it. He came out again to check my code unit and for what I was using it for, I did not need a heavier unit and he brought me the correct one from a warehouse.

First technician arrived the same day and assessed the existing system and determined that completed replacement would be necessary. The system I had was a DIY system that they do not carry parts for. Technician arrived on time after calling 20 minutes ahead. Removed old torsion system and replaced with new system. Very professional. All parts and labor included. After replacing the system he adjusted the spring to lift the door with just one hand. He spent whatever time he had left conducting a 15-point safety checklist and adjusting the old Stanley garage door opener so that the door would open and close just perfectly. He didn't have to do that. I replaced the opener the next weekend.

I thought I'd be paying for a new opener, but the technician found a broken wire and fixed it; quick and inexpensive! I was thrilled it wasn't more expensive than it was. He gave good advice on my openers and doors, told me how to maintain them so they last longer, and prevent his future visits.

I called today for spring replacement and general service. They were able to schedule an appointment for this afternoon. John was very knowledgeable and finished the work in a timely manner. He pointed out and fixed several things that were not done correctly when our builders installed the door 10 years ago.

They were very good. They came out the day I called and they were very courteous and finished in half an hour. He explained everything about the garage door. We would call them again.

Well. They came out to our house once on a service call to answer questions and show us some maintenance tricks. Very friendly.

We called in the morning and someone was out in the afternoon to help fix the door. It turned out that it was a little bent due to being hit by the van a few times. He replaced some of the metal brackets, pushed the dent out and oiled the door cables. It works like new.

They did a great job. When I made the call they were available that same day, but I opted to have them come the following day. They were flexible with my schedule. We right on time. They inspected the problem, fixed it and then proceeded to go above and beyond, and oiled up both of my garage doors.

We were very happy with this company - responsive and very professional. They worked in conjunction with our insurance company in replacing a damaged garage door and provided a superior replacement and offered tips on maintenance and color choice. I would highly recommend!

Repairman came at the time promised on same day that I called. One of the cables had broken and the other was badly rusted. He replaced the cables, adjusted the door, lubricated the rollers, lubricated the springs to prevent rust, and showed me how to make the door weather tight.

I was very satisfied with them. When they originally installed the doors, they forgot one screw. I called and they came right back. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

I called around and Deluxe was the only one that would be able to get out to my house the next day. They were extremely friendly and understanding on the phone. Unlike others I talked to, Deluxe said that both springs would have to be replaced but it was still less expensive than the other quotes. They also provide a lifetime guarantee on the springs. The technician was out the next day as promised. He was also very friendly and professional. He had the work done in no time at all and left no mess behind. I was very pleased and will call them when I need to replace the door opener.

He was on time, gave me the Angie's List discount and we were very very pleased. I'd used someone else before and they were just OK, but THIS company was great!

Our garage door was not working. I called Deluxe Door Systems and they scheduled someone to come out to our house that day. Mark came out to our house and determined that the springs needed to be replaced. He then replaced the springs. Mark took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Deluxe Door Systems exceeded my expectations with respect to customer service.

They had a very nice gentleman that came out. He was polite, professional, and his vehicle had a professional appearance as well.

They arrived promptly the same day that the same day I called. They installed a first class unit. The workmanship was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. The technicians were extremely professional and cleaned up very well. They were very efficient and did a first rate job. Great experience!
