GERI OF B TO Z DISTINGUISHED HERSELF WITH HER SERIOUS AND COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF THE BEST WAY TO APPROACH THE PROJECT WITH MINIMAL DISRUPTION TO VISIBLE WALLS, FLOORS, ETC. HER SUGGESTION OF RUNNING AN ADDITIONAL LINE FOR LATER USE (AT ALMOST NEGLIBLE ADDED COST) WAS A GREAT IDEA. ALTHOUGH SHE ANTICIPATED NEEDED TO MAKE HOLES IN SOME WALLS NONE TURNED OUT TO BE NECESSARY. EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS LEFT N THE HOUSE ALONE TO WORK FOR THE DAY, HER BILL WAS LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE BECAUSE SHE FOUND IT WENT FASTER THAN IT MIGHT HAVE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN THE WISER. SUCH CONFIDENCE WAS NOT INSTILLED BY OTHERS; HER INITIAL ESTIMATE WAS WITHIN RANGE OF OTHERS (MIDDLE). PROMPT TO THE MINUTE; NO SURPRISES; NO MUSS; NO FUSS; ALREADY RECOMMENDED TO COLLEAGUE WHO WAS SIMILARLY THRILLED. HAVING B TO Z KNOW ME AS A CUSTOMER, AND THERE IF I NEED THEM IS ONE LESS MAJOR THING I HAVE TO WORRY A
