They were late arriving, and had equipment failure which delayed completion by several hours. The final result was good. But the appearance of the completed work was not. The plugs in the walls all protrude and will make it difficult to complete the finish for the walls.

This company knows and understands where to get the most bang for you buck when improving the energy efficiency of your home. The team that executes the work has a passion and really cares about doing a good job.

These guys are professionals all the way. They care deeply about keeping the worksite clean and picked up after themselves. I honestly think the place was cleaner after they left. As for the job itself, they had a big job of mold remediation and insulation replacement (contaminated insulation) and did the job quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. The cost of all that was very reasonable and they even helped me find low-cost financing and rebates from Duke. They are employee-owned and each and every one of them cares about doing the best job they can. They are probably the most professional group of people I have ever let into my home.

I rated 4.5 across the board. It would have been 5.0 if they paid my bill! Only kidding! The staff of this company is very helpful and informed. I learned a lot. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Very knowledgeable and helpful

First of all, Flequer is awesome! He is the nicest guy I've had come over from any company ever. Extremely knowledgeable about attic ventilation and insulation. He even informed me about a state program that pays 3% of loan interest to perform the service. I'd say this company goes above and beyond for their customers and it really shows. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to do any sort of energy efficiency type work (insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, etc.) I will definitely hire them again if I need any more work like this done

We feel they did everything they could do on our project. The rest is the HVAC part.

A three man crew came out to the house and worked the entire day to seal air leaks from the interior of the house to the attic, replace canned lighting with LED's and blow insulation. Great work ethic, quiet and kept the work area clean. I was very happy with my choice to go with Sustainergy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed to soundproof a shared condo wall, but after initial consultation decided to also insulate bathroom wall that was always freezing in the winter, add additional insulation to the attic, and seal duct work leaks, as well as a few air leaks in the attic and basement. The crew were wonderful. On time, fast, friendly, and very careful with our home. Above all, they were all extremely honest and never tried to sell more services than I needed. We decided to go with dense packed cellulose for soundproofing and insulation. The price was very reasonable, and everyone was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Sustainergy and would definitely hire them again for a future project.

We had old mouse infested insulation removed and replaced with cellulose. Sustainergy also did a complete job of sealing all the cracks and penetrations into the attic - and complete cleanup. They were all courteous and easy to work with. The price for the work was very competitive. I would definitely hire this company again. I like the idea of working with a coop where the employees are owners. They all worked as if they were owners of the company.
