Description of Work: They completed a garage door tune-up and roller replacement though a Big Deal. It worked out really well. The workman was great and it was easy to schedule an appointment. When I did first purchase they deal, they explained you do not need the tune-up completed every year. It was assuring knowing they were not trying to pressure their clients into unnecessary work. He explained everything he was doing and the reasons why you should check and tune your doors. I thought that they did a great job.

Description of Work: Steve arrived promptly this afternoon and completed all the work described in the "Big Deal" I purchased on Angie's List for the" $129 for Garage door Tune-Up with Nylon Roller Replacement". installed new nylon rollers, tightened belt on the opener, along with lubing the garage door & opener. Received a receipt with warranty included for 1 year on services and lifetime on rollers. Steve spoke to my husband on how to lub the coil once a year. He was very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend him and his company and will use in the future for any problems or replacement for our garage door and opener.

I did not know who to call, so I worked back with Angies to get the ball moving. The service was as expected, both very efficient and very effective. Description of Work: Cincinnati Door had to replace the roller system and came out on time and completed job quickly. One week later, door began making very strange noises so we had to call them back out. Tech arrived and said the first tech missed installing a very important piece and if we hadn't called, the door would have stopped working at any time. He had to order the part, which took about 3 weeks. The door now works but seems to be very slow and creaks. I have a feeling we will have more issues with it very soon.
