I decided not to use them after they called me three weeks later telling me it would be an addition charge of $300+. I'm the first meeting no one spoke of any added costs that could arise.

Sent well. Be careful with the quoting process though. Was originally quoted $8500 but when I called the next day to say I needed more time to think about it as the price seemed high compared to the other 6 windows I had received they offered to knock $1000 off. I still think I paid higher than average but they were able to finance me for the whole amount which offset the cost. I needed to have the windows replaced badly and was tired of having two done at a time.

I wish I could say that I received multiple quotes for windows but I did not so I am not able to completely rate the cost since I don't have anything to compare it to. I was planning to schedule appointments for quotes but there was a knock on my door one day and I learned that Window Nation was installing at another home in my neighborhood. They were canvassing for potential customers so I figured that I would start with them and scheduled an appointment. The representative who came for the appointment (April) was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She took her time explaining the different options with windows as well as payment options. She measured and provided us with a quote for the windows that we were planning to replace. After receiving that quote we asked her to measure the rest of our home and quote for replacing windows all around. We were satisfied that we had received a fair quote and would be purchasing a good product so we placed the order. We were told that it would take about 4 weeks for our windows to be manufactured and installed. This time is accurate since our windows were installed just shy of 4 weeks from the original appointment. We were told that the installers would arrive between 8am and 10am. They arrived about 9am. Cory and Jeremy, brothers, arrived, looked around and got started. They laid down runners to protect my carpeting and were very respectful with my belongings and landscaping. They worked diligently until all of the windows were installed. They made sure to show me how the windows operated (I had double hung and sliders installed) and answered any questions that I had. They finished the job around 5:30pm. They worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with both installers. It might sound weird but I swear that I am able to tell a difference in my home already. My home seems tighter and more soundproof now. I can't wait to see what the difference is in my energy bills.

After the replaced windows I find out two windows on the ground floor have curved sashes so you can't close them easily and three windows on the first floor have over lapping welds in the frames.I had to wait 2 weeks for somebody to come to check windows then another 10 days to bring new sashes and now I am waiting for call to see when they going to make and replace three frames which is gonna be weeks.I had to cancel installation for my blinds and weather is getting hot and no protection from the Sun for my house until window nation finish job plus all frustration all this time.The worst thing is when installation crew installed windows I bet they knew they do not fit and those windows are faulty,they never cleaned leftovers from the welds so you can open and close windows much easier.They replaced few wooden boards(window casing)but not the main one which is rotten. For this kind of service I overpaid these windows.What else I can say?

Excellent service, great workmanship, on time.

He was punctual. He gave me good options. He was knowledgeable with shakers and gave me pros and cons for each window. He is supposed to send me an estimate via email. He was professional and helpful.

That was awesome. They were good. They were quick. They cleaned up and were in and out very fast.

After we met with salesman and gave him the deposit, we did not hear or see him again. Of the 9 windows replaced, one window was mis-measured, they lacked all necessary materials to complete the job on the initial installation, and we had issues with bubbles in interior caulk, which they resolved over the course of multiple service call visits. Our issues got to the GM who assured me that this situation was unusual and that he would resolve matter within the company. No further contact with them since Sept. 2013. Also, the salesman sold us on the installers being Window Nation employees when in fact they were independent contractors who worked only for Window Nation. They were not employees of the company.

The salesman was punctual and professional. Did not push which was refreshing compared to a competitor of theirs. Installers were on-time, professional and took extra care at cleanup considering pets. Flashing work was beautiful. All around a good experience. Would highly recommend.

They showed up for the estimate on time and the sales man was informative but not pushy . We told him up front we would be getting other estimates. We didn't commit untill we looked at all our options. They were the best quality for the price and went withy them. I considered the installer to be a real craftman. He was also very respectful and laid down covering where he was working. He also did a great job cleaning up and explaining what to expect. I am sure I will deal with them again.1 Smith rd

I am very happy with my new windows. The installation crew was friendly and professional. They arrived on time and left everything very clean. I am looking forward to having the windows done on the back of my home. My only caution is to listen carefully to the sales person if you are going to use the financing from Window nation so you understand the interest rate you will receive.

Up front I'd like to say that we have been exceptionally happy with our whole experience with Window Nation. They were professional, responsive, and everything we'd expect a good company to be. We had a salesman come out and give us his pitch. Yes, their sales pitch is long. And detailed. For us that was great because we really wanted to understand what we were being sold. (I had another company come give a quote the week before and they told me very little. I was shocked that I knew almost nothing and was being quoted thousands of dollars.) And yes, as some other reviewers have commented, WN does want all decision making adults present for their sales pitch. It makes it more complicated to schedule, but it was worth it because I would not have been able to answer all of my husband's questions after the fact. And I would not have felt comfortable making a decision without him there. That's just how we roll - we make our big decisions together. A couple weeks later another gentleman came out to get a more exact measure of our windows. He was early, and worked very quickly. He was even able to open my son's bedroom door, which had been accidentally locked. Great service. About a week before our installation, we decided to add two more windows to our order. They had no problem with that, they delayed our install and measured the additional windows. We just had them installed this morning and everything went smoothly. Again they were punctual and cleaned up inside and out after they were done. They took about 5 hours to install 8 windows. The final product looks fantastic from inside our house as well as outside. I would absolutely use them again.

