Very good communication, pleasure to work with. Prompt delivery and pickup.

They cautiously delivered the storage bin without damaging my driveway. The sky light roof made it easy to see when the sun went down. They delivered and picked up the BIN in a timely manner.

Awesome. This company is amazingly responsive. The bin arrived as requested and was clean and in good repair. Doug, the driver, was as friendly as could be and he placed the bin in exactly the requested spot. Their system to load and unload was very smooth. None of our belongings were damaged in transit. Highly recommend these folks!

After recently marrying, my husband and I decided to sell his condo in Westerville and move to my condo downtown while we build our retirement home out of the area. We quickly received an offer for the condo with one caveat: the buyers were relocating and needed to close quickly. Fortunately we had an excellent realtor and the home was already pared down to the essentials for staging. We called and were able to schedule a Bin to be dropped off exactly on the day we needed and they were there the very next morning to pick up the full bin. We will be using Bins again next week after confirmation that the buyers loan has gone through to empty the remaining contents and store at Bins warehouse while we build our house,

Greg was very responsive to my needs. Both he and the truck driver were friendly and pleasant to work with. My items did not shift during transport and the bin fit conveniently in a parking space and driveway. I highly recommend this company!

Good experience, they showed up on time on all drops and pickups. Nothing was damaged.

They did a great job of delivering empty containers, coming to pick them up when they are full, and delivering them back when we were ready to move the contents back into the home.

They were fine. They were on time; they delivered when we wanted them to. I would use them again.

I called for more information after thoroughly reviewing their website. The owner - Greg - answered right away once I chose to speak to a salesperson. I told him I was comparing him to PODS and saw some things on his website that made me want to choose BINS. When I asked about the Bi-weekly rate he told me they didn't offer it anymore. I made him aware of where it mentioned it on the website and it is even included in his comparison chart to PODS. (Later I came in here to reads the reviews and saw someone had the same experience earlier in the month - it still today shows this option.) Next I told him I thought it was great they supplied moving supplies - he told me that's not true. I again told him where it says it on his website. I thought maybe I misread it and asked how much the supplies cost. He still said they don't do that but he could sell me 6 boxes (LOL, for a whole house?), but didn't know at what price he'd charge me. (His website still mentions they "deliver supplies to help pack and organize your belongings; Boxes, tape, and bubble wrap." - on the homepage even and "Supplies delivered to help you: boxes, bubble wrap and tape." - on another page.) I still inquired about more...moved onto pricing. I have to say his pricing is better than PODS. But then we started talking about reserving the BINS. He was very noncommittal about the timeframe I would need them and told me things like his warehouse was almost full, he had ordered more BINS, he could place my name on a list for one. However, he never said he would be able to commit that I would have the BINS in time. Needless to say we are choosing PODS. I did not have confidence that this company would be able to deliver what I needed, when I needed. I have to say I am completely disappointed in this company. If the company itself lived up to everything their really nice website said they offered then they would really have something. I rated a D because I did not feel that the owner was living up to what was advertised on his website and feel it's not good business practice.

I don't believe in leaving F ratings for companies I do not hire, so I'm rating them a C. Called to schedule a mobile storage unit for 14 days (which is advertised on Angies List). Was told by owner, Greg, that they are no longer doing 14-day rentals. Minimum rental is 30 days. He refused to come down in price, even told me that "if I didn't rent it, the next guy would." PODS ended up being a better deal. With that attitude, I wouldn't have gone with Bins - even if they had been a better value.

I attempted to get a quote for a storage unit 1 week prior to my move. I left 2 messages on the voice mail and left a request on the web site. Both stated someone would contact me. 3 weeks later- I have stll not heard from them.
