Hartman Painting Company Inc

Description of Work: I had them do interior painting for multiple rooms at my house along with putting up crown molding along ceiling in the living room. I have used this company for some exterior painting previously without any issue. I can not same the exact same for this current job though I am overall satisfied with the results. The crown molding looks goods and they were able to complete the job earlier and for less money than I was initially told. The colors were matched up correctly to the samples I provided. I did find there was limited pre-planning regarding paint colors (received an message on Thurs afternoon they needed the colors on Friday) and we didn't even discuss the style of crown molding until the job had started. I received an email with some pictures to chose from, then had to re-pick because the first one was a special order. There was also no prior discussion they would want me to come check out the work at the end of the last day so I unfortunately didn't get the mid-afternoon phone call and would not of been able to just leave my job without advance notice. They don't include priming the walls so I had to have them come back an extra day to put a third coat on the entry hallway since I wasn't present when they left at the end of the job. The estimator had some issues reading his own notes and needed several conversations to review and confirm what the job included. This also led to some confusion/issue regarding the hallway trim but the owner of the company was very gracious, listened to his customer, and corrected the mistake at no additional cost. They were able to offer me financing though I had to ask several times to get the information from the estimator. They moved my heavy furniture for me but did not cover items as I was told they would (couches/bed). I may be expecting too much as this is my first time for interior painting but since I am paying I want them to follow through as I expected.
