Window Nation and its workers were impressively professional. They were courteous, prompt, considerate, quick. No complaints.

My salesman, Chris Puff, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly & polite. He thoroughly explained the superior craftsmanship & excellent warranty WindowNation provides. I am also happy to patronize a local company (windows are manufactured in Streetsboro, OH). The installation crew was dressed professionally, acted professionally, installed nine windows in five hours. and left the house & yard spotless. The installation crew also stacked the old aluminum frames for me which went to a recycle yard where I got $100. After telling my sister what a great job WindowNation-Twinsburg (Ohio) did, she told her neighbor who is now getting windows installed! I would, with full confidence, recommend WindowNation-Twinsburg to anyone looking for quality windows from a quality company.

The installation crew was prompt, courteous, efficient, and helpful. They took on a little extra work on the back bay kitchen window to make it look much better than it would have looked had they followed the original specifications of the contract. Similarly, with the side window, an imperfection in the original wood made one of the top panels bow inward a little, and when I pointed this out to them, they recapped it and made it look perfect. When they were done, they gave me a walking tour showing that the grounds were clear of debris and explained how the windows operate and went over the warranty. The installation crew followed lead-safe practices required by the EPA. All work areas were clean, inside and outside of the home, following their work. I asked the installer about his experience. "How many windows have you installed?" He replied that he has averaged 2500 windows a year for 15 years. His experience showed in the quality and efficiency of his work. A true craftsman, in my opinion. Our salesman arrived on the site during the job and went over everything again with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. In many years of owning homes, this was the very first time that a salesman returned for such a review and inspection.

It went very well. They did a great job. There was a small misalignment and they came out right away to fix it. They were professional and prompt. They were very clean and very informative.

They are coming on Monday to put in the door for us. The gentleman who came out for the quoting process was very thorough. He was here probably for three hours. He was here for every part of the process.

Window Nation is organized and professional from the sales people to the office people to the installers. My home was kept neat and clean. The installers were great - arrived on time and knew exactly what they were doing. The sales manager stopped by to see if I was pleased. The job was completed in speedy fashion. They spent time showing me how the windows operated and did a walk through of all the windows - inside and out. The window install was a pleasant experience. I have received many compliments on how nice my home looks.

They were prompt and came when they said they would. My mom was actually home when they were here and she had no problems. She said they were very nice and very polite. So far the windows have been nice. They came and did the work in one day. I had one window to the attic; up and down and they went out of their way to make sure I had them and they didn’t charge me extra. I guess they didn’t realize how small the windows were so they had to make them specially for our house. We haven’t had any problem with the windows.

I thought they were very good. The salesman and the installer were very professional; he was immaculate in cleaning it up and he did a great job. I was very pleased with it. They had a special offer of buy two and get two free; their price was pretty reasonable. I have few more windows to do and I am going to use them again for it.

Windows took two days as scheduled. Very professional crew, cleaned up after themselves and very respectful of our furnishings. Siding started the day after the windows were done. Large crew and very well managed. Worked for 3 full days and completed the job before the weekend. Gutters were installed by a separate crew on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). What a difference! I love how easy the windows tilt to clean. We already feel a difference -less heat from the summer sun getting in. Company has already called to get feedback as well as a survey company they hired. The Operations Manager personally called to thank us and ask if there was anything was less than perfect. I did find a very small flaw in a screen, so we scheduled a repair. The repairman was prompt and performed the rescreening in his truck and was gone in 10 minutes. They didn't want payment until everything was to our full satisfaction.

