Description of Work: Had an initial service call, and Dan, came out and inspected the problems I had reported. Dan was a complete professional and was extremely pleased with the caliber of his service and help! As a result of the work identified, an estimate was provided for other work found as a result of this initial assessment. Had Dan back out today to complete the work and his work is second to none, and would highly recommend this company to anyone in their service area! Thank you for a great job done, and consider me a customer for life!! The great news in my case, is the actual total on the work came in under the initial assessment too!!! Great day indeed!!

We are so very sorry for this. We are not sure what happened. We did receive a message, which was retrieved upon our open hours of 8am, this morning. The plumber on call, said he did not get an after hours call from you. Could there be any way that you called and left the message and didn't prompt the 'on call' plumber? It can be confusing but it's necessary to have the plumber paged. If leaving a message on our answering service, it is not returned until we open again on the next business day, which happened to be this Monday morning. If you did have the plumber paged, for some reason, we didn't receive that page and I'm very sorry for that. Please consider our company again. We do have a man that returns all calls, after hours, every day of the year.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal before reaching out to the provider. I left a voicemail yesterday to set up an appointment for service on my dishwasher. The vendor contacted me this morning to schedule the service, but upon learning that I was having a dishwasher drainage issue, the vendor shared that they did not perform service on appliances. They were very helpful in trying to understand my issue and gave me some tips on how best to proceed.

Description of Work: While calling to schedule an appointment for service, the plumber explained a trick to correct the problem. He stated that sometimes the house shut off valve may leak after being turned on and that I should use plyers and turn the nut on valve a 1/8 of an inch. He suggested that I try it and wait a few days. If everything was okay contact Angie's List to request a refund. Or call them back to schedule appointment. Everything went great and it saved me some money.....
