The men were very polite and conscienscious in cleanup. We liked how prompt they were in getting back with us with a detailed estimate. The only negative was when they took a lunch break for an hour. They didn't return for three hours leaving our garage door open when I had asked them to close it when they left. They had a good reason for being gone that long but it would have been nice if they had called. I still would recommend them as they provide a quality service for a reasonable price.

Installed R60 Owens Corning attic cat insulation in my attic. Since this time my upstairs has warmed up and was able to lower my thermostat downstairs by 4 degrees. Whole condo seems so much warmer.

I was beyond impressed by the representatives that came out as they were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They literally broke down the entire process for me and explained it to where I actually felt like I understood everything. Even after the job was complete, they encouraged me to go up and check it out for myself with my own eyes, which I did! I learned so much about insulation after they left I almost felt like I was a part of the team! Mark was very patient with my questions and answered them at "my" level. My husband has passed away and he would have normally been the one working with Mark. The crew was amazing and moved the garage items back into the garage for me since my sons had gone to work and wouldn't be home until way after dark. Definitely give them a try.
