Description of Work: We switched from a national chain for regular pest control service. Now instead of every month service it is 4x year so the cost is much cheaper. Mike is really progessional, friendly and very responsive. He took care of a spider problem in our basement that the national chain couldn't resolve for years. The outside spray is very effective and they only spray inside as a last resort.

+ -1 moreThe company responded promptly regarding our concerns with no hassle or problems of any sort. Both their field rep, Scott, and the young lady who answered the phone when I called were polite and professional.
Description of Work: In August I had Sure Thing Pest Control come to my home to treat for insects (i.e., millipedes, ants, spiders, etc.). At that time they treated inside and out. I also purchased a one year pest control service program from them for $90 which provided for quarterly service visits. In between calls (if necessary) would be done at no extra charge on an as needed basis. Yesterday I had them out for a follow-up because my wife and I noticed a few millipedes and spiders in the house. They said they'd do our quarterly inspection and treatment a little bit ahead of schedule. They responded promptly and at no charge. Their service rep (Scott) came out and did another complete inside and outside treatment and also knocked down any new spider webs he saw outside. Before leaving he told us not to hesitate to call if there were any additional problems. He was very polite and professional.

+ -1 moreSure Thing responded quickly after I called. The technician was sensitive to pets in the house and did a very complete treatment both outside and in. He gave the Angie's List discount and provided an estimate for quarterly treatment, $90, for outdoors only. The results were good and all the spiders were gone. I did feel that the quarterly price was somewhat high and did not sign up for quarterly treatments.
Description of Work: Sure Thing treated for spiders inside and outside of the house.

+ -1 moreMade an appointment for them to spray and inspect the house, was easily able to reach the company and was given preparation instructions. On the appointed date, the pco arrived right on time, was friendly and helped us understand what needed to be done and what exactly he was doing. We left the house for a few hours and he was done when we were back, and left his personal number, which I called to ask a question, and he answered immediately and answered my question. Very professional.
Description of Work: Had a bad but not terrible bed bug infestation, hired a different company which did a poor job and seemed to cause them to spread more; many sleepless nights and a lot of stress.

Jerry came out, diagnosed the issue to be carpenter ants that were nesting in the nice warm nesting place. He explained how and why the ants were infesting the insulation, and treated the access routes to the insulation. I was most impressed with the low pressure way he offered me a 3x/year preventative treatment at a very reasonable price.I would definitely use him and Sure Thing again, and recommend them to friends.

+ -1 moreThe owner is Camille. They were excellent. I was stunned at how good they were. The guy analyzed that I had the acrobat ants. I have a four-family apartment building. He said that they were coming off the shrubbery and the trees that were too close to the building as well as touching the building. We had to cut that all back. It was one application and it was all over. I was dumbfounded at how good they were. I asked if I need to have more treatments and he said not needed. I was really pleased with them. He came around 8'o clock in the morning, so I could let him do the work. I didn't even have to go to check on him.
Description of Work: Sure Thing Pest Control came out and did the treatment for the acrobat ants.

+ -1 moreWhen I called them on the phone, they took a long time explaining things to me. The first time they came out they spent about 2 and half hours going through everything. I didn’t get a lot of estimates. When I called particularly about the mice treatment their price was in line with other places but in terms of yearly price I am not sure.
Description of Work: We use Sure Thing Pest Control for pest control. I have been using them for the last two months. They treat for both mice and bugs. I have a quarterly service with them. The last time he was here to follow up on the mice treatment.

We have a home with a wooden setting so we have spiders and stuff and whenever we have a problem they come and take care of it. I haven’t compared the price.
