Window Nation Cleveland

We had another company do windows the year before and weren't happy with the installation, so we decided to go with Window Nation for the remaining picture and front door and storm door. The salesman came out promptly, gave us an estimate which seemed high, but the quality of the materials seemed better than what we had gotten before, so we went ahead. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. The job was done in one day, and the area was cleaned up and the fit and finish was better than we had gotten from the previous company.

MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE WINDOW BUYING PROCESS. THE ESTIMATE WAS DONE AT OUR HOUSE WITH ALL THE OPTIONS LAID OUT. WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE OUR TIME, ASK QUESTIONS, AND GET A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE PRODUCTS WE WERE ABOUT TO PURCHASE. WHAT WE LIKED ABOUT OUR SALESMAN WAS THAT HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT HIS PRODUCTS, AND HE DID NOT PUSH HIS TOP OF THE LINE WINDOW KNOWING THAT WE HAD A BUDGET TO WORK WITH. INSTALLATION OF THE WINDOWS AND DOOR TOOK PLACE ON THE PROPOSED DELIVERY DATE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WORKED THROUGHOUT THE DAY, CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS, LEAVING ONLY A TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCT SHOWING. I WOULD RECOMMEND WINDOW NATION TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND WONT HESITATE TO USE THEM FOR OTHER PROJECTS IN THE FUTURE,

I'm COMPLETELY satisfied with my windows from Window Nation!! I had my windows installed last week and both the salesperson and the installers were very knowledgable, friendly and courteous. They were punctual, efficient, and they answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the finished product. They were very thorough with their clean-up as well. I would recommend Window Nation to anyone I know!

I started out with just wanted 5 windows but based on the price I went with having all 9 windows replaced. I am a little skiddish in recommending this company because I think the sales person, Ron Jones, was handing me a bunch of lies. First he told me that Window Nation builds their own windows and uses their own installers. I found out that is not true. The windows and installers are providers of service to Window nation and NOT affiliated with each other in any way. As far as the quality of the windows - the verdict is still out. I hope they last and don't have any defects. The installers were very nice, appeared to have done good work and cleaned up a lll areas very nicely. I did call the salesman and asked him why he lied to me. He talked in circles and guaranteed that he would send his best team out to install the windows and that he would show up to make sure the job is getting done correctly. Well, they could not have been his crew because they were sub contracted and the salesman never showed up. AS far as the quality of the windows - the verdict is still out. I hope they last and do not have any hidden defects. This commentary is not directed towards the company that made the windows, nor the installers. It is directed at the salesman who is only interested in making a sale by talking a talk. I would not recommend talking to him.

Called them to find out about getting an estimate on replacing our living room windows - large picture window with a double-hung on either side. Took them until the next day to call me back. Then was told that he could talk to me over the phone about it, but since it was only 3 windows, his guys wouldn't want to come out for an estimate as they only made $15 a window, so $45 wasn't enough to get them to come out. So told him there was no need to go over the info on the phone, there were plenty of other companies out there who want my business. You know, it might have only been 3 windows right now, but we are also looking to replace a front door in the very near future and add french doors to our Florida room, plus redoing all the windows in our Florida room. Your business isn't always just about the right now - it's about cultivating relationships that may continue. This company seems a bit shortsighted and is only interested in what they can get right this minute. They don't want me now, they don't get me in the future either.

The best crew polite on cleaned up everything. Amy mikes is a special representative. Great to have a female to help with decisions. Returns calls promptly. Love new windows. Easy to clean.

PERFECT! A+. For a woman who had zero knowledge about purchasing windows, Ron Jonas was the perfect sales person. Ron took the time to help me fully appreciate why I needed new windows. He went through a full explanation of each Window Nation window, its pluses and minuses, cost and what I could expect from it. I felt fully educated and able to make an educated selection by the time we were done. And a great selection is just what I made. From the sales process, working with the Window Nation office setting up installation and the reminder call a few days ahead of installation, I could not have been more pleased with their customer service. The install team arrived on time, friendly and appropriately and neatly dressed. The gentleman introduced himself and each of staff. We walked through the house while others setup and he explained where they'd start, what I could expect. He suggested if I had any questions please see him and he'd answer my concerns. They got to work quickly and amazingly, cleaned up after the installation of each window. I was impressed. They started installation before 9a and when they left at 5:15 my house looked exactly like it did when they walked in, not one thing out of place. At the end of the installation, they went back through the house, rehung wooden blinds and made sure everything was back in order. To say the least - I was delighted. The yard was spotless and there was no trash in my garage. They took everything with them, old windows and all trim. I'm so pleased with the windows. My house looks updated, the house is cooler (in a very hot summer) less noisy and interestingly (to me) cleaner! I could not be happier. It was an investment well made, and I am completely satisfied. Window Nation will be my recommendation to friends and neighbors in need of new windows. And, thank you Window Nation to so generously supporting non-profits in Cleveland (UHSeidman Cancer Center)

Our representative was Amy. She is so pleasant and professional. It was so nice to have a lady help us with choices and colors. She was on schedule and got to be a friend. Installers were here almost all day. Also became friends with. Their cleanup was a blessing and our home is beautiful. I love how easy windows are to clean.Neighbors thought we even got new siding because it looked so good. Our neighbors love the new look. We are now waiting for new front door and new living room bay window. Can't wait! It was such an awesome job, we wanted to finish our new look. Their financial help really made this happen. We never knew we could afford such an under taking. We and Window Nation came out winners.

