The movers were on time, respectful, pleasant to work with. They damaged a piece of furniture, were up front about it and I truly appreciated it. Then they handed me a card and said they would take care of it. Tony is the rep in the claims department, he has yet to call me back, I have to call him every single time. They sent a guy to my house to try and fix the cabinet. The cabinet would not even close, so I did not sign off on the work. That person completely understood and told me to contact the claims department.

Great! I had three guys who were very friendly and wonderful to work with - I will use them again for sure.

Very courteous and respectful workers. Always asking questions about what we wanted specifically with items. Hard workers, we never felt like could have worked harder or faster.

They were prompt and very professional. I was rearranging the rooms in my home so they moved furniture up and down two flights and took some outside. They were quick and used great care. The guys were friendly and just a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough on how pleased I am with their work. I have had movers come in before for a small job and just have terrible attitudes and act like it was an inconvenience because it was a small job. Not these guys!!! I would hire them again in a minute and when i do move they have the job!!

They came a few days early to assess what needed to be done. On moving day they were on-time, extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient. They took great care of my belongings and focused on the details. They went above and beyond and made the experience painless.

They were on time, clean cut, manorly, did a fine job without scratching or damaging anything. They were great and I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Corey from Leader's came out to give me a quote for moving my stuff into storage and then to another location after a few months. He and his co-employees were responsive at all times. They showed up when they said they would and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was fine. They were great. They put the boxes in the house where we told them. They were awesome. They were awesomely packed and were right on the money. Right away, they came out and gave us a price but we didn't move until the end of August. We were in the Cleveland area and transferred to Ohio. They packed and loaded the truck. They were non-stop. Our belongings were fine. I would recommend them. They were super. They were very nice and very courteous. We had no problems whatsoever. I have nothing to compare it with. We haven't done this before and we did it on our own. We knew it would cost us a lot of money no matter where we went.

I was impressed with this company from the get-go. Phone calls were brief and to the point and their already reasonable prices were brought down by a $100 coupon. They were able to schedule and then re-schedule my move on fairly short notice. The guys who actually carried out the work, Kevin and Dan, maintained a cheery demeanor throughout the move despite the extremely cold snowy weather. They had some concerns about the piano, which was on the second floor, but managed to bring it down using guts and determination (they didn't have the specialized equipment that is often used, and many companies refuse to move pianos that are not on the ground floor). The new apartment had a very steep staircase and some of my furniture was quite bulky as well as heavy but they made no marks on the walls. They placed the furniture where I wanted it and assembled the bed. In short, Kevin and Dan provided service above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend Leaders, and the two-man crew who handled my move, with the utmost enthusiasm.

From the initial meeting with Cory for an estimate, thru our last minute date change, to the 4 day move, the Cleveland office of Leaders exceeded our expectations. Originally the pack and move were scheduled over three days, but took four due to the scope. This was our 5th move and our first local one --- I am speaking from experience! Until our work with Leaders, we have always had some problems. Here are some of the highlights: Depending on the day we either had 3,4 or 5 movers.(the norm was 4) They worked hard, worked fast and always had time to smile. It was obvious that these guys liked each other. When in doubt about something they asked. This was a tough move. We have a lot of stuff. My wife and I both have home businesses ---- lots of office furniture and electronics. We brought in lunch every day, and were surprised to hear that way less than half of their customers provided a meal. Who knows --- maybe that helped their attitude, but I doubt it. Obviously the Cleveland office hires well, and creates a good working environment. Cory, one of the top guys in the Cleveland operation, was ALWAYS responsive to our needs! Pricing: 3 bids ---- Leader's was the lowest. They offer a partial credit for returned, clean boxes. (I called yesterday and they picked them up this morning) Moving is always stressful. Working with a great mover sure helps!

The young men were prompt and courteous. They treated us and our property with respect. I paid for 2 hours and they were done in one hour, but still charged us extra ($54.00) for a couple of dressers I forgot in the list of the things that that would be moving.

The movers were so nice. They had great attitudes, they seemed happy to be moving us, especially Ray. I highly recommend him! I don't know him personally, never met him before and will probably never see him again. He was just THAT good at his job. He helped make a stressful couple days easier to get through because we didn't need to worry about our belongings.

This did not go well and we're waiting for resolution. After interviewing several movers, we chose Leaders due to their availability on our preferred date and what seemed to be a reasonable estimate (although not the lowest). The day before the move, they called with a change: instead of packing one day and moving the next, both packing and moving would be done over two days. With no other option, we agreed. The result was not good: the truck was too small for the move, the number of movers on the second day was inadequate, and they were rushed and careless. Items in the garage were not packed or moved at all, and we later had to pack and move them ourselves. A cherished piece of furniture was damaged and the repair has lowered its value considerably. Boxes were mislabeled and packing was disorganized. In addition, we have not received the full reimbursement fo the boxes we did not use or those we returned when the move was completed. This was Leaders Cleveland office; we filed a complaint with the BBB which has not yet been resolved, as Leaders will not agree to a date for arbitration. Do not use this company. UPDATE We met with Leaders on 11-17-14 and have resolved the issues presented.

