Very professional; responsive; timely; quality of job and product. We needed additional work due to a few rotten window sills and keystones. Additional work noted prior to work and priced into quote. All very reasonable. Recommended them to neighbors, too.

From the sales rep through the order to the installation was hastle free. The installers we're friendly,and fun. They knew their craft and product very well. They were in and out in a few hours and they saved the bays roof to stay over the new window.. everyone should all window nation

Windows are very nice and the installation was very well done. My issue with Window Nation related to the sales experience. Our sales representative purported that the windows would be installed by Window Nation employees. It was only discovered that Window Nation uses subcontractors to do installs when I received a call prior to my scheduled install date to inform me that they needed to reschedule since they had to fire the crew scheduled to do my install due to poor quality they had with them. Although, I appreciate that the crew that did poor quality work would not be doing my install, it occurred to me that a whole crew being fired meant they were using subcontractors. When I contacted the sales rep about this it was at first denied that he said they used there own people or even led me to think that. My recollection is pretty clear of the conversation and so was my wife's due to the fact that I pushed for clarification on this due to a past poor experience with subcontractors. I know at least three other Window Nation customers that were given the same impression or at least interpreted the sales pitch as such since they were very surprised that Window Nation does not have their own installers. Installers at my place did do excellent work, however, the danger in using subcontractors is that quality is not as tightly controlled as when using people that work direct for a company. This is evident by Window Nation having to dismiss my originally scheduled installation crew. I feel for those customers that had that crew perform their work. I just wanted to make sure potential customers are aware of this fact. Honesty in dealing with people during the sales process is a reflection of company ethics and I find that to be lacking with my dealings with Window Nation. I paid a premium to get the work done by Window Nation and their employees and feel let down. It also leads me to wonder what else is not 100% true. However, so far the results the are good and that is a credit to Soffit Windows the manufacturer, and installers. In my case they did well.

Windows are cheap. Never received our referral reward. Quality is awful. Broken front picture window after year and a half and on us to replace. Worst investment Ive ever made. BUYER BEWARE!

The installation went okay, but the windows looks absolutely terrible. This is third time that I've had windows installed in one of my homes and this was the only time that I wasn't satisfied. The windows look cheap and already appear to be sagging. Bottom line you can get a better quality windows from another installer for the same price. There was nothing special about their installation that another contractor could not do. They didn't even "wrap" the windows like the sales guy said they would. The sales guy kept on pushing me that I had to make a decision that day because the "sale" was over that night.. I laughed because I was looking at my mail that day and there was a flyer saying that they had a new "sale" starting tomorrow... and he was arguing with me saying I was wrong.

Very well. They were on time for the installation, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Windows are beautiful.

Everything went great from first contact to the excellent job of installation. Very professional and attentive to our needs. The installation crew was excellent, kept our home and lawn clean and we're very efficient. I have had Window Nation install patio and entrance door years ago and due to the quality of doors and excellent installation we chose them again. Would recommend them to family and friends!

It took seven months from the day the windows were ordered, to the day they were installed. The installation went okay however later we found blocks of wood in our flower beds, along with a window that was not completely installed (to the company's credit, they did come and finish installing it after we called.) A screen from the old windows was left, along with some strips of metal. I was very pleased with the interior painting of the windows, they matched exactly with the woodwork around the windows. The windows were dirty and we are going to have to have them washed. Also one of the windows' latch scratches the paint (pictures attached.) I also want to add that I have discovered the half screens are kind of a pain. You can't open the windows at both the top and bottom at the same time (which would be nice on these warm days) because of the half screens.

I would highly recommend Window Nation from the sales person to the installers absolutely the BEST...and did not leave any mess what so ever. Will buy from them again.

I was looking to replace one broken window. They minimum order was $1,000! I will never contact them again.

Our house was built in 1925 and the windows wer original to the house. We had 12 replaced. Awesome crew! The were neat, professional, courteous and my wife and I can’t say enough good things about them. The windows are great (My wife said she can’t believe how much she actually likes them!) and really improved the appearance of our house. The best thing I can say is “If we had more window that needed to be replaced we would have Window Nation do it.”

It went extremely well. The salesman, Jim, was tremendous and provided us with excellent information while answering all of our questions. He didn't pressure us. He just presented the products and the facts and compared and contrasted with other competitors' window products. For the installation, the lead installer, John, was professional and personable. The job took a little longer than originally estimated ( 2 days versus 1 1/2 days), but the weather wasn't great and the installers ran into some unforeseen difficulties. However, they did a great job with the installation. John patiently answered all of my questions. They cleaned up after the job very nicely. Just an excellent, excellent experience and the Imperial windows are a great product.

