This was an electric upgrade for my FIL that is 84 yrs old and lived in a 71 model trailer. None of the other electricians wouldn't take the job. We were desperate to get this mans electric upgraded so that he could receive help for a furnace so he could keep warm during this cold winter. They were quick and got the job done. God bless them!

Tyler was great and friendly! Definitely expensive but did have a pretty big project. Would highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again if needed for electric or plumbing.

On the site it says that they will give you a free estimate but when they call you they will charge a $50 service fee for sending someone out. That person was professional and knowledgeable, but the lady that I talked to that made the appointment for me was shrewd and deceptive because of the way she presented that service fee when I booked the appointment.

My son has informed me what I was charged $432.00 for installing one hanging light fixture (45 min job) this morning is excessive. I am a new widow depending on what I am told. Told job was for 2 men, 2 hrs. 2 men came done in less than 45 min.

Patrick was here within the hour. The issue I was experiencing ended up being a problem with the electric coming into the house (outside of his scope of work). Patrick was able to confirm it was nothing internal to the house and stuck around while Duke electric dispatched their team to further troubleshoot the power connections. At that point Patrick’s work had been completed and he was free to leave, however he volunteered to stick around to help the electric company problem solve. Between Patrick and the Duke electric technician they were able to trace the issue back to poor connection coming into the home on one of the legs of power. While this was not within Patrick’s scope of work he still stuck around to assist the power company in resolving the issue. I am very pleased with the quick service I received and Patrick was very kind and extremely helpful going above and beyond his responsibilities. I would hire Mr. Sparky back in a heartbeat to assist with any future electrical issues.

Contacted me within 5 mins within putting in the rescheduled, Virgil was great, came out quickly and walked me through the wiring in my house and explained some ways the home builders didn't think through some of the pitfalls and an alternative.
