I would use them in the future.

We purchased two eyeglass frames and filled three eyeglass prescriptions with Costco and have been very pleased. They put lenses in one pair of frames that we already owned for an additional cost. Their prices are much less than the competitors we checked, and the frames and lenses seem to be high quality.

The pharmacist helped me save significant medication costs. I was using a name brand medication and she called as soon as the med went generic, saving me several hundred dollars each 90 day supply. She also coordinated with my physician on another medication to double the dosage of the pill, and for me to take 1/2 pill at a time. This simple change again saved several hundred dollars. Although this may never happen again, I appreciate her initiative on my behalf.

I noticed a flat tire when I returned to my car from shopping. The tire manager fixed the tire for no charge. I had been shopping for tires, but the manager told me to wait 3 weeks until Costco had their tire sale, saving me an additional $80.00. Their tire prices were the best I could find(even prior to sale). Everything went smoothly. Tire rotation is free.

We drive 20 miles to go to this wholesale and pass their competitor along the way. It is worth the trip!!!

When I went to the customer service desk, I had all of my four returns piled on the desk. I did not have a receipt to prove purchase nor if the price had changed to be returned less money, but I didn't need these items and thought I'd see if they would accept these returns. The gentleman behind the desk was quite friendly and told me a receipt was not necessary as long as the items were purchased within the last four years!!! Since this store hasn't even been open for a year, that was easy! He returned everything and had to make a price adjustment...one item had been reduced, and he returned the exact amount that I paid!!! Their competitor just lost me as a customer. Their return desk has had surly staff and if an item is less (without a receipt), you are returned the lesser amount! Why can't all stores adopt this software? It's obviously out there! Kudos to Costco for making the this customer feel valued!!!
