They are a good and reliable company.

They have always been responsive and totally took care of the problem. I am on a yearly contract and I will continue with them. We had used them at work so I began using them at home. I have used them for about the last five years and they are great. I will use them again in the future.

I like the fact that they work with me to use non-toxic products. I don’t know what they charge and I haven’t compared it to the others. I guess the only thing that I was unhappy with was, I had a little trouble getting them to come here for the indoor inspection at a time when I’m at home because I’m working. I will continue to use them in the future.

On an average I spend $83 or $88 every other month on that service. They do an inside and outside spray for the service I have set up. What stands out the most, unfortunately is not the most pleasant thing is the turnover rate for technicians that come over to our location. I was told that on the west side of town it is such a far drive from the pole of technicians they have from that area that they either quit that route or are either short staffed. In a period of time that I have been using the services maybe about 5 or 6 different guys that have come and it makes my wife especially uncomfortable with different people that come in and out, so there is no room for familiarity. I haven’t shopped around too much for the price.

We used two other companies prior to hiring them. Those companies were not successful. Orkin was here about six or seven hours, and their treatment worked the first time.

I've been using them for about 7 years. I have a contract with them, but they'll also come out if I have scary things pointing around. The guy who comes out is based in Loveland, but they do the whole city of Cincinnati. When they come and spray, they've never killed anything or it doesn't do anything bad. I'm pleased with them.

I am happy with them. Their pricing is crazy but they keep the bugs out. If I had a problem between cycles then they come out and spray without extra cost which is a nice thing.

So far, so good. They’ve been very responsive, and we’ll continue using them.

I spent probably $100 for an inspection because I was buying my house. I used them at my old house and they did a very good job. When there were any insects that came back, I called them and they were right out there and took care of it without a problem.

I haven't had any problems since they've been doing it, so I'm happy. The technician that they've been sending out has been great.

We use their service for every three months. We do not have any bugs after using Orkin Pest Control service. Their price has gone up recently. They are punctual and they are here when they are supposed to be here. I would use their service in the future too.

I had service within 2 hours of my call. The original person that came out said it was a much bigger problem than they originally thought. He sent out a specialist right away. I was very impressed with their response time, professionalism, and knowledge. The office even called me back to see if everything was going alright and if there was anything else they could do for me. In fact, the woman in the office even gave me referrences for contractors since I was in the middle of a remodel job.

They were out here the week before for my bi-monthly visit. That was on Tuesday. I had seen a mouse, so he set up glue traps. On Wednesday morning I noticed a mouse in a trap that was still alive. They said it would be dead within 20 minutes, but it was still alive when the technician showed up to remove it. Later on Wednesday, another one got in a glue trap, and I had a friend remove that for me because they said they didn't have anyone in the office to come and remove it. Thursday I found a baby mouse in a snap trap. I had a grabber and used that to put it in a bag. I still have my house boobie trapped, but I haven't seen any more evidence of the mice.

We have an older house and we occasionally get weird infestations. They spray the inside of the house and outside. We have used them for three years and they are fine. They give us an automated call to remind us they are coming. We have the same technician. He will only do the outside when we are not home. He will leave a note to let us know he has been there.

If I have a problem they come back out between scheduled visits. They accommodated my needs by setting up the schedule I'm on. They do have a quick turnover with their employees, but I think that is the nature of the business. I have been with them for about 8 years.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY USUALLY CALL BEFORE THEY COME OUT AND MAKE SURE OF THINGS. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR AWHILE. WE USED THEIR SERVICES IN OUR OLD HOUSE AND NOW FOR THIS HOUSE.

I wasn't satisfied in the very beginning with the technician they sent out. I phoned the company and they immediately sent me a new technician. Since then I have been very satisfied with them.

We contracted Orkin pest control service in June of 2005 upon discovering an extensive ant colony in our backyard. Service has been prompt and thorough, from the initial inspection to all subsequent visits. Orkin exterminators have called to remind us of visits before every house call. They have been extremely accomodating to work around our schedules if we were not able to be home on the scheduled day. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of service and the professionalism of the exterminators who have come to our house. Not only are the first 'season' of ants gone, but we believe that through the repeated bimonthy treatments, the entire colony has stopped reproducing. There is no evidence of tunnelling in the yard, and we have not had any problems with pests in or around the house since last June. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who has any pest problem, and consider their services worth every penny.

WE USED THIS COMPANY IN OUR PREVIOUS HOME WITH GOOD RESULTS AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TECHNICIAN ''ERNIE.'' HOWEVER, WHEN WE MOVED, THERE WAS TOTAL CONFUSION ABOUT OUR ACCOUNT FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED THEIR OFFICE TO RETAIN SERVICE AT OUR NEW HOUSE. IN ADDITION, THE NEW TECHNICIAN WAS NOT AS FRIENDLY, NOT AS ORGANIZED, AND DID NOT LISTEN VERY WELL. IN FACT, EVEN AFTER SEVERAL TREATMENTS, WE STILL HAD PEST PROBLEMS.

THEY COME ON A SET DAY EVERY MONTH AND ALMOST THE EXACT TIME. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND DO THEIR WORK IN A VERY TIMELY MANOR. THEY ALWAYS ASK IF ANYTHING NEW HAS COME UP.

OUR SERVICE TECH, RICK LLOYD, WAS EXCELLENT. HE WAS SO THOROUGH AND FRIENDLY. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM BEING AROUND MY KIDS, AND MY SHY TWO YEAR OLD FOLLOWED HIM AROUND THE HOUSE WHILE MY FOUR YEAR OLD DREW PICTURES OF BUGS ON CONSTRUCTION PAPER FOR HIM. :-) WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!!

I TOOK CARE OF THE MOUSE ON MY OWN. I WAS INTERESTED IN THEM TELLING ME HOW THE MOUSE GOT IN. THEY WEREN'T VERY HELPFUL. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY JUST WANTED TO SELL ME OTHER SERVICES. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

I'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND HAVE A MAINTENANCE PLAN WITH THEM. THEY WERE ALWAYS GOOD FOR TERMITES. HOWEVER, MOST RECENTLY, THEY COULD NOT DIAGNOSE MY WASP PROBLEM AND ALSO COULD NOT COME OUT TODAY.

VENDOR DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME, MISSED APPOINTMENT ENTIRELY. ALSO GAVE BAD ADVICE REGARDING ANT INFESTATION.