Dan and Jonathan were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. I had a ton of stuff, including a lot more boxes than I had initially anticipated. They worked really hard without complaint and remained cheerful and responsive to the end. They were very careful with all my items and made certain I was happy with their efforts. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Shannon, our moving consultant, was extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. We would recommend using Leaders based on our experiences with him.

This was the worst move I have ever had with professional movers - and I have been transferred for business many times and always moved by professional movers. They were to pack on Friday and load on Saturday. They arrived more than 30 minutes late both days - outside of the appointed time span. They brought boxes that were the wrong size, they didn't bring enough paper to complete the packing of items, they didn't bring a mattress box. They didn't shrink wrap any of the furniture as a precaution when moving down stairs, they didn't pack lamps just wrapped them in a blanket WITH THE LIGHTBULBS STILL IN THE SOCKET, they didn't pack items I specifically requested be packed. Because they were I'll prepared to do the packing on Friday as CONTRACTED they partially packed and partially loaded the truck. Thus not allowing for any organization in the truck. Friends accepted delivery and had to leave the storage area before the truck was fully unpacked. When I checked the storage area I found boxes that had been thrown in the storage area, broken boxes, heavy boxes set on inappropriate furniture. I have yet to find my flat screen tv or the antique pieces that were also moved. I was appalled to learn that the driver didn't hire someone in Okeechobee to help unload the truck and instead had the woman who travelled with him from Ohio help unload the truck.

A month or so before my eventual move from Ohio to South Carolina I received a flyer in the mail from Leaders Moving & Storage Company. Like most people, moving is not something I do very often and so was unsure as to which company to pick to move my possessions. I narrowed down the list of possible companies to five based on Angie's List reviews, the flyer from Leaders and the fact that there would not be additional items in the truck with mine. The Leaders truck was a dedicated truck with only my possessions. As I was very interested in getting a quote for the move, I was pleased to see that Leaders had a website where I could enter in the number of beds, couches, tables, etc. that I would be moving and get an estimated cost for the move. That same day I was contacted by Leaders about the quote. Based on the politeness, courtesy and knowledge of a number of their office personnel I decided to use them. This would turn out to be an excellent decision. The day of the move three people showed up to load the truck, a driver and two loaders. All three were personable, knowledgeable and quick. The truck was loaded in what seemed like no time at all. There were also two items that I wanted to have dropped off to another city in Ohio, a last minute change on my part, however, I failed to inform the driver of the second item (my fault). The driver told me that he would make the additional stop that night and would start the all day drive to SC the following morning. Everything went according to plan except for the second item which was to have been delivered to the intermediate stop. It was delivered to SC. Again, my fault. When I told the driver that I forgot to tell him of the second item he called his office and received pernission to take that item back with him to Ohio and to make that additional stop again to drop off that item, all at no extra charge. Now THAT is customer service! All in all, I could not be happier with my decision to use this company to help me move. I wanted the truck to be loaded Thursday in Ohio and unloaded Saturday morning to SC. This is exactly what happened. Based on horror stories about other moving companies I feel I should add that nothing was broken or missing. From the office personnel to the truck driver and the loaders, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The workers were on time and professional. They worked hard, and got the job done quickly. Moving is stressful enough, and this moving company made it a smooth process.

They came on time and called ahead. They were very professional, they did not bang up any of the furniture. Initially it was a move to a first floor apartment, but ended up being the second floor and he did not charge anything additional.

The guys came and really rushed me. They didn't tell me prior that they wouldn't move things not in bags and I had some things bagged up. I just felt really rushed and didn't like that. Then they would not take the fridge back to the house because we were off on our measurement by a 1/4 of an inch.

Leaders was great! The two men who came to our house to help us move were extremely nice and worked very quickly. They walked around with me in the old house and new house to make sure they understood where everything went. They were very cautious with all of our fragile items. The only advice that I would have if you use them is to make sure that you are very specific about every box and item you want moved. We had a few miscellaneous things in our basement that I wanted moved, but because they weren't in boxes, after they were off to the old house, I noticed they left some items. It wasn't a huge deal, we just had to take a few extra trips on our own. Overall, they were great!

The moving team arrived 10 minutes early, and promptly got to work. Dan, Ray, and Kevin were efficient, careful, and a pleasure to work with. Moving can be such a stressful event, and these guys took the worry out of our day. I can't say enough good things about them - they were flexible, helpful, and respectful of our home. When it started to snow, they coordinated outside guys with inside guys to ensure our floors were kept clean and dry. When a piece wouldn't fit as planned, they wrapped it and moved it to the garage for us. A+.

They piled boxes almost to the ceiling in a couple of rooms, they piled heavy boxes on top of light ones in the garage. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company at all.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. A week from our moving date (downsizing and moving elderly parents), my dad was admitted to the ICU. We needed to make several changes to our arrangements, including rescheduling the day before the move. We found them to be extremely helpful and flexible in working with our family in a stressful situation. On the day of the move, the crew was prompt, friendly, and very efficient. They made sure items were placed where my mom wanted them and could easily be unpacked. We found their rates to be very reasonable & she was able to use a coupon for services. I highly recommend the Westlake office and am very appreciative of all they did to assist us.