Salesman arrived 40 min. late without calling ahead. Window quality was average, but price was 28% higher than lowest bid of 8 for similar product. The company purchased Regency Windows in 2012 after RW folded and left customers hanging. Salesman could not stop or even interrupt his pitch ... despite several attempts by us to stop. We received no written quote and very little printed information on the windows. Hard sales approach lost any possibility of considering this vendor.

For initial discussion all the way through install, very professional, financing options were great, quality and service team very professional and have d working. Would definitely recommend.

After signing for the windows we were so happy with the company we asked the sales guy twice to come out and quote us for siding which he never did. We had mold on our (wood) windows which we treated and sealed for the sake of our 2 children; as well as 2 HEPA filters running 24/7 making our electric bill over double what it was. These windows had to go, right? When the measure guy came out he had an issue with one of the windows that would be a full tear out. So he said he would tell his boss and they would have to remeasure; I emailed my sales person the same day to be proactive and make him aware of the situation. It took me over TWO WEEKS to get an answer and I mean it. I emailed my salesperson, the regional manager (who ignores you and doesn't reply), talked to the customer service manager I couldn't take it anymore. If I didn't go out of my way to get fired up they probably would STILL be dragging their feet. So we finally get an install date and they cancelled! "Bad weather" (it was almost 40 degrees and no ice on my house like they tried to tell me). So I thought no big deal when they scheduled with me they told me to plan on Monday AND Tuesday so I thought they would come install the next day, NOT! Appearently they made me take 16 hours of PTO time for nothing as they had a different job the next day. They rescheduled and came out and the install guys seemed to do a nice job. But there was another issue. The didn't manufacture the right window for my bathroom! Keep in mind the bathroom window was one of the two windows that were newer but we decided to upgrade them. They never called and notified me that they couldn't manufacture the Imperial LS in that size, made the lesser quality window and installed it WITHOUT saying a word to me. When I admittedly in a fit of rage sent a text about it to my sales person he told me to take it up with the factory. In the same text messages after he told me to take it up with the factory I told him I was tired of the situation and I needed someone out here to collect final payment and I never got a response. I ended up calling customer service to make my final payment, keep in mind we paid with cash and did not finance. I had to live for 2 months in a sea of anger and regret that I chose this company and that I had to micromanage everything on my own as customer service is apparently absent. This by far has been the absolute worst experience of my life dealing with a company and this is my second home.

Installation went very well. Technician was prompt, professional, and friendly. Window quality is great however, we were expecting the center pane to be stationary. Outdoor sounds and air are greatly reduced.

The windows were installed within 5 weeks of the order, which was faster then many of the competitive quotes. They were also very fairly priced and one company (nameless) tried to convince us that their windows were worth over four times Window Nation's price. They told me installation would take 2 days, but they managed in a day with a crew of 4. The installers were extremely efficient and cordial. We noticed an immediate difference in sound deadening from the freeway a quarter of a mile away. I would have no hesitation in recommending Window Nation

The installers arrived on time and stayed all day to complete their work. They did a good job in cleaning up the debris left after the installation. Overall a great experience.

This is the first service company we would hire again and we highly recommend. They were very professional!

Sales teams showed up in our neighborhood to sell vinyl windows. I needed new gutters. Jim Loder did a quote (one sentence description) on his cell phone telling me I got a great deal, better than his aunt and for 6" gutters, including all discounts such as for Angie's List, seniors and payment up front. I signed on his cell phone with no chance to review. Angie's List price for equivalent service in my area is half of what I paid. The work was done a month later after a few phone calls, by a subcontractor who did excellent work on the day that I called again.

It took a couple of months to get started after being given many dates. They started the work the first week of Oct. 2017. Everything was going great at the beginning of the installation until the vinyl on the front of the house at the gable was put on and now it is not smooth and looks wavy. We are still waiting to hear from someone to straighten it out. My Internet wiring was cut while the workers were working. We are very disappointed at how some of the things turned out and no one came out and talked to us about how the job ended. Our salesman Jeremy was nice and friendly.

They are a little pricey but their quality is phenomenal.

It was a good experience. They had excellent ideas. We replaced all the windout windows on our sun porch with sliders. We had a very large picture window replaced with a smaller center window and 2 sliders. They advised not to replace the hexagon window in the bathroom because of cost. The 3 men who did the work were on time and did an amazing job of cleaning up. We love the new windows
