Mr. Handyman of Greater Cincinnati

The job went fine. The tech took a lot of pride in doing the drywall to make it look like it had been there for 20 years -- it matched the rest of the drywall. That was okay. It took them a long time to do the work. I've used them various other times and the job tends to vary depending on who comes out. You can request certain handymen, however. They really dig in and do the work.

They did absolutely outstanding. They completed the job in the time allotted. They sent 1-2 techs out per job.

The price was a bit high, but everything went well aside from that. The handyman arrived on time, he did a good job with all of the projects, and he cleaned up after himself.

They brought the wrong color and I had to reorder the part. I waited for the part for many months. Once the part came in that one tech was able to do the job quickly. I thought their price was high and they didn't give me any compensation for the long wait time.

Aside from being a half-hour late, provider performed all the tasks I needed done.

Since the company was unable to do the work, we should not have been charged the 50.00 estimate fee, which we paid. The professionals that they referred us to never responded. We notified the company and told them of dissatisfaction and have received no reply. We described the work needed over the phone and were told some things about licensed folks versus experienced folks and honestly, that was not clear. We advised the company that in the future they may want to be more clear. We overall wasted our time during a stressful time of negotiating our father's estate. We trusted Angie's list and have been very disappointed

EXCELLENT job. The work was done professionally and when hiccups came up a professional answer/process was used to address them. They did a GREAT job.

It went extremely well. I was pleased with their professionalism and quality of work and cleanliness. Everything that they said that they would do, they did. They expedited the work and I was very pleased with that.

I had several soffits that had come loose and one that had come off completely. Mr. Handyman was the only company to respond to my call for a repair. They responded quickly and the repair was completed quickly also. The soffits were replaced and the area them was sealed. This is the second time I have used Mr. Handyman and both times have produced excellent results.

They had two employees come out for me, it was about three hours worth of a visit. They were prompt and they worked hard. They did get the work done for me. They came and did what they said they would do.

I was very pleased with their work. I had doors put in. I did have to call them back because the doors needed to have more caulking around them since they were a little smaller than the original doors that were there. They came back with no problem. The arrived on time and answered some additional questions on other work and gave me some ideas to do with that.

Went better than expected. Very professional, knocked out these projects so quickly I ran out of things for him to do. I now have them on speed dial.

Everything went great, the guy was nice and professional, the work was well done. My problem is it's very pricey and two the scheduling office does not seem to know what they are doing. They didn't schedule enough time the first visit. and it took three weeks for them to get back to finish. Only they didn't get back to finish because they made another error in scheduling and now they can't come back to finish for another 3 weeks. So It's going to take them over 6 weeks to finish a day and a half of work. Totally unacceptable!

I am pleased with the service. Good scheduling process. On time, proactive reminders. I was a couple minutes late for the estimate and he waited. Material costs were reasonable and about where he estimated them to be. I had lots of trouble finding someone to do what seemed fairly straightforward for Mr. Handyman. I had been worried about water leakage for some time. I am completely relieved this was fixed, it looks good, price was not bad and my problem looks like it is solved. Thank you!!!
