It went really well. I called David Cothran's number and left a message. He returned my call promptly. Over the phone, he explained the different options that were available when replacing the bumper rails. Within one week, he came to our house with another gentleman and removed the existing bumpers. About one week later (because he needed to order the correct parts and the correct color felt to match), he came out and installed the new bumpers. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even remounted our rack hook to the underside of our pool table that my kids had accidentally broken off. I was so happy with his service that I recommended him to my father-in-law who is also having him do some work on his pool table.

David was responsive, polite, professional, and punctual throughout the whole process. He worked around our schedule and did an excellent job! This old pool table looks brand new now! Would definitely hire again.

Came on time and finished job on time. Putting felt on Snooker table is difficult and different than pool table as it is 100% wool. You can't find many people around who do it well. An inexperienced guy can easily rip the cloth if he doesn't know how to do it. The job was very well done. Thanks much!

Dave, the owner, was fantastic! He and his worker arrived at the seller's house before I got there and were already busy at work disassembling the table. These guys are hard workers and Dave is very knowledgeable about what he's doing. Everything went as smooth as silk. I was very happy with the table after it was re-assembled in my house. Dave even gave lots of advice on the maintenance of the table. Price was competitive with other pool table movers in the area. I highly recommend Dave and would hire him again in the future.

David is very good at what he does. Before any services were done he answered any questions I had and even suggested felt that I should buy for the table. He came and picked up the bumpers to fix, before the felt came in the mail. When he came to set up the table he was very efficient and gave lots of advice. I have and would recommend him again.

He educated us about care of the pool table. He was very knowledgeable. we will definitely use him in the future for all our Billiard services.

He responded immediately to my questions, arrived on time, was very quick and efficient and even offered some good advice for lifting the smashed carpet that was left by the table legs being in place for 10+ years. The table was packaged up nicely and was easy to transport to our storage unit. The room was left clean and orderly. We were very pleased with the work and his price which was better than others we looked at. We would recommend this service to others.

David provided excellent service. He is punctual, knowledgeable and his work is of the highest caliber. We began looking for a used pool table in February, 2011. I found David's name on Angie's List. I had several calls with him in preparation for the purchase and move. When I first spoke with him I hadn't found a table but was actively looking. He patiently explained his services and what to look for in a used table. He was very detailed in his explanation telling me many things to look for. When I found a table I arranged a time for him to pick it up on a Saturday. We he dissembled the pool table he found certain support hardware (bolts and screws) were missing. He went to Home Depot on his own on the way to my house and bought about $15 of hardware so the table could be properly assembled. He did a meticulous job. He has my highest recommendation.

I purchased a mid to high quality ($3700) pool table from a local dealer and the salesperson gave me the business card of David Cothran, who would be doing the installation which was included in the price. I'm assuming David was paid by the retailer. Several days later a representative from the store called to ask if I had heard from the installer. She said that I shoud be receiving a call if I hadn't already. I had not received the call at that point, but I gave an 'A' rating because after a week, I called him myself and was happy with the outcome - He returned my voicemail within two and a half hours and set up the appointment at my convenience as early as the next morning. The retailer had picked up the table from the manufacturer that day and David went and got it immediatley after speaking with me. We agreed to make installation the day after tomorrow to give me extra time to install my light first. He told me what to expect when he arrived, how long it would take, and noted that there would be another person helping. He called the morning of arrival and said they were running a little behind but would be there a little after 10. (Appointment was set for 10) They arrived around 10, but I wasn't watching the clock so I really have no idea. They worked diligently (whatever that means but I've always wanted to use that word) The two men toiled for nearly three hours without gibber-gabbing like some contractors I've had in my home, and only one short break was needed. They said I could watch because they were used to it. He didn't mind me taking photographs for a remodeling scrapbook. After the installation was complete David went over the care and maintenence with me and made himself available if I ever needed his services or had future questions.
