I am very happy with the service. I had never had the ducts cleaned, and I can tell the difference in air quality of my home. All workers were punctual and professional. They explained, took photos of difference in air ducts. Very good job.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was excellent. They were professional and they gave me some good tips in terms of maintaining ducts. It was more than $89 because I wound up replacing something. They noticed that the casing for the ducts to the outside needed to be replaced so there was an additional charge for that. I thought it was a good price. They had another advertisement and it was the same duct cleaning but it was $10 cheaper and it was six months earlier.

They were fine. They came out when they said without delay and did good service. It was very thorough. They were professional, friendly and fast.

It went well. I had no issues. They were clean and picked up after themselves. They were also efficient.

The guys that did the job were friendly and professional. They were conscience of items in my house, making sure not to disturb anything. They were also aware of keeping things neat and clean. They did the job quickly and made sure everything was as clean as when they got here. I had a few questions and they did not make me feel as if I was in their way or a nuisance. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

That was fine. The tech said we needed a new dryer vent hose so I purchased another one from him. The tech was at the home for about an hour. He took the lint with him - there wasn't a lot to clean up after he left.

It was fine. It took one hour to do the job. He blew out the lint and cleaned everything up. He was very good. We had a $20 ladder fee.

CRI cleaned the dryer vent pipe, quickly and professionally. Later, I asked Gene to replace the plastic pipe vent pipe with metal, and he did a great job with that as well. Price was fair and they were honest.

They changed the schedule 3 or 4 times. I also had them repair the dryer duct which included moving the washer and dryer. However, they repositioned the washer and dryer in a different way without asking me prior, and now I cannot utilize some of the space. Additionally, I disliked that one of the men kept walking through the house when checking on the man working outside as well as the other gentleman working inside. It just made me uneasy. The price for the repair work was rather high considering the scope of the task as well.

It worked out very well. It took them about 3.5hrs to do, and they sent 2 techs. They found some dead mice and cleaned them out. They were on time and did the work with minimal interference from me.

When the technician came out, he was right on time to the appointment. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed that the dryer hose needed to be replaced and I had expected that. He had the part with him and installed a new one that would not catch fire. My dryer vent goes up onto the roof and he got up there to check it as well. He completed the work in a timely fashion. The work turned out well and I was very pleased. I have had no problems since.

I read about the danger of clogged dryer vent, so when I saw a deal through Big Deal to do that, I signed up for it. I am glad I did that. One tech from CRI came that day, on time. My dryer is in the basement utility room, which is in the middle of the basement, and the dryer vent is about 30 feet away from the opening to the outside, with 3/4 of the last section is hidden behind the finished drywall ceiling. We went to the utility room, and he spotted right away that I had a flammable duct that I shouldn't be using anymore. He offered to replace it for me for $40. I went ahead with it. It took him less than 5 minutes to replace it. He started the dryer and noticed there was no air blowing out of the vent opening. He suggested that my vent could be disconnected somewhere behind the drywall. And he was right. The way he clean the vent is by snaking in an air hose into the dryer vent from the outside and blowing compress air into the vent, while the dryer is running. Lint would start flying out of the vent. When he snaked in the air hose, the metal head of the hose was caught in the middle, where the vent was disconnected. It took him quite some effort of jolt and jerk to finally get that hose out. But in this process, we confirmed he was right about the breakage and also located the approximate location of the disconnect for me. I asked him if he would reconnect the vent for me, but he said they would not break any drywall as a policy, which I understand. So that part would have to be up to me. Because the vent was broken in the middle, he could not clean the entire section of the dryer vent, but he did finish cleaning the portion between the breaking point and the outside. The whole process took about 1.5 hours. Freeing the hose took him probably about half an hour. Overall, I think he gave me a fairly thorough service and I got more than just a cleaner dryer vent. I had a safer dryer vent duct, I knew about the broken vent, and found out why it was so warm and damp when I dried my clothes. So I was pretty happy when he left. I do have 2 slight complaint later on: 1. I went to Home Depot and found the aluminum duct cost only $10. With only 5 minutes to install, $40 seems a bit steep. 2. Days later, I opened up the ceiling and found where the vent got disconnected. In the same vicinity, there are wires, electric and cable. I don't know if it was the metal duct or the wires that the air hose was caught by, but the tech probably didn't think much of it at the time because he was pulling quite hard. I felt lucky that he didn't pull out or break one of those wires.

Initial communication was not good. I paid for the service through Angie's. On June 6 I received an email from CRI stating I would be contacted later that day. I wasn't. On June 10, I called Angie's list and was given the contact number for the owner of CRI. That gentleman took my cell phone number and promised that his scheduler would call me back. I later arrived home and found a message on the answering machine of my home phone. It was a woman from CRI who wanted to know if Friday the 13th was good. She asked me to call back but left no number. I called the owner who asked me to call another number. I did and confirmed the date with Fay. She also admitted she hadn't looked at the number on the phone message. After all of that, the actual service call was on time , quickly and professionally done. I will, probably, use the company again the next time .

Scheduling was good. They went on the roof, which was at an additional charge. A different provider later found when moving the dryer a large clump of lint still in the duct.

They were on time and cleaned the "L-shaped" dryer vent line. My clothes have been taking longer and longer to dry. I saw there add in the Angie's List booklet and gave them a call. They took all my info and then called me back with a convient arrival time. I am very happy with all my Angie's List contacts.
