Did a good job overall, but ruined experience. I wound up missing medication, 2 percocet tablets.

I received excellent service. He worked quickly and efficiently.

The carpet cleaning guy came in cleaned the area's I needed cleaned and recommended ideas what I should have cleaned and what he thought didn't need cleaning. He was very courteous and professional about his job.

The price was right to finally give this a try. We have a lot of dust in our house and we have always wondered how much the ducts contribute. And Im sure the ducts have never been cleaned. Teasdale Fenton professionalism and service was A+ for sure. Im jsut still skepticle the air duct clenaing makes any difference at all. Again, Im not questioning Teasdale, they are awesome - just whether duct cleaning works. I I did notice that, unlike some other service, they use high pressure air by itslef for the most part. Other service use a rotating brush, like a chimney sweep brush, to first loosen all the dust, then blow it out. The service did pull some dust out (they show you afterwards if you ask). But within a week we saw no change in dust on furniture, but I realize dust is not only tied to duct work. In the basement we actually insulated some duct and I had to remove one of the service ducts and there was still alot of dust in there. New dust 3 weeks after service or old desu that never got extracted? I will never know. Again, Teadale Fenton - awesome. I think the controversy on whether duct cleaning works is still out.

Everything went fine. They were on time and professional. Carpets looked good afterward. The house was vacant when the carpet was cleaned, so it was quick and easy for them. They finished in under an hour.

Scheduling the appointment and using my angieslist coupon was very simple and easy! Very nice and polite when scheduling my appointment and letting me know what to do with my angieslist deal. I did have to call back to see what I needed to do to get ready for the carpets to be cleaned, they instructed me that major furniture like beds, dressers and items like that would not be moved by the cleaners but they would take a wand and be able to get under all of that stuff no problem, but sofas. recliners, and other lighter furniture would be moved by the persons who would come to my house. My sofa was not moved at all nor was my tv stand. When I asked the guy if he could get under my bed with the wand, since this is what the customer service rep told me they would do, he looked at me and laughed and said well I can do my best (he did not do his best.) He was not very polite (understandably he was probably annoyed that I had house cleaners at my house the same time as him, which is a whole other review in itself, lets just say I did not schedule it that way and the cleaners had to come back to my house to do their job right, so I did apologize for him having to deal with them but the cleaners had worked on the rooms that he had to go into before he got there and the rooms were ready to go for him to do his job, yet he still seemed annoyed.) I feel like he did not pay attention to detail and he was just very quick and eager to rush to the next room. The job was ok, just wish I had the time or a second person home with me to be able to make sure the whole house was getting what it deserved.

It was a good experience They were fast and their price was the best of the people we contacted. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves.

Teasedale Fenton was on time, got the work done FAST! We called them before we moved in, so the house was empty, and it took less than 30 minutes. Technician was knowledgeable, staff was friendly and courteous; it was a great experience. I will be using them again.

We purchased a Big deal for Teasdale Fenton Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. They came out and cleaned our air ducts. The gentleman did a thorough job in cleaning our ducts. We had this done before but never has it been done this well. Was no dirt or dust after they completed the work. We can breathe easier now.

They arrived on time and quickly went to work. They were done in a little over an hour and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me what was "vacuumed" out of the vents. I was slightly disappointed there wasn't more. They told me to make sure to check the vent in a few days because the dust bunnies would find there way there. I forgot and didn't check for about a month. WHOA! That was a lot of dirt! My house is not nearly as dusty as it used to be prior to the air duct cleaning.

Slow to return my contact to him (Jim). But he made it a right with exceptional work and a great young man that did the work for me. I am rebutting my earlier post where I gave them an F. This is a good company with great quality. Thank you Jim and Staff

Service went alright, however, I felt that the provider was not very motivated about getting some marks out. Overall it was an alright experienced, but will try someone else in the future to see how the compare. UPDATE: The owner made an attempt to resolve my original concerns which helped.

The technicians were prompt, professional, friendly, willing to provide explanation to my questions and were very patient with all of my questions. They cleaned around the areas they worked. Bottom Line: They were a GREAT representation of their company.

We have used the company before - had them clean a basement, steps, and a sectional sofa. It was very easy to set up an appointment online. They arrive on time, work quickly, do a great job, and leave with a certificate to come back and to do a quick clean of the same area within the next 6 months for $50. We will definitely use them again.

Ended up not needing the big deal per providers so instead we had them sanitize air ducts.They are honest. They had two guys come out and they explained everything and showed me some things to help out by purchasing the right filters. They were very helpful and informative.

We are very happy with the results of the air duct cleaning.

I saw an ad in a local magazine. I know they did my parents carpet cleaning as well. They used to do my dry cleaning years ago. Their prices were reasonable in the ad. I had them do five rooms in one of the condos I own. They do an excellent job all-round. I think you can schedule quickly. Usually, within the week you call. The pricing is excellent for what you get. They were able to move furniture. They are accommodating. They did do a nice charge.

I made the appointment. They said there is a $12.99 environmental fee, the rest was the Angie's List deal. They showed up on time, did the work in about 1 and 1/2 hours and were very professional. There was a little debree not all the way cleaned up, so that's the reason for the B rating for quality.

The two young men described how the machine and they would clean our duct work. They were very nice, courteous, above all professional. I called the company afterward and told them they were lucky to have these two young men working for gthem. What a wonderful change to have nice workers and appreciate the business. I have never had my ducts cleaned before but now I plan to do it more often. Great job!

He cleaned my return for free, but was unable to do the vents because they could not remove the vent covers. I appreciated their honesty. They were polite as well. I also appreciated that they called to let us know they were running late.

I scheduled an appointment online late on a Sunday afternoon for Monday morning. The workers showed up a little earlier than scheduled which was a plus. They were very nice and professional to work with. I am very pleased with the work they did for me.

Jiff and Chris did an excellent job cleaning my carpets - very professional, polite and thorough. Explained everything. Dana made appropriate suggestions.

The crew of three worked quickly and efficiently. They cut holes in the main trunk of the furnace to attach their hepa vacuum and create air flow. They patched the holes with galvanized steel and special duct tape. They taped all vents closed and went one-by-one to each vent to blow down the contents. The entire process was very clean.
