We ran into some installation issues with the tiles, which Cody researched and resolved. He also correctly and securely installed a new ceiling fan with a remote. We always run into issues with renovations/repairs to our 90 year old home, but Cody perseveres until the issues are resolved.

Very well. Because of being busy had to wait awhile, but this I expected. Would like not to let the "World" know about him as I would like to keep him hidden so when I need him, he would be available. Work ethic, cleanup,appearance, explanations are all excellent

He did an excellent job installing the door and even came back to fix an issue for a small fee. I am having no problems with the work.

While this was the first time we've hired Cody, we will absolutely contract him to do more work. He demonstrated careful attention to details while hanging our antique mantel mirrors and paintings. And he was an absolutely pleasure to collaborate with. Cody works meticulously and efficiently, and we look forward to working with him again and utilizing other aspects of his expansive skill set.

This was the second time I used Cody to make repairs around the house. He is able to prioritize jobs and trouble shoot problems. He gives advice as to what needs to be done in the future without pressuring or over selling. I trust that he will do a quality job.

We were over charged, and then when I requested a copy of the receipt for the door, I was given a copy of original, and not the original receipt. Outside damage to the garage was done. Looks tacky.

Company was unresponsive. Contacted on 3/22 and got an emailed response on 3/23 saying he would try to contact me over the weekend. Didn't happen and haven't heard from him since. Will be going with another company.

He does bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall work, refinishing a deck. It was just one person. The work took about 3 weeks. The area was back to normal when the work was completed.

All went well. Work was completed within about an hour and only cleanup I needed to do was toss out the old light fixture.

Excellent - he was prompt, reliable, and completed the work efficiently. I'm happy with the outcome of the work.

I called Cody, and he adjusted his schedule to come over within a couple of hours to get it fixed. HIs quick response was a pleasant surprise. All is good. I will definitely call Cody again next time we have handyman repair projects.

It went great. The first time I spoke with Cody, he told me exactly what I would need for the type of mailbox I wanted put in. It was shortly before Thanksgiving and Cody was very busy getting people's homes ready for the holiday. He said he would fit me in as soon as he could and he did; he was here the week after Thanksgiving. He was very professional, very honest, very kind and the price was great!!!! We went over a few things I'll be needing done; he'll definitely be the guy I call for my future "hunny-do" needs!!!!

Cody has great overall knowledge and is very thorough and efficient. I thought that the amount of work that needed to be done would take him the entire day, however, he knocked them out in a little more than a half day so the repairs didn't cost as much as I thought. I used Cody's service's previously and was very satisfied with his work. In addition, he was able to answer and provide advice on some additional repairs/fixes that I will need in the future and plan on contacting him when ready for those fixes.

I highly recommend Cody's work. This in my third time to hire him for work at my house. While his cost is a little higher than some of the others it is well worth it. I have complete confidence that the work is going to be done correctly. I plan to contract with Cody to do further remodeling work on my house in 2017.

Cody in great! He works very hard and stays on time. He is very up front and honest about the repairs and projects that is needed in my home. Which I appreciate very much. He also works with me on timing of projects. My work schedule does not allow me a lot of free time right now. I am so happy I found a company that will really work with me. Cost is very fair, works well with my budget stephanie
