We got prices from different people and Kraft Construction turned out to be the best deal. They were more professional. They stuck to the time frame. They tried to keep the house as dust free as possible. They were always on time. They put their ideas in the form of a diagram and we were happy with that. They gave us a whole itinerary about the time frame and they stuck to their plan. The only time was when we had some bad snow days and they couldn t come out on time. Even then when the weather was cold, they would come out and they were out there still working. I am very pleased with them and the finishing was really good.

The first time we approached them to have some electrical work done in our house, they said that they would not be able to do that for us. Instead, they recommended some electricians whom they thought were good, responsible and experienced. That helped us get our electrician. We had looked in several places, but couldn t get a hold of anyone. Kraft always calls me back, and I appreciate their responsiveness. Though they couldn t do it, they called us back with referrals who could do it. We used their services 2 years ago for some up gradation work for our house and they were great. They always call back the day we call, and that is what I appreciate. I was very pleased with their work and didn t have any disappointment.

We were satisfied with them. They came out and gave us an estimate and the biggest thing that they helped us with was designing the space. They had good suggestions about changing the area. Also, they were very good during the job to keep the work site tidy and clean. Near the end their were several delays on account of missing appliances and such, and we were not informed as to why the delays were happening. So that was a little disappointing, but once everything was completed we have not had any issues. All in all it was a good experience.

Kraft Construction was responsible for any subcontractors that did any work to the remodeling. They were knowledgeable and professional. They kept us informed of everything. I have referred them to others. They were willing to answer any question that I had. I feel we got our money's worth and we love our kitchen.

We were impressed with them because they were so responsive. I was very comfortable with them being in the house. We had some things that we wanted them to fix after the construction and they came and fixed it.

They did a great job.

I told Kraft that if we couldn't make these reconstructed floors, ceilings, and walls look like original work, I did not want to do the project. They assured me they could match the old hardwood and coved ceilings so that you'd never be able to tell, which they proved by doing it. Both bathroom projects were rough: old, tiny bathrooms with not much room to move around, all new plumbing, lighting, etc. needed. The marble tile I chose for the walls turned out to be somewhat fragile, but Roger stuck with it and was very creative and skilled in working out all the quirky corners. Roger and Andy were very good at calling me when certain decisions needed to be made, down to the placement of the recessed area for soap/shampoo in the shower, placement of lighting, toilet paper holder, etc. No assumptions were made, which I very much appreciated. They also explained enough details about the various pieces as the job went along that I understood when there were any delays or changes needed.

After sending in the deposit for the job, we did not hear from the company for a month. I called and got scheduled after a couple of tries. When the fan was initially installed, we were happy with how clean they left the work area and everything seemed fine. We then realized that the fan might not be vented correctly because no attic access was available and no work had been done outside. When they realized that they had not actually run the vent pipe all the way to the soffitt, they also realized that there was not actually an opening in the soffitt where they had tried to vent it. They created several holes in the plywood soffitt (vinyl over it), and reran the vent piping. I had some concerns that the work was done correctly, but one of the owners contacted me and explained the work that had been done, and I am satisfied that it was done correctly.

It was excellent. They are very caring about the job being done correctly.

Kraft did a good job that included quality work and friendly professional employees. They completed the job within their anticipated schedule and included some requested modification without additional charge. Any modifications that did require additional charges were discussed with me prior to continuing the job.

Scheduling and communication was more difficult than it needed to be, but we were partially to blame. We were very happy with the work, which was done promptly and very professionally. The finish paint on the windows had to be redone, but Kraft did so without complaining and completed the job to our complete satisfaction.

WE WERE ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE WITH NO HESITATION.

VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WANTED, PLUS VERY REASONABLY PRICED.

PRICE WAS OVER $100/SF FOR FINISHES ONLY!!! THE ONLY GOOD THING THAT CAN BE SAID IS THAT THEY AT LEAST GAVE ME A PRICE. THE PROJECT IS OBVIOUSLY NOT VERY ATTRACTIVE SINCE MANY COMPANIES HAVE SIMPLY NEVER RESPONDED. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN THEIR WAY OF SAYING THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE WORK.

WE HAD TO WAIT SEVERAL MONTHS FOR KRAFT TO FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. ONCE THEY ARRIVED, THEY TOOK EVEN LESS THAN THE 3 WEEKS THEY ESTIMATED. ALL OF THE CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, CLEANED UP, AND WERE VERY NICE. WE GOT QUICK RESPONSES FROM GREG AND FROM OUR CONTACT EVERY TIME. TERRIFIC JOB!

VERY HELPFUL AND ENTHUSIASTIC WHEN JOB STARTED. AS THE WORK PROGRESSED, BECAME INATTENTIVE TO DETAILS AND CARELESS.

THE COMPANY DID EXTRA WORK BUT DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA. HOWEVER, THE SUBCONTRACTED DRYWALLERS WERE AWFUL. THE MEASUREMENTS THE SERVICEMAN TOOK WERE WRONG, FORCING SEVERAL DESIGN CHANGES. THE BRIGHT SPOT WAS THEIR CARPENTER, HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY COURTEOUS AND TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK.