Sales call was high pressure. Sales person wanted me to sign contract same day. He said he could not offer me the "great deal unless I singed that day. I said I needed time to think about it and that I would night sign a contract that day. When I did not sign, sales person called in to his manager that I was declining offer. Additionally, I had to sign a paper saying I was declining the offer. The salesperson was visibly upset that he did not close the deal and stormed out, even before quoting me a price on a door I said I wanted replaced. The next day a sales manager called the next day and offered me a price less than the "great deal" that supposedly was only available that day. This time the deal was good till the end of the month. The sales manager was great and apologized for the salespersons actions. Installation was done on time as promised. The caulking and capping of the windows was very well done and clean up was superb. One concern I had was with the warranty which was not the same as the one I was shown at the sales call which was highly focused on. A representative from Window Nation called me to ask how install went. When I expressed my concern over the warranty, the rep said someone would call me back, I have not heard from them since. Overall OK experience.

Company is very good at responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments. The actual installers were excellent in their work. I realize we have an older home circa 1940's, but I was still shocked by the cost. even with purchasing three coupons.

It turned out excellent and we were able to negotiate the price from the Big Deal. The installers were wonderful. We have an older home and they had to follow the proper codes, they left no mess.

tI love, love, love Window Nation. After a HORRIBLE experience with a roofing company I was so glad to work with a group of professionals. The crew showed up on time, went right to work and cleaned up along the way. They worked efficiently and even had time to interact and answer questions. All 3 people on the crew were kind and understood this was a big deal to us. Our home has never looked better and I am so glad we went with our gut instinct and chose Window Nation. Amazing company, product and employees.

The installers were a day late due to illness which threw our schedule off. The work was performed very professionally. The installers cleaned up each day (2-1/2 day job). We were impressed with the finished product. The house looks great. They performed the work as per the contract without issue.

... The workmen were on time and everyone knew their job. They were fast and didn't waste time. The only thing I didn't like was when they removed the old windows, it tore a small piece of plaster on the inside where my bay window would be installed. One of the workmen touched up the plaster when they had finished the job and told us we could finish sanding it when it dried. They seemed to be in a big hurry to leave and I can understand that, but I think someone should have come back to finish up the patch. All considering, they did very good work, cleaned up everything and removed all the old windows. I would hire them again and do recommend them. I think it would help if they would leave a manual on how to clean the windows. One of the installers showed me how they work, but now that they need cleaning, I forgot what he did. It took me a little time to figure it out, and now it's fine.

Went exactly as you would hope a home improvement job would go.

It was a different sales rep than I had worked with before, and I thought his quote of $5845 sounded high for standard beige double-hung windows in pretty uniform size and without grids. When I looked at my previous records, I noted that in 2010 they replaced 12 windows for $4090 (2011's work was not comparable, fewer windows and several were picture windows). I realize that 2 years had passed, but the windows replaced in February of 2010 included 6 beige on beige and 6 brown on brown (the latter special order). In addition I had 4 top grids and two of the windows had tempered glass and obscuring details. I have spent nearly $7000 with Window Nation in the past 2 years and I am disturbed by several things having to do with this transaction. Furthermore, when I met the rep, I had asked if there was an Angie's list discount, and was told there had been a discount on Angie's list but it was no longer in effect. When I later went home and checked, there was a valid Angie's list discount for 15% off up to $1500. Then the rep told me that he would have to go through his supervisor and his boss before he could extend that discount. When he did get back to me a week or two later, he said that he had already given me a special "return customer" price that had amounted to a $940 discount, but that was never written on the quote nor was it mentioned to me verbally when he gave me the quote. I found it unbelievable that he would give me a discount of almost $1000 without even mentioning it and said so. After talking to his"supervisor" and his "boss", he said he could do the work for $5500, rather than apply the full Angie's list discount. His boss did call me back when I again complained, but said that price was the best they could do.

We were extremely pleased with them. They were really professional in terms of discussing what our options were. They measured it, gave us a good quotation, held to it, and the installation people were top notch.

Windows on my daughters home were original 1950's with old storm windows - all in vary poor condition. Window Nation salesman came over and did a careful inspection and recommended options for us to consider. We decided to have all the windows in the home replaced (14), including a very large 3 window set in the front of the home. We were provided with a detailed estimate. We scheduled the work and the Window Nation crew arrived on time and did a terrific job. They worked all day, taking the old windows out, installing the new windows, and removing all the trash. What a difference this makes to the home. Already the energy savings are being seen and the home looks so much better. I highly recommend Window Nation.

