They were excellent. They were very friendly, very professional and very fast. I would absolutely recommend them to others. The price was very good. I think we spent $400. The quality of their work was excellent. They were responsive. They were out the next day. They were great. I certainly would use them again in the future if necessary.

Excellent. Price was great, service was great, installer was very professional and didn't mind me hanging out out chatting while checking up on his progress. I made a couple of trips to the show room trying to decide between models and each time Steve was very courteous, answering all my questions.

sedScheduled a garage door tuneup with them, office was very professional. Before they could come, my door stopped working. I called the office and told them I needed to see them sooner and the moved up my appointment. James came and did the work, I was out of town but my wife went on and on about what a good job he did and how he explained everything he did in detail. Door works great, they did the work for the original $129 without charging for any extras. Great company!

The appointment was made and the job was completed within 5 days of getting "Angie's Deal." The job was done 3 hours later than expected, but a call was made in advance to offer a later appointment that day or another day at my discretion, due to circumstances out of his control. The job was done professionally and quickly and my garage doors work smoother and quieter.

I bought the big deal for Cincinnati Door & Opener on 12/19 and decided that I would call them in the morning to see what appointments they had available. As I was fishing for the number, my phone rang and it was them. I was elated. They arranged to come out that same day. The technician showed up and had my garage door in tip top shape in no time. I was having an issue with the door stopping about 2 inches from the bottom with nothing in the pathway to cause it. Everything works fine now and I am very pleased with their work. I would definitely use this company again.

We signed up for one of Angie's BIg Deals to have maintenance done on our garage doors. The serviceman showed up on time on Friday. All rollers were replaced, one track was straightened, all tracks were greased, and the tension on the door springs was increased on this service call. On Saturday, we heard a big bang in the garage and found out that one of the door springs had broken. It is unclear whether tightening the tension on the springs the day before may had caused one to break, if the springs were just old and it was a coincidence that one broke one day after the service call, or a combination of both. I called on Monday to report the problem. A service man came out on Tuesday and replaced the springs. I had to pay for the springs but not for the service call.

This was a special rate through Angie's list. When I called them for the appointment, they were frendly and professional on the phone. I was told that they would call me this morning, so that I wouldn't have to wait around the house all day. They called first thing this morning and showed up when they said they would. The job was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I will gladly recommend them.

They were professional and on time. When I had questions, they gave me answers that were intelligent and knowledgable. It was a great experience. I would use them again.

After purchasing a new home, we called Cincinnati Door & Opener to examine the old garage door, which would only lift up on one side. James Staton arrived on time and examined the door and recommended we replace the springs on either side with 300-pound springs. He explained to us how the current springs were only designed to lift 150 pounds each and that it represented a safety issue. Having never owned a house with a garage before, we were hesitant on what the cost would be, but was pleasantly surprised when James offered us a pair of lower priced refurbished springs, with a 5 year parts warranty. He then took the time to explain pricing should we ever want to have the door completely replaced, as well as new remotes. Overall, I found him to be a professional, pleasant person who reflected well on his company.

From the company website I was able to link to the manufacturer and see what was available by style and price. Once I had settled on 2 or 3 ideas, I called for a door measure appointment. Vince showed up on time and very quickly determined the final costs for a couple options and estimated install date. This was a custom door size so it took 3 weeks for the door manufacturer to complete. On installation day, the workers kept me informed via phone of when they would arrive. Ernie installed the door and he was very methodical and professional. Drew lent a hand and kept everything nicely cleaned up. They completed the job in one day. I was very impressed with their work ethic and demonstrated experience.

Came on time, was pleasant and informative. Worked efficiently, answered my questions patiently. Did over estimate the cost of a replacement seal that he'd have to get from a contractor ($4 per foot versus $3 per foot - bought it myself).

Onsite services price matched phone estimate (was 20-30% lower in both estimate and services pricing verses other leading vendors I called). Great product education (before and after the sale), superb on time customer service and great value in product. I will recommend this vendor to friends and family. I am now a huge Cincinnati Door & Opener Inc. fan!

My experience with them was very good. They provided very timely service. They were very helpful in identifying the problem and fixing it quickly. I had a coupon with Angie's List and they were very helpful with that.

The service went very well. My gargae door opener was not working. I called this company because of positive Angie's List reports and a $119 "tune-up" special, but I wasn't sure I needed it. The customer service rep I was speaking with said I could wait and talk to the serviceman to determine the need. If I decided to go with the special I could get online and do it then. She didn't try to push me into it. In scheduling, when I wasn't going to be available for the service call the next day, she said she would fit me in that day. The technician arrived shortly after that. First he took a look at my rollers and other parts for the tune-up and said he didn't suggest doing this. He, again, didn't try to push me into it. Then he immediately found the source of the problem (breaker panel). He didn't have the part on his truck and said he could get it by the next day and replace it then. I was disappointed because I knew I wouldn't be available for him to do the service for another week. When he learned this he offered to go get the part immediately and return in about an hour and do the repair. He did this and shortly there after I had a working garage door. The customer service rep and the technician were very professional and friendly and very customer focused.

The technician who performed the reconditioning was friendly and clearly explained why I had been having trouble with getting the door to close all the way. When the spring broke a week later, Cincinnati Door & Opener responded promptly - someone arrived within a few hours and repaired the spring at no additional charge. He said that most companies would tell me I needed a brand-new spring and charge me for the part.

The rep who visited us did a fabulous job of explaining his product, answering our questions, and in general, making us feel like he offered something we wanted to buy. As I mentioned above, the differences between his product and the one we ultimately decided to buy, mostly came down to aesthetics. This company was our second choice - but not by very much!

After he replaced the rollers, it was much more quiet when the door opened and closed. It was a good experience overall. He was personable and did good work. The work didn't take long to finish.

I got a few estimates over the phone for replacing an extension spring. I choose Cincinnati Door & Opener because of cost and coupon. Jim showed up right on time and was very professional & polite. He showed me what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and that the other door had smaller & weaker extension springs than it should (different gauge wire). I had been having a few issues with that door.The spring had broken a few years earlier and replaced by another company. Jim installed all four extension springs and safety cables, lubricated the two openers, checked the lights (replacing one) and lubricated both systems in a very short time. Both doors seem to go up more smoothly and are more quiet now. Jim was great and Cincinnati Door was a good choice.