I have no complaints about the way the job went. From the time Window Nation came to the house to measure our windows and let us know what was going to happen, we had all our information and knew exactly what was going to happen. They were very polite and very nice to talk to. When the installers arrived, they talked to us and told us what they were going to do. They covered the carpet with plastic and protected the landscape from damage. They worked without stopping and did a very professional job. The windows were custom fit and the trim looks great. When they were done, they cleaned up the place, outside of the great difference in the way the windows looked, you would never know they were here. We are more that satisfied with the company and the installers.

Very satisfied with the General Manager and the prices are excellent. Will update further in the near future.

From the moment I contacted Window Nation I was very happy with their service. The customer representatives were extremely helpful on the phone and were able to set an appointment up around our difficult schedule. The saleswomen that came out was extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions but was not pushy at all. Although my husband and I agreed to not sign any papers that day the deal was too good to pass up. Our windows were in terrible shape and once we saw the new windows there was no going back. I was incredibly impressed with the men that took out our old windows and put our new windows in. The weather was terrible but the men were pleasant, polite and efficient. They contained each area they worked in and cleaned up all of their mess. What I thought would be a three day project was completed in one day. There was a minor issue with one of the sashes not gliding properly and the installers pointed this out and ordered a new sash immediately. In less than a week they were back to replace it. It was a big investment for our family but was absolutely worth it. Although we enjoyed how sound proof they are and the ease of opening and closing them, as winter is approaching we have a whole new appreciation for our new windows. It is unbelievable so much warmer it is around the house. Finally our house feels like a home!

I am a female and called to set up an appointment. I was asked if there was someone else in the family they would be dealing with. I said I do not answer those questions and I was the person they would deal with. I did not like this approach. They call it exceptional customer service. I call it intrusive and phishing. I got a call back today but let them know I was not interested in doing business with them.

I called to get an appt to get an estimate on my windows. i was asked if my husband would be available. What a turnoff. Immediately when i hear that i think of chauvinistic sales men. But i have heard of this before, and my husband was going to be there-although quite frankly I make these kind decisions...but whatever. the guy came out on time. nice guy with his big sales pitch. OMG! i dont need a half hour sales pitch before hearing an estimate-i believe there windows are nice, but cmon i dont need all the details nor do i need a bunch of info on how expensive windows are!! they even give you the "average price on 10 windows-$10,000". Interesting then when the whole presentation was over and i finally got my estimate it was $10,000 for 6 windows!! but of course that is before all the discounts. Then it was $6000. When i said that was still out of our league, suddenly it fell to $5000. Basically i said, not happening and the guy packed up and left. Why dont they just tell you the estimate before they waste all that time?? my guess is because they think there presentation can prove why they are worth so much money! what a joke! oh and for those of you who agreed to that price-sorry you got screwed because then they called me today and dropped the price to $3500!!!! So it went from the initial price of $10,000 to $3500!!! Still was higher than i think it should be, so i turned them down. What a scam! I know they got to make money, but come on!!

I called to make an appointment for an estimate & the guy scheduling kept asking if my fianc? would be home. I finally asked why that mattered it was only an estimate. He told me it's company policy for both homeowners to be present during the estimate. I told him I was more than competent to talk with them and I was able to pay them. My fianc? works crazy hours and doesn't like dealing with these kind if things so he leaves me in charge. Reluctantly I made the appointment. I then called 3 other companies and not one needed Mark to be present. I called window nation back and cancelled. They asked why, I told them I didn't appreciate them insisting Mark be here & w/i they couldn't give an estimate. I told them the other companies didn't require that. Bottom line I'm obtaining several estimates before we make a decision. I know they were going to hard sell and try and push me to sign and that's not what I'm looking for. I know of another couple that had this same problem.

I will be able to rate this better in February, when the snow and wind is at its worst. So far, so good.

They estimated it at $14000. The salesman who came out wasn't overly pushy. He was a very nice guy so that was pretty nice. Obviously, he wanted me to buy but I wasn't really feeling like it. He came out with samples of their best windows. They kind of showed the difference with like the heat lamp. He was really patient. He had all sorts of videos for me to watch. It's pretty good. The actual salesman who came was pretty professional. They seemed to have a good product.
