Description of Work: Swept away provided a full house cleaning for us before we put our house up for sale. All visible surfaces were clean for the most part. The kitchen looked great! |However, The windows in the back rooms did not appear to be cleaned and I found dust and dirt in the corners of our hardwood floor bedroom. Overall I thought swept away did a good job. But for the price we paid and the size of our house (roughly 1,500 sqft) I thought they would get through all of the Windows and rooms more thoroughly.

I just read through the job notes in your account and the reason that the crew did not wash your windows is because they did not know to. Windows are an add-on so unless noted, they would not typically clean the windows. I am so sorry for the confusion. All of our services are listed on our website. Description of Work: The women did a thorough cleaning of kitchen and bathroom in 2 and one half hrs. Everything was sparkling clean including shower, fridge, stove, oven, and floors.

Description of Work: I requested a deep cleaning to prepare my house to put on the market. Carrie responded very quickly and came the next day to do the estimate. She was very good about answering questions and helping me to get a time scheduled that would work for me. |3 ladies came on cleaning day. They worked hard, but were not as thorough as I would have liked. Did a great job on the kitchen and bathrooms (most important), but left a couple of things undone in bedroom and family room - did not dust lamps, did not dust things on the walls, did not dust a built in book shelf, etc. But the house was VERY dirty when they arrived, and they worked hard.
