Description of Work: We bought the "big deal" for dryer vent cleaning. The technician was prompt and friendly. He explained to me what services he would provide and then went right to work. As you can imagine, the job is quite messy! I was worried about all the dust bunnies that were all over my landscaping outside of the dryer vent. I really had no reason to worry - when it was all said and done, you couldn't even tell I had the service done. The tech cleaned up after himself - inside and out. Two thumbs up for this company!

Description of Work: Original price was $89. There was an extra $39 charge because he had to go into a crawl space to replace a section of bad pipe. He was thorough. Replaced everything he had to move to do the job. I was pleased with the job he did.

I contacted them (Faye) she stated their truck caught on fire & Wasn't sure when she could have someone out here so I will get someone else As this is a gas dryer vent & can't delay service. Description of Work: CRI came to clean our dryer duct but found some structural problem. It was a blessing that we never had a fire. Thanks to CRI our dryer duct is clean and safe, from the dryer to the outside vent.

Description of Work: They tried to clean the duct which I had not been able to use for over 13 years. It turns out the dryer vent was not connected. They fixed my duct systems which was a fire waiting to happen and I no longer have to have my vent in my basement. It all goes outside!!!!! | |The price was not for duct cleaning. It was for adding two major parts for the dryer venting to work. | |The last time I had the vent serviced I was told the problem was the way my addition to my kitchen was done made the distant the vent covered too long. Wrong answer.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for dryer vent cleaning. There were no problems with scheduling. Everything was fine.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent and replaced original tubing with higher quality material for small additional cost. Service was great. Took about three times as long to schedule the service as it took for service to be completed. Spoke to scheduler about 4 or 5 times on different days before all was said and done. If you have a very flexible schedule with open availability this would not be a problem. Actual work performed was professional and quick.

Description of Work: They checked the dryer vent. They were here about 10 or 15 minutes. From what I saw didn't do much. The men were very nice. They were in and out one two three.

Description of Work: Air duct and dryer vent cleaning. We scheduled them to clean the air ducts but because they were so professional and thorough we asked them to do the dryer vent as well. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend them.
