Ahead of the clean date, you pick your "flavor or smell of choice" and they arrive and clean and clean and your home smells wonderful and clean!

The cleaning was pretty good. The windows looked nice and they dusted some hard-to-get-to alcoves. There were a few streaks on wood floors and mirrors but overall all pretty clean. Time spent seemed a little excessive: 3 people for 3 hours. There was no clutter, no changing of linens, no dirty dishes. The window cleaning might have made it take longer but it still seemed a little high. Breakage: A small, treasured, non-replaceable art sculpture was broke. They tried to mend the piece and gave a small discount on the price of the clean.

They cleaned all day without a break, they were very professional and they did a really really good job. I was really impressed.

. I was somewhat confused about pricing. They told me it would be $25 perhour but I was not aware they meant "man" hour so it was actually $75 because they had 3 people . I would definitely use them again on a regular basis if I could afford it.

I have never had a cleaning service come to my home more than 2-3 times. I was never satisfied with the quality of the work after the first visit. I couldn't rationalize the cost with the benefit. After 10 years, I decided to try another company. I have been so impressed by the recurring quality of the cleaning of Fresh Crystal Cleaning. The owners truly care about their services. They follow up on each visit to make sure everthing was done to my satisfaction. They come to check in each visit to "touch base". They are exceptionally service focussed. The workers are wonderful. They are efficient, kind and exceptionally hard working. The house smells amazing due to their use of aromatherapy products. I get to choose the scent. The floors were spotless and the bathrooms were never cleaner.This is the 5th time I have had this company clean my house and I count the days till their next visit. Their work has taken a trememdous amount of stress off my plate. Well worth every penny. The benefit always exceeds the cost.

As discussed I have used them for over a year and they come every 2-3 weeks. I was referred to them by a neighbor who I tiold I was looking for a cleaning service I did not have to "watch". My neighbor told me about Fresh Crystal and their owner Jen. I met with Jen at my house. She was very professional and polite so I gave her a chance. She and her team of three people showed up on time, quickly brought all their equipment into my home and proceeded to tell me what their game plan was and where they were going to start and what their intent was to clean. They asked if I had any special requests and I related a couple which they proceeded to completely fulfill. I had an appointment to go to during their cleaning time and when I returned the house was sparkling. I do not think it had ever been this clean. Plus they locked up after them selves and left me a note

I really needed my house cleaned for an upcoming party and a fried recommended Fresh Crystal Cleaning. They came out to my house so that we could meet and we did a walk-through my house. They shared with me aspects of their unique service, showed me their cleaning products and gave me a very fair price for the work to be done. At the scheduled time for the service they were very prompt and did an absolutely fantastic job. When we initially met they told me that not only would I see and smell the Fresh Crystal Cleaning difference but I would feel it also. Well I was skeptical but they were very right. I could actually feel the clean difference. I am totally thrilled with Fresh Crystal. I have now scheduled a regular every 2 week clean with Fresh Crystal and I cannot wait for their next visit
