Matt Keller, the salemen showed up at my house with another gentlemen (Andy) to show us their product. Both Matt and Andy were very easy going and not pushy at all when it came down to make our decision. We looked at Sears and Champion, and not only did Window Nation come in below both of their prices, I thought their product was better than both the Sears and Champion Windows (core insultation, ratings, etc.) Window Nation was the first company we met with, and honestly, save yourself the time, unless you are looking at going with a rolls royce of windows, they have a great product and a fair price. After we had decided to go with Window Nation, the turn-around time was just a few weeks to fabricate the windows and to schedule the installation appointment. The installers (Matt, Tim, Luke, and Frank) were great guys. Went above and beyond what I thought I was actually going to receive for a window installation and were able to get all 9 windows and the bay installed in one day. Matt and Tim had to return the next day (a Saturday) to rough in the opening and install the custom slider. I couldn't be happier with their work and have recommended Window Nation to my parents already.

They did a really good job. The people who installed them did a quick installment. It wasn't like they went away and didn't complete the job and came back the next day. They were very efficient. The group that stained the windows took about 2 days to complete the job. The man we worked with was excellent and came back and checked everything. We were very pleased. I don't know how much they charged us because my husband wrote the checks to them. We would definitely use them in the future.

I signed the contract on 10/14/2009, and they said it would take about four weeks for the windows to come in. While I was waiting for the windows to come in, I saw an advertisement on television from the same company offering a free upgrade to triple-pane windows. I called them to request the upgrade last week, and they told me I would have to pay an additional $1000 to upgrade the windows. They said I had not ordered the correct windows to be eligible for the upgrade, and they are unwilling to honor their promotion.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate after seeing all kinds of ads on the tv and hearing testimonials on the radio about Window Nation. I've been wanting to get new windows for some time, and with the $1500 tax credit this year, it just seemed like the perfect time to get it done. The salesman, Matt, came around noon time and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He brought in a sample window from his car and let me see what my windows would be like. I was just so impressed with my presentation and even more impressed with the estimate that Matt gave me, that I just decided not to waste anymore time and go ahead with it. Matt told me that it would take about 4 weeks to build the windows for my house and that the service dept. would call when they were ready to install. I was so excited about getting my new windows because I had really old drafty wood windows. Finally the phone call came and an appointment was set up for the following week for installation at 8 a.m. The installers were right on time and started right in putting the new windows in my house. They were very professional and very nice. The weather was not that great that day- it was raining, not real hard, but raining and they kept right on working until the job was completed. By 2:30 p.m. they had all 13 windows put in and the caps put on and were cleaning up. I was really pleased with the job that was done and my house really got a face lift. I really can't say enough good things about this company. From the sales presentation to the end of the installation everything was very smooth. I tell everyone about my new windows and about Window Nation.

Top of the line service. the installers were very competent and efficient. They Delivered on what they promised and the price was excellent and they did it in a timely manner.

My husband and I were really impressed by the sales rep. (Matt). He was punctual and his sales presentation was great. We had 3 other estimates and Window Nations' was right in the middle. We liked their window better than the other 3 companies and was also impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved from the sales rep to the installers and the office admin.s that called to follow-up. The windows look great and I would recommend Window Nation to anyone looking for a good deal on quality windows..

We called Window Nation after I saw an advertisement on TV for 189/window. I know that this is usually the cheapest window, but I was hoping not to spend a ton more on each window. The salesman came to our house on time, was very nice, but ended up going into a very long sales pitch with demonstrations. He never asked about a budget and began giving us quotes that were MUCH higher than other estimates we received. He also used the "call his guy" routine for wholesale windows that we HAD to agree to that evening. Needless to say, by the time we heard this routine we were bored, hungry (it was at dinnertime) and were not pleased with the numbers. Do your research and don't get tricked! :)