I joined Angie's list because of the special deal offered by Window Nation per replacement windows for my mother's house. I saw the incredible notice on Angie's List, buy up to 5 coupons for $250.00 each and get a value double that, each coupon being valued at $500.00, kind of reminded me of a Groupon! I joined Angie's list after receiving the coupons and am glad that I did! In addition, Angie's List had another percent off coupon which I was able to use. I called the company and the salesman arrived on time and was most knowledgeable. He realized that it was important for me to match the windows which my mother had replaced and immediately figured out what the matching window was. The cost of the 5 windows was over $2,500.00 but my cost was $1107.00 per the coupons I had downloaded from the Angie's List website. I did not know what company my mother used to replace half the windows in her house, but have since learned that a replacement window has the name of the source printed on the inside frame of the window. One has to open the window to find this information. The salesman said he would come back after installation, but he never did. Another company which replaced a few windows at my house did return, thus, I asked the installer when the salesman would return, but the installer said that it was company policy that they do not return? I am not sure if I would have purchased more, but the return visit might have increased his sales. I had some very minor issues and they were corrected by the company immediately. I had excellent service from the second repair person that came out to the house as I had a bit of bad luck with the installers as they did not understand that one of the reasons I was replacing the windows was that glaze had been left on the old windows, which was impossible to remove with a razor blade or any other technique. Aesthetics was important to me in replacing windows as well as making all windows in the house match. Unfortunately, the installer left fingerprints on the outside of the new windows and when I commented on it he said that it was not their job to clean my brand new windows, but that I could easily do it, however, I should not do it for a few days. I told him that one purpose of my buying the new windows was to replace windows that looked unsightly and now these new ones were spotted with fingerprints that I feared might also be glaze or be hard to remove in the future. He was not happy with me, but agreed to clean the outside of the window over the sink as that window would be difficult for me to reach and looked especially bad. I wanted to show off the new windows to family and having spots was not what I expected to see in new windows. The installer told me that a small part on one of the new windows was broken. He ordered the minor part and it was installed on a timely basis. When the days got colder, I decided to make sure the windows were secured. When I noticed that a window would not lock properly. I called the company and the problem was fixed. Since I do not live in the house, I had not yet cleaned all the new windows as I had been instructed by the installer. Having replaced windows in my own house a couple years earlier by another company to match the windows in my house, I continued to be stunned that the installer for my Mom's house told me to clean the windows he had just installed. My problem being that I did not yet feel comfortable with the windows and would rather get a ladder and clean from the outside than try to open them up from the inside to clean them. When the installer removed the old storm windows he commented on how clean they were and asked if I had cleaned them, and I replied "Yes I am the window washer". The installer mentioned that most storm windows that he removes are not as clean as our old one were. I am giving Window Nation the "excellent" reviews because of the second repair person I had to the house. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, but when he saw the fingerprints on the outside of the windows he helped me clean each of the spotted windows and told me that it is not company policy to leave new windows with spots. I love the windows, the beautiful view of the backyard, and am happy that the salesman was able to match the windows my mother had replaced which are so very easy to wash!

They crew was on time and was very organized with prepping work areas starting at 8 a.m. The crew leader and the two crew members worked together in getting all the windows in quickly and flawlessly and were finished at 4:30 p.m. We will highly recommend Window Nation to family and friends. We hope to finish replacing the house windows within a year and hope to have the same great experience.

Everything went smoothly. I had to call back on one window because the lock broke off but they came back and fixed it pretty promptly. They did a good clean job.

WindowNation installed five windows in my attic. Service was wonderfully efficient from ordering through installation. I used several Angie's List Big Deal coupons and there were no problems using them. The windows look great and it's already much more comfortable up there!

The work finally was completed with the products we paid for and the way we wanted. They did stand by their work but it took a lot of time and effort to move them to that completion.
