Won't call them again
Description of Work: Called Ace Exterminating and spoke was Matt - Spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining that we had a critter company come out to our home already and they identified that we have mice in our attic - Since they do not do mice we needed to call an exterminating company and that is where Ace Exterminating comes in - I explained everything to Matt and he knew where we lived and said that their best deal was a store front offer on Angie's List which we bought and paid for - When the company called to schedule the appointment we were asked, "If our attic had flooring for the service person to walk on"? I said, "NO just the rafter beams" - They said, "Sorry our service techs don't walk on rafter beams." That's funny because Matt said that they are always in my subdivision and no one in our subdivision has flooring in the rafters because MI Homes doesn't offer it - It's very frustrating when you call a company and they can't even ask you the important questions - When I told you that I had mice in my attic, your first question should have been, do you have flooring in your attic?

We fully explained to Mr. [Member Name Removed] that we have a company policy that does not allow our service specialists to enter attic spaces unless there is flooring to walk on. He even states this in his review. What more can we do? This certainly does not deserve an "F" rating for Professionalism.

TOM THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. RESPONSIVENESS WAS UNBELIEVABLE. I CALLED AT JUST BEFORE 10 AND TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP AROUND 11, THE SAME DAY! THEY ACCEPTED AG LIST DISCOUNT. I HAVE SIGNED UP WITH THEM FOR QUARTERLY SERVICE.

VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. $150 WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO SPEND, BUT THEY SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR THE DAY AFTER I CALLED. THE MAN WHO DID THE EXTERMINATING WORE 'BOOTIES' TO PROTECT OUR CARPET.

SCHEDULED FIRST APPOINTMENT WAITED FOR 1.5 HOURS, NO ONE SHOWED UP. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THE TECH HAD BEEN HELD UP AT ANOTHER JOB AND WE AGREED TO RESCHEDULE. ON THE RESCHEDULED DAY I WAITED 2 HOURS, NO ONE SHOWED UP. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE, THEY SAID TECH WAS TOO BUSY AND I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN. AFTER TAKING OFF TIME FROM WORK OVER A 2 DAY PERIOD, I DECLINED TO RESCHEDULE. IF THEY ARE THAT BUSY, THEY NEED TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW UP FRONT. NEVER RECEIVED ANY SERVICE FROM THEM AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SIMPLY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE JOB ON EITHER SCHEDULED OCCASION. THOUGH OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY APOLOGETIC, IT STILL DIDN'T GET THE TECH OUT TO THE HOUSE. I FELT I WAS TREATED VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY.

HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO COME OUT. STOOD ME UP ONCE, BUT THEN CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY, ONCE I COMPLAINED. DESPITE MY INSISTANCE THAT THEY NEEDED TO BRING A LADDER, THEY STILL DID NOT BRING A LADDER TO GET ON THE ROOF. HAD TO BORROW A NEIGHBOR'S LADDER TO GET ON ROOF. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF NEEDED FOR OTHER PESTS.
Description of Work: CALLED THEM TO EXTERMINATE WASPS. ARRIVED SAME DAY. TECHNICIAN, MARK, CHECKED ATTIC AND OUTSIDE OF HOUSE AND DETERMINED THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO GIVEN THE TYPE OF ROOF AND HOUSE I HAVE. IN ADDITION, SINCE I HAD RECENTLY USED AN INDOOR FOGGER IN ATTIC THIS MADE IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR HIM TO DETERMINE THE ENTRY LOCATION. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS CONSIDERING AND LOOKING FOR.
