The service was great! They were very quick and the carpet looks great! Would use this service again.

Arrived on time and was very accommodating. Immediately went to work and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. The carpet is light in color (off white) and after the cleaning was done and dried, the carpet looked wonderful! This allows us a little breathing room before replacing the whole house carpet in our new home. Great job and will definitely use again! Thank you!

I found Superior Carpet on Angie's list and liked that they did both carpet and tile. An added bonus was that though hardwood floor's weren't something they listed as doing, Jed (owner), said they'd be glad to give them a quick touchup/wash while they were here. I'd just purchased the house and the basement carpet, though in good shape, was filthy, as were the kitchen tiles. By the time the technician was done, they looked practically new! They took the time to go over some really bad area's as long as they needed to get them looking good. Everything from the initial phone call onward was professional, responsive, and top notch. I'll definitely use Superior again.

I found this company on Angies list and liked that they handled both tile and carpet. I called and the owner responded the same day. He explained the pricing and the process. We recently had the walls painted and he assured us his technicians would use guards on the corners to protect the new paint job. He also gave me simple instructions about picking up to make sure the job could go quickly, which was good for us. Jed also talked about what he could and couldn't do for the tile. He suggested trying a little area first and deciding if the whole area should be done. This was great for us. They were able to come in a little over a week. On the day of service, they called a few minutes before arriving to let us know they were close. When they arrived, the technicians tested the bath tile as we agreed. The tech thoroughly explained the process and his thoughts on what could be accomplished. My wife thought the test was a big improvement so we went ahead and had it done in two baths. The technicians used the wall guards as promised and did not damage the walls. The carpets look great and the tile is much better than it was. We were very happy with the quality of work, the service, the timing and the price. We liked being able to test the tile cleaning in a small area and then decide whether or not to proceed. I would use Superior again and will recommend them.

I was very impressed. The service tech was one of the most polite persons that I have ever used. He was professional and thorough. I won't be using any other company for my carpet needs for the foreseeable.

I called for a quote and Jed Schreibman was here within 24 hours of my call. Jed provided me with a great quote and also showed me before/after pictures of other commercial jobs that Superior had done. I scheduled the appointment for the cleaning and he sent two of his technicians to do the work. They were on-time, professional and courteous at all times. The carpet had not been cleaned in two years and was very dirty and greasy from all the in/out traffic from our warehouse. After they were done, the carpet looked brand new! I have already scheduled another cleaning in 6 months to maintain and keep the carpet looking new!

Harry and Daryl called to tell me they were on their way and when they would arrive. They both were professional, courteous and very likable. I enjoyed having them in my house. They cleaned the carpets in two rooms and a hallway and also did two area rugs. All came out looking brand new. Spots were attended to as needed. The job was done to my satisfaction by professional, well-skilled workers who were a delight to have around. I will definitely use the services of Superior again.

Easy company to work with. Jed returned my call quickly and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. I mentioned that I had grout that had never been cleaned and asked if a sample area could be tested before I decide whether to proceed. He said that would be no problem. The technician called me when he was on his way, and was very friendly and professional. The carpet is a high traffic area, and I was pleasantly surprised how clean he got it. The grout sample he cleaned looked amazing! The technician measured the tiled area while he was there and called Jed for an estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable, and I will be scheduling a time to have the grout cleaned soon!

They were superior. It was excellent all the way through. They are wonderful people. They are on time. We have used them before. This is our second time. They gave us the Angie discount. I would certainly use them again in the future.

I was so impressed with the machine they brought. They had everything mounted on the truck. It was scotch guarded. Everything was done really well, and I really appreciated it.

He came and gave me a price (cheaper than expected). He moved any furniture alone and treated the carpet, cleaned it move the furniture back and scotchguarded the cleaned area.

I only spoke to Jed on the phone, but he helped me out to clean the carpet within a few days of the contact date. I purchased the package for 3 rooms up to 600 SqFt, but only had about 350 ftSq to clean. The rest of the house is under remodeling, but I needed the room cleaned to be able to move in. On the date and time of the appointment Chad (Jed's employee) showed up and proceeded to spray the carpet with a magical liquid...LOL.. He then proceeded to clean out the carpet on the room, the bathroom (yes, OMG! the former owner had carpet in the bathroom) and a small landing on the top of the stairs next to the room. The magic liquid and Chad got rid of all stains and the carpet looked like new! Chad was not only efficient and courteous, but humored me by listening to my jibber jabber while he loaded the equipment back into the truck. These are good people and I recommend them. And to Chad...Give me a call when you are ready to visit Puerto Rico for pointers! :-)

Prompt and professional. They were very honest with me about the fact that they might not be able to get a large coffee stain out. It wasn't a fresh stain, so I knew it wasn't likely. The stain has diminished significantly. I can still see it slightly when the light hits it a certain way. My fault for waiting too long to call them. The rest of the carpet looks great. The traffic area in and out of the restroom is gone! They did an excellent job of communicating with me about their arrival time. I would use them again.

They did a nice job. They were on time and pleasant. He told me he thought he may have overcharged me so he offered to do another room for me (that's carpeted) in the spring free of charge. I was pleased with their service.

Superior responsive, they arranged to come out within 2 - 3 days of my call. They got all of the spots out of the carpet and cleaned it expertly (it looks better than I could have expected). All of the stair treads were cleaned beautifully with no staining or even shading. I can't imagine the 8 years old carpet looking better than it does after their cleaning. Similarly, the tile and grout came out much better than expected with the grout looking like it had been restored to an off-white, nearly new shade. I would highly recommend Superior, Jed and his team.

Jed, the owner, was great to work with. Our closing date changed at the last minute, and Jed was very understanding and accomodating and switched around their schedule for me. Technicians were prompt and friendly, and carpet looked great afterwards. I had bought the deal from Angie's list of $250 worth of service for $200 ahead of time, and was probably the first customer redeeming it, as the technicians weren't sure how to process that with the payment, but a call to the owner was made and it was handled quite easily. I would absolutely recommend using them!!
