CRI Duct Services

Had a little bit of trouble scheduling due to distance to my house and overwhelming response to big deal, but once scheduled everything went well. The cleaning has cut a third off my usual drying time and I am very satisfied with the service. My only constructive criticism would be to stock more parts on the truck. Since one slat was missing from my outside vent (and I didn't want to replace the whole assembly), the technician recommended I install a critter guard over the vent. If he'd had one on the truck, I would have had him install it. Overall I am very pleased.

He was kind enough to let me know he could not make it the first day but showed up the next morning. They showed up on time and did the job. He also gave me helpful information about my vents.

Gene Zoladz and his partner were so professional. The job they did was incredible. We have owned this condo for 11 years and drying clothes was very difficult until their visit. This is a historic building converted from a hotel to a condo in the 80's. We have had unsuccessful work done in the past. They spent over 4 hours as a team and seem to have resolved all the problems we had. I know they felt like giving up but amazingly they seemed to solve our problems. Their attitude was so positive from the moment they came in (building manager present) and they delivered what they said they could do. In addition as a last minute request they also took care of a unit in the same building which we were selling and getting ready to close on. If I could give them higher than an A+ I would. We were getting ready to replace all the duct work (read expensive) if they could not help. They persevered BIGTIME! Great job Gene.

Purchased the deal and replied to provider's request for desired dates of service via my Angie's List message box. Never heard from provider. Contacted Angie's List on 9/21 for help and got reply. In the meantime, I had a different provider come out to service my dryer and he cleaned the vents. Finally heard from Big Deal provider on 9/25 after I had cancelled the Big Deal.

It was quick and efficient - easy in and out. No issues. My only complaint was the follow up. We asked for an estimate for whole house vent cleaning and we did not receive a response.

I had the coupon for quite some time and honestly forgot about it. When I realized that it was going to expire on Sept. 27, I called around the 12th of the month and talked to a gentleman who said he was at a job and could he call me back. He took all the necessary information and never returned the call. I did not call him back which I should have done.

Glade the brought all their stuff , blockage was about 10 feet into the house...they whr friendly and proffessional..Great job...

It went very well. They were on time and very efficiently did their work. Informed me of what they found and suggested when the cleaning should be repeated.

They came out the last August and the service turned out very good, I enjoyed it. The came out right away and they were great. The did the ducts and it only took them less than hour to do it and my dryer has been working great ever since then. I would definitely use them again.

Very well. Haven't been cleaned since I been in the house (been in the house for about 6 yrs) and I could a difference in the heating afterwards.

We were impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and courtesy. They called to set up a time and then called 20 min. before they arrived to say they were near. Explained the various types of hose vents and assured us that we had a good one. We would definitely hire them in the future.

Getting on the schedule proved to be the most difficult piece of the overall experience. This was due to trying to limit travel time for the serviceman by booking appointments in adjacent communities in the same day. I have no complaints about this custom as it makes sense to me from a scheduling perspective and from a business perspective. The office called in the morning of the appointment to confirm the appointment and provided a 1-2 hour window of time when the serviceman would arrive. The serviceman showed up within the aforementioned window and even called 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The serviceman was professional and performed the dryer vent cleaning in a timely manner (took approx 20-30 min from start to finish).

Very professional, on time, personable, did a great job and finished earlier than anticipated.

Very pleased with service. I have had this done twice in the past (different companies). CRI was more thorough. They verified that I had the right type of ducting. Completely satisfied and will call them when I again need this service.

They actually answered the phone (no answering machine) which was nice. Gene was so informative and pleasant in explaining every detail of the procedure. They were on time, and worked efficiently. The quote I got on the phone was a little lower than the actual because I had more vents than I knew of. They explained the reasons before starting and gave me the option to choose if I wanted to go ahead, which there were no surprises. They did a very thorough job and even clean out the coils of a/c and furnace. I would totally recommend this company.

We purchased "Big Deal" for Dryer Vent Cleaning. Did an excellent job - dryer now works better than it has in many years. In addition, they replaced the outside vent cover and replaced the the hose attached to the dryer. This was at a reasonable additional charge. We then hired them to clean the Air Ducts - as well as replace a section of the attic duct that had been crushed. All was excellent - very professional, courteous and explained all they would be doing and cleaned up all the debris. Would highly recommend.

Gene came in and introduced himself to me. They went to work and were done in no time. They cleaned my vents so good that (I was going to replace) I am happy to leve them up. Thus saving me some $$$$ which is always a good thing. The ducts to my knowledge have never been done. As I am an asthma sufferer this service is gold to me. The work was great! The were absolutely terrific. The technician called to let me know he would be a little late, but he got there right when he said he would. They were very professional and very clean. The air ducts had never been cleaned so they were very dirty, but they got everything cleaned out and did a great job. Their work was very thorough.
