Lou did a great job. He gave an estimate over the phone and completed the work within a few days. He worked with me to find a time to do the work that was convenient for my schedule. He was on time and returned phone calls and it was easy to reach him. He did a good job replacing the light and it works great.

Everything was completed in the manner I expect all work to be done, though few others deliver. The jobs were done right, the area left clean.

Overall this man was wonderful. As I've said above, I would hire him again in a second. He was reasonable, neat, prompt and efficient.

Lou was very professional and demonstrated a great deal of care and pride in his work. He went above and beyond to ensure the best possible options were being implemented; all while consulting us and asking for input as the job went along.

Lou was prompt in coming to our home and giving us an estimate and very prompt and professional in doing the work requested. He cleaned up when the job was completed.

When Lou came, he first checked out my circuit box and all the breakers. He found that the connections were loose so he tightened all connections for each breaker in the box. That may be why the garage outlets were working when he checked them out. He also noted that the breaker box and all breakers needed to be replaced as they were not up to code and let me know what he would do (and later sent a proprosal for the work). I did mention that I'd probably want to do this piece in Spring (no cold or snow) Lou was professional, very knowledgeable, answered my questions. He did a good job and I'd call him for additional work.

Lou was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He checked everything out and had to go out and buy a replacement part for the outdoor lamp. He replaced it one day when I was at work. Everything was done wonderfully and I've had no problems since. I will always call Lou from now on instead of working with a non-electrician for electrical work. I have a lot of confidence in Lou, his honesty, and his work.

Lou did a great job! He came out within hours of our calling about the problem, delivered the estimate that evening, explained what needed to be done and why. He also checked with the service provider ahead of time in order to give us some choices for the repair date. He scheduled the installation time, coordinated the activity with the service provider, handled all permits and corrected a few minor issues that the original builder missed. There's not a question as to who we'll call for the next electrical problem.

Lou is very professional,considerate and knowledgable. He went beyond what he had to do to complete the job to make sure things were done correctly. I will definitely use his services again should the occasion arise.

He suggested a cost-effective method for running the wiring to the new outlet. He arrived on time both to give us our free estimate and to perform the work. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The work was neatly done and he even cleaned up the area after he completed the job. I highly recommend Lou.

I tried replacing this outdoor receptacle box several times. I could not firmly secure the box. Several times the receptacle device shorted out due to water entering the box. I sent Big Lou an email from his Angies listing. He called me the next day. The following morning Big Lou replaced the whole recepactle assembly. The work was completed according to codes and the box is firmly attached to the wall. Thanks Big Lou for a job well done!

Lou's response time was very commendable. He was able to fit me immedatly into his busy schedule and solved the problem. He went above and beyond when he finished the repair professionally all with courtious consideration for all his customers.

After having a couple of estimates, Lou's estimate gave us what we wanted and needed for a reasonable price. During the estimate he was very knowledgeable and well versed in electrical code. After returning from a vacation, either of us could not take off any further work days. We trusted Lou and let him have access to the house to complete the 2 1/2 day project. Lou completed the task as quoted and on time. He even went above and beyond and hung a pull chain light in our furnace room! During this job, we had Lou provide us with another estimate for my mom's house on electrical work that needed to be done. Lou once again gave the best estimate and completed the job as promised. He went above and beyond and even took my mom to the doctor when she asked! What other electrician would do that? We have recommended Lou to friends and family if they should have any electrical needs in the future. We don't look forward to any future electrical issues/needs, but if we do we would definitely call on Lou again!! Thank you Lou!!!

His price was reasonable. He was courteous and helpful. He is someone I am glad I found and I'm happy to have him do future work.

The entire process could not have gone better. Lou obtained all permits; he handled all calls with the illuminating company in getting power turned off/on and in having service upgraded to 200 amps. Lou was very polite and professional. I obtained three estimates from electricians and Lou?s was by far the best. Lou is licensed and bonded. He?s smart in how he approaches a job, yet very modest.

Project went very well. I was up and running in no time.

Excellent, I told my son about him before he started on my house. He did my son's house first and he was really pleased. Moved a switch at my request after can lights were installed - no extra charge! All work was excellent, charges were so competitive that I gave him a tip after he finished. Cleaned up after himself. Very pleasant to talk to. Only issue is that he normally starts his day between 9:30 and 10 a,m, because of other obligations. That worked out well for me as I don't do well first thing in the morning. But it necetated and an extra day or two. I doubt you can do better with price/performance.