We were told the installers would be there to install our new Bow Window between 8-10am; there were there @ 8:02 a.m. The 2 men who removed the old window and installed the new Bow were extremely courteous and knowledgeable . They made every attempt to clean up all saw dust and took great care to cover everything with a tarp. If my husband was impressed, they had to be good.

Sales was the most annoying part. My wife and I work two very busy and different jobs, rarely do we have time to both go meet with someone at the same time. Sales insisted that we both be there for a sales presentation. I ended up saying either meet with me or we move on... they ended up doing the sales over the phone, refusing to come out. We shopped around and for the same brand of windows offered, Window Nation (WN) had a better price. They didn't have a lot of bad reviews so we decided just to bite the bullet (grudgingly) and use them.They scheduled us quickly and when we had a small problem with the contract or questions, they were very quick to respond. Installation day - the guys showed up right on time, went right to work, and finished early. They kept the house as clean as they could, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job with the windows. The windows themselves were as advertised. The few qwerks were a paint splotch in a weird place on the window frame that the contractor got rid of and we were left with (later found) a few pencil markings for labeling parts that should have been erased. Otherwise, very satisfied with the windows and installation. No problems in the 3 months since then. To recap, the only "F" I would give them is high pressure and annoying sales. Otherwise, price was good, product was good, installation was good.

I did not use Windows Nation because they are very expensive.

Overpriced and had to pay extra for additional work pertaining to the windows.

We have used their service before. We like Window Nation Inc. We like their service and their products. Their workmanship was good too.

Window Nation was contracted by us to install 3 patio doors and 19 windows. We specifically told the salesman that we wanted a full frame tear out, not pocket windows. We were assured that this would not be an issue. The engineer came out to measure and told us that we were only getting pocket windows. We called the salesman and asked for verification in writing within the cancellation period and they failed to deliver it. If a company can't put their intentions in writing than to me, they are not worthy of my money. From this point forward all salesman, office staff and general managers were very rude to my husband. The owner was the only one who could speak to someone with respect and he still told my husband one thing on the phone while "cancelling" the contract on us by letter. After all of this they placed a hold on two of our credit cards: one with the down payment and the credit card opened to pay for the window purchase. We had to argue on the phone for an hour to have them release our money. Stay away.

They’ve been great. Their price was very fair. Across the board they were very good.

This is the second time we have worked with them and probably we felt that they were good company. I guess to spend that kind of money it helps in the quality. The windows were prepared and installed timely. The guys that came out did a professional, thorough and nice job. The quality of service was very good.

Everything went really well from the moment I met their salesman. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely refer them to others.

From the moment the sales rep walked into our house I felt very comfortable with Window Nation. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. He explained the windows in detail and made me very confident that we were making the correct choice. Given the superior quality of the windows I felt comfortable with the price and the entire sales experience. We purchased several windows as well as a new front door and could not be happier with decision. The window installation went very smoothly and Dave (our sales rep) even came over during the installation to make sure we were satisfied. We had several window companies out, and although Window Nation did not offer us the lowest price, their windows and service exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend!

The Window Nation rep had thorough knowledge of his products and really helped us in the decision making process, as we didn't have a clue of all window options that were available. He left us with a quote and all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Financing went smoothly and the office staff was attentive and friendly. Installers were great. Cleaned up the work area outside and in, and the house looked better than it did before they came. Excellent work all the way around. Will definitely reccommend this company.

Window Nation was simply a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them! Our salesman was professional and very knowledgeable and offered us a solution that none of the other companies did. We ended up doing the upper level of windows and will finish the rest of the house next year. It fit into our budget with their financing. The installation team was outstanding. Very neat and answered any questions we had. From beginning to end - It was a very positive experience. You really could not ask for more of a company. I will recommend Window Nation to all family and friends.

I called for an estimate and even though they were very busy, i got an appointment about 4 days away. The sales guy came to my home to measure the windows. 'That is when I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of important information he provided for me. I think his name was Steve or Stan or something like that. Anyway, he gave me much important information, but didn't bore me with a long spiel. He was able to show me the window and gave me a great price. It was more than I originallly thought windows would cost, but after they were installed perfectly and I was able to see the difference in quality --it was well worth it!!
