Description of Work: I had some carpenter bees exterminated per the request of the couple I am selling my house to. Sure Thing was quite helpful working with me and the inspection report that identified the problem. They took the time to document the work they did so I have a clean and easy report to give to the buyers. Great working with them.

Description of Work: I was selling a house, and inspectors had found old termite damage, but no termites. Buyers wanted to have house sprayed. Called Sure Thing, and they informed me that since there was no sign of live termites that the FDA forbids treatment. Buyers would not accept this statement, so l bought a one year guarantee that if they saw termites Sure Thing would spray house for free. | |Sure Thing could have sprayed and charged about $800.00 or more and I wouldn't have known about the FDA law. It's wonderful dealing with such an honest company! I have recommended them to my friends. One friend thought she had carpenter ants, Sure Thing came said they were not carpenter ants and told her what to buy at the store. They did not charge her for the visit, most companies would have charged for service call!

VERY PROMPT. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANY EMERGENCY TREATMENT. THEY CAME WITHIN 3 HOURS ON A ROUTINE CALL AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. AS AN ADDED PLUS, I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE HOME WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A BIG HELP ON DAYS WHEN I WOULD NOT NORMALLY BEEN AT HOME.

I DON'T REMEMBER THE GENTLEMAN'S NAME THAT CAME OUT TO PERFORM THE WORK, (AND CAN'T READ HIS WRITING WHERE HE SIGNED THE RECEIPT!). I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SALES REP THAT CAME OUT INITIALLY (NOT PUSHY LIKE SO MANY SALES REPS). AND I AM TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE GUY WHO CAME OUT TO DO THE JOB. THE TELEPHONE RECEPTIONIST DESERVES CREDIT AS WELL... SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL, AS WELL AS THE SALES REP, AND THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY DID THE WORK.
Description of Work: HE FIRST LOCATED THE NESTS BEHIND MY FRONT WINDOW SHUTTERS; AND RIGHT AFTER SPRAYING THOSE, KNOCKED THEM OUT WITH A STICK, AND STEPPED ON THE ONES STILL MOVING. THEN HE SPRAYED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF MY HOUSE FOR ANY MORE WASPS THAT MIGHT BE NESTING WHERE I HAVEN'T NOTICED. THEIR WARRANTY FOR THIS IS 30 DAYS. IT HAS BEEN JUST UNDER 3 MONTHS AND THE WASPS HAVE NOT RETURNED. (I DO SEE WASPS BUT NOT HOVERING, OR GOING IN AND OUT OF ANY PART OF MY HOUSE.

BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE I WOULD DEFINITELY USE SURE THING FOR ANY BUG PROBLEM. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS THOROUGH, POLITE, AND VERY HELPFUL. THE EXTERMINATOR RESPONDED SO QUICKLY, WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY THOROUGH. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AT MY HOME, GAVE ME A LOT OF INFORMATION, SAID, ''NO CHARGE'' AND DROVE OFF LEAVING ME FEELING VERY GLAD THAT I CALLED SURE THING.
Description of Work: I KILLED TWO HUGE, UNUSUAL-LOOKING WASPS IN MY HOUSE. I CALLED SURE THING AND THE OWNER WAS AT MY DOOR WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF. HE IDENTIFIED THE INSECTS AS HORNETS, AND THEN SPENT AN HOUR SEARCHING FOR A NEST INSIDE MY HOME (WHICH HE DIDN'T FIND). HE THEN LOOKED AROUND MY YARD FOR THE NEST FOR ANOTHER HALF HOUR, ALSO WITHOUT FINDING ONE. HE TOLD ME WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND WHAT TO DO IN CASE I SAW MORE HORNETS, AND THEN HE LEFT.

MY INITIAL CALL WAS FOR A TERMITE INSPECTION ON A TWO-FAMILY. I THEN CALLED THEM BACK TO DO AN INSPECTION FOR MICE. EXCELLENT JOB! MY TENANTS COMPLAINED THAT THERE WAS STILL A PROBLEM WITH MICE, THEY CAME BACK AND SAID THE MICE BAIT WAS WORKING AND WE MOST LIKELY HAVE A SQUIRREL UP THERE. WE ARE NOW GOING TO USE THIS COMPANY ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR INSECT AND RODENT CONTROL TO AVOID THE PROBLEM FROM RE-OCCURRING. VERY NICE PEOPLE.
