Monarch Homes

We have had nonstop issues ever since he finished building our home. The water heater caught on fire because it was filled with mud. The furnace is junk and there are over 300 nail pops and I will have to repaint the entire house now. The garage floods and we had to put gutters above the doors. He continues to state that he is not responsible for the issues. The end of the stairwell is not correct and it was built on an angle. We have to get new floor installed and the driveway is also cracked. This is a new house that was built in 2010. He didn't put the front trees in right they just fell over. He went the cheap route to build this home. The garage door didn't come down correctly and he busted the drywall with a hammer to "repair" the issue. He never paid for any repairs and he stated that he would take care of the water drainage and nail pops but he never took care of it. We don't mind showing you we give tours of how bad his work is and I am tired of him getting away with it. We have to hire other providers to basically rebuild our home since Monarch Homes did not build it correctly.
