I was satisfied with the work that was done. I did comparative pricing and they came in right around $200 difference. It think it was a little more than what I thought it was going to be for replacing windows.

I don't have anything to compare the price with. They are very professional and very punctual. They did everything on time. There was a little problem. The clean up wasn't what I expected. It wasn't bad just a little sloppy. We did have a problem with the window being able to close and lock it a couple of times. Other than that everything went great.

I had some windows done a year ahead of the other because I wanted to see what kind of a job they did. I was very happy with the results, so I had them come back and do the first floor. One bad thing is the bank that they deal with. The door is extrememly expensive. They are very professional in what they do.

I didn’t want to wait for them, I immediately got back to them as soon as I could to come on out and measure.

initially things went well- quality is good, price was good - installers were good. there was, however a problem with two windows - one had a cracked frame and was rejected by their quality control rep( good) . one didn't fit. So two windows were openings were prepped, but kind of half done. the replacements for those two seemed to be ready in several days, which was fine, but then apparently we went to the bottom of the installation schedule, and waited a couple of weeks for the finish install, I would have thought in such a case we would have been put at the top of the schedule, since all the trim and outside molding was off for that time

Appt process very professional with several reminders and prep videos to get ready for install. Installers were very helpful and explained process and worked through several hiccups on install.

Window nation sent a salesman to our home to give us a quote on the work we needed done. The first amount we were quoted was $15,000 for 15 triple pane windows and a sliding glass door with the "buy 2 get 2 free" deal... without the deal, we would have been looking at $25,000! That seemed very high to us and we weren't ready to commit to anything at this point considering that we had 4 other companies planned to come out to give us quotes as well. When the salesman knew we weren't going to take that offer, he lowered the price multiple times over a 30 minute time span and ended his quote with a ONE day only offer of $10,000 for everything or $8,500 without the sliding glass door. If we didn't take the offer while he was here, he said he would send us a quote good for 30 days at the $15,000 price. Over the next couple days we found out that the ONE day only offer was just a script that they play on many people (it was a "bulk" deal). We will never recommend or use Window Nation due to their sales tactics. We ended up going with another company and are paying only $8,000 for 15 of the same type of u-factor triple pane windows and a sliding glass door... which is almost HALF of the cost that was originally quoted from Window Nation.

My windows look great and no clean up the installers cleaned as they finished each window. they were very amazing how well they worked things out when they had a problem with our house, the installation was done in great time.

He went and kicked the tenants out and said we were moving in here. The tenants had broken the sliding glass door and the bathroom window was busted, it had a big crack in it. They are coming Friday to put in 5 windows in the new house. They got it done right away.

It was in the middle of winter, an ice cold freezing day. What I like about Window Nation though is that their windows are guaranteed for life. When you have animals, even the screens; they will replace the screens for free. You can't beat it. The life time guarantee transferable to the next owner, which is nice. That is why I stick with them. I probably pay a little more for the windows but you can't beat that it's transferable. Having animals the dogs will scratch up the screen, or the cats. We inherited the cat when his parents went into the nursing home and Tommy was never declawed; he's an old man with no teeth but he's got his claws. He hooks his claws in the screen when he wants in. Sometimes he can't get his claws unhooked and I have to go out and lift them up to get his paws out of there. They will replace the screens for free. Window Nation is good about that. I checked when we were at the home and garden show, because we have another brand of sliding glass doors in the house we just bought, and I asked them if they replaced the screens because when we bought the house the screen was busted out. And they don't they would charge us for it. It doesn't have a lock you have to have a broomstick to lock it, where Window Nation have a lock at the bottom of the door where you push down the button and it locks the door; it's a safety lock.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew, they worked hard and the quality of the work was fantastic.

I don't have any other windows to replace, but if I did I would use them. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I was very happy. They were very professional. I had them done on two different occasions. I had the original house done and then I had my family room, there were 4 windows there that I had done at a later time. When the family room windows were done the guy actually came and was doing them in the rain. I wasn't unhappy that he was doing it in the rain, I was happy that he didn't stop because it was raining. The area was clean, you never even knew that they were here.

Very pleased with the whole process. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. The installers were also professional, on time and worked hard to finish the job in one day so I didn't need to take an extra day off from work. They even put back slats from my fence that had fallen during a storm.

It went well. They arrived on time explained the work, reviewed the final product, and cleaned everything up.

Everything ran smoothly until it was discovered one of the larger windows was not put on the truck. The job was delayed until the window was brought to my house. As it got darker, the job could not be completed. The workers cleaned up all the debris and promised to return to seal the outside of the windows the next day. Due to weather conditions, I had to wait 2 days for the team to return to finish the outside sealing of Although, this was inconvenient, overall, I am completely thrilled with my windows and with the Window Nation company.

Sales people were very friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to pressure us into anything. Installation was scheduled within the timeframe we were given. Installers did a great job and cleaned-up after themselves. Now that winter is here there is no cold air coming through the windows!

Window Nations did a wonderful job on our windows from beginning to end. Tony Miralia was great at helping us find the windows that would meet our homes needs, and at a great price. The instillation crew did an amazing job. We had a few of the original windows left in our our house (circa 1947). What a difference the new windows have made already. It's September here in Cleveland and the heat continues, but luckily now we aren't feeling the heat in the house. High Quality! Friendly Staff! Awesome Company!

The did an impeccable job. The house looks a million times better and we can no longer hear traffic on the outside of the house. The windows are beautiful, clean and when they are no longer clean, all we have to do it tip them in and clean them....no ladders, most probably, no buckets...just beautiful, clean windows. They explained everything that we needed to know..how to operate the windows, when to leave them open (the glue needs to dry for three days), and to save the stickers for an energy tax credit. They were courteous and helpful.
