The actual Big Deal price was $69 for the vent cleaning, but we really were more concerned about the overall safety inspection. We knew the outside vent cover needed to be replaced, so we anticipated some additional cost. They actually arrived a little earlier than scheduled, but called to make sure it was OK. Both men were very friendly and very professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Inspected the dryer venting inside and outside the house. Cleared a path in the garage for access of hosing to outside vent. Moved dryer to accomplish cleaning. The job was done on time, quickly and professionally.

I purchased a special coupon from Angie's list for a dryer vent cleaning for $69.00. The scheduling was difficult and could have gone smoother. They arrived a little late but did call me that they were running late. My outside vent was located on the second floor which was an extra $20.00, this fee was stated in their advertisement but an additional $40.00 charged for parts that needed to be replaced connecting the dryer hose to the dryer and venting hose. CRI did show me the bad parts and pointed out the areas of concern before getting my permission to replace them. The were professional, completed the job within an hour or so and did a good job performing the vent cleaning. I would recommend them but be aware that their could be extra charges for parts and second floor cleaning before committing to the special. My total bill was almost double the original price for the cleaning.

The guy was very personable and showed up on time. We were very satisfied. They were clean and neat and he was done in about 45 minutes. I think we got more than our moneys worth.

Gene and Bob were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as well as respectful of our property. Prior to starting the job, Gene thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end and answered all of my questions. He also showed me how to effectively use the dampers. When cleaning the vent in our master bathroom, Bob was using a ladder and he pointed out that some of the caulk at the top of our shower stall was missing, enabling water to potentially get in between the shower and the wall.

Scheduling the service could have been more efficient. Gene left a voice message but his mailbox was full when I tried to return his call. He did call again but was a little loose about the scheduling - he said he would call in the morning to let me know if I was on the schedule for the day. He didn't call, but Bob, the service person, called me in early afternoon to let me know he'd be there in half an hour. Gene's phone also tended to be somewhat garbled. I am very happy with the service done today. Bob arrived when he said he would. He described the process and then went ahead with the job. It took about 1/2 hr. The dryer vents were not very dirty, but I moved into this house a few months ago and I wanted to be sure there was no problem. It was worth having it done for the peace of mind. I would recommend this service to others.

They were professional and did what I hired them to do. They mentioned that my outside vent would need to be replaced in the next year or two because it was becoming brittle. Rather than wait, I told them to go ahead and replace it. | |My only reason for not giving them an "A" overall was do to rescheduling my appointment twice. | |I would definitely hire them again. The price was very reasonable!

I bought the coupon from Angies list fthat covered 12 registers. Thought that would do the main floor. He came the first time and thought I bought the dryer vent coupon even though when we made the appointment I told him it was for the air ducts. He had to come back with different equipment to do that. Had to make a second appointment and make arrangements for time off from work. He came with a crew and started to cut holes in the air ducts in the basement to connect his equipment. Then started counting air ducts and informed us that we had more ducts than the coupon covered. He said by state law he had to clean all of them. Even rooms that were closed off. That was not stated in the coupon or anywhere I have read before. Of course that would be extra money. They charged an extra $175 on top of the coupon. That was after they had cut the holes in our air ducts. After they were done cleaning we asked to see what they got out of the ducts. We were told they couldn't open up the container till they got back to their shop. They said they would send pictures. We never received any feedback on the results. He did clean the dryer vent to help offset the extra money. But I did not notice any difference after he was done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went pretty well. I was busy in the house and didn't actually see them clean outside but he seemed to do a very thorough job on the inside. He was very personable and explained what he was doing. I didn't spend any additional. They called back in several days.

Gene and Bob thoroughly cleaned our dryer venting, working both from the outside and at the dryer itself. We have a very long run of venting (over 30 feet) which made the job a bit more difficult. They called my attention to an unsafe hookup that we had from the dryer to the vent duct and replaced it for an additional fee (I had prepaid the vent cleaning using one of Angie's Big Deals.) They were punctual, pleasant, worked efficiently, cleaned everything up very well. The original contact was through Angie's List and email. Some emails apparently were lost, so contacting the company by phone works the best. Once we set a time and date, they arrived even a little early, calling first to be sure I was home.

Gene responded to my call promptly and scheduled the work at a mutually agreeable time. Gene and Robert arrived at the agreed upon time. They explained the process clearly and and in layman's terms to my wife and I. Their time estimate, to perform the work, was accurate. Most importantly, they were couteous and respectful of my home. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable of the entire process.

The CRI person arrived on time and was thorough in his examination of the dryer and the venting system. He went outside to be sure all was well with the outside vent only to find that it was broken and needed to be replaced. I was so glad that we had it inspected before the cold weather set in and we had "little critters" living vent!! Would use them in a heartbeat, fair, honest and punctual!!!!

The guy was nice, a tad late, but he got the work done right. Apparently my vent elbow under the house was jammed solid, so he pulled it out, cleaned it, and gave me recommendations for what to do in the future.

They were very professional and obviously were very experienced. Everything was explained in detail before they began. They worked quickly and everything was spotless when they left. I would certainly use their services again.

They did a very good job. I was very impressed with them. They not only cleaned the vents but they fixed the attachment, the piping that goes outside. For the first time, it was done properly. They wore booties to come in which I appreciated. They were on time and they were very informative. I would use them again.

Unable to reach them in early December. Voicemail stated they were not scheduling until after the holidays. Left my name and number but no return call. Still plan to schedule with them (hopefully) although coupon expires early February. Will review after they do the service.

Very prompt response to my initial correspondence. Cleaned out our dryer duct and replaced original tubing on back of dryer. CRI recommended cleaning dryer ducts at least twice a year due to the length of the tubing. Good people, easy to work with.

Prompt and courteous. Took care not to track in dirt. Cleared an accumulation of lint from dryer vent and will be back to relocate it as it extends about 24 feet from the dryer.

They did the job, cleaned up the mess and checked the air flow through the dryer. Quick, polite and efficient.

I had purchased the "big deal" coupon from this provider and was told I would be contacted by them within 48 hours. After not hearing from them for over 3 days, Angie's List contacted them. The provider then sent me an e-mail stating they needed updated contact info, which made no sense as they had my correct e-mail address. I called them and left a message which included my phone number so they could call me. After not hearing from them for a couple more days, I e-mailed them stating I wanted a refund. They just kept responding that they needed my contact info. even though I told them I called and left my phone number and had done everything I could to deal with them. This has been the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with on Angie's List.

The job was professionally completed, and the technician was prompt, courteous and thorough. I will defiinitely use this service again. My only challenge was scheduling the date for service, as I bought the Angie's List coupon but did not follow up with a phone call to set the appointment. The owner and I traded e-mails and eventually got it done, but next time I will take more ownership for getting the service date and time set when I buy the coupon. (Likely my fault, as I'm new to Angie's list and this was my first service). But to reitterate, I would use this company again, and the service was just what I was hopeful it would be.

My experience went very well. The staff was punctual and efficient workers. They were also very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I would recommend this company to others.

There was initial confusion re: setting up a time to do the work, a result of poor office communication. However, things went well on the job. Serviceman informed me that B&B Appliance had installed an illegal transition hose when they delivered the dryer and I was in danger of a possible fire. Of course, I authorized him to replace the hose. I had to rely on the credibility of operatore and Angie's List..

It went very well. The technician knew what he was doing and did a nice job.
