Ace Exterminating

I called Ace to assist with an ant problem in the kitchen. Chuck arrived on time and listened to my concerns. The problem occurred when we received a heavy rain, most likely through the crawl space. Chuck did not hesitate to crawl under the house and proceeded to dust the entire crawl space. He then sprayed the kitchen. He even removed outlet covers and sprayed in there! He placed traps around the kitchen and then sprayed the outside perimeter of the house. I have had a couple of re-emergences of the ants and Chuck always comes to the rescue. I will use them again in the summer when the moles start to appear!

Everything seems to have gone good so far and there has been no sign of ants since their visit.

I called this morning around 8:15am, and they had a very friendly and knowledgeable technician out to my house within 2 hours. From the moment I called to the moment the problem was completely solved was less than 2.5 hours. Not only that, but Fred was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use Ace again

H e was very polite and professional. I thought I had a mole but he explained that it wasn't the pattern of a mole. He called back in a couple weeks to check but I haven't seen any more holes.

The company was responsive and attentive to the problem. The cicadas have not returned. We are pleased with the work.

My daughter spotted some bedbugs in her new college apartment. Within 48 hours, Ace came out to treat the place. Nick was so professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to us. Nick said we caught the bedbugs early, but he will be back two more times to inspect and treat the area. We were obviously overwhelmed and freaked out by the bedbugs, but Nick calmed our fears and equipped us with the information we needed. We all slept better! :)

My initial calls were answered, I was able to talk to someone right away; the lady that I talked to was very helpful and the gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable; I have a very positive experience, he explains what he'll going to do, if we have any problems, we will call them back and he make sure he will come back. Each time I called them I spoke to a live agent and not on an automated one.

They were able to take care of the problem completely within a week! Kevin was great to deal with. He came back three times to check on things to make sure the problem was taken care of. Definitely would use Ace anytime for pest problems!

They did a great job, no complaints whatsoever. He explained everything, and reminded me that they may pop back up in the winter, and that he would come back in 3 months to check on it.

It went great I feel they did a thorough job and explained everything well and how we could prevent them as well as there service allowing for additional free visits since we signed up for the year round service if any are spotted we have not seen any spiders or other insects since they treated so very pleased would recommend them over Terminex as I had there services for years and they never did as good of a job and I would always see spiders and water bugs throughout the year and they would say they can't get them all! Well Ace can so they must have a better product is my opinion.

They came out soon after we bought the big deal.They did everything what they said they're going to do.

While having roof work done, the crew discovered active termite activity in a moist damaged part of the roof foundation. I needed someone to come out while the shingles were off to see the damage and help with an appropriate solution. Ace was able to send someone within a couple of hours of my phone call. He did a thorough inspection of the roof, the wood that the roofing crew had removed and then of the foundation around my home. I had another pest control company also come out that day. Although the cost for Ace Exterminating was a bit more, the product explanation was better. After doing a little research on my own to learn more about the options, I felt that Ace offered the better product and the better service. They were able to install their Always Active product around my property a couple of days later.

After speaking to few exterminators and getting estimates, I decided to go with Ace and glad I did! Mark, technician, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He gave me first class service and explained everything he was doing. I recommend Ace Exterminating to everyone!

I called Ace on a Thursday after noticing some carpenter ants and spiders in a house I had recently moved into. After I explained my situation, they told me what they would suggest for treatment and gave me a price. The technician was due to be in my area the next day, but I was not going to be available. They therefore contacted him, and he was able to come to the house that very day. He thoroughly examined the residence both inside and out, and found the source of the carpenter ant problem. He sprayed the inside and outside of the residence, and explained that I might still see some activity from the ants for a few days. This has not, however, been the case. I have not seen any ants or spiders since his visit. The thoroughness and professionalism of everybody I dealt with at Ace was beyond compare. I am going to use them for all my exterminating needs, and would recommend them without any hesitation.

We moved to the Madeira, OH area from Texas and within a month discovered several termite swarms near our family room. Used Angies List and based on reviews used Ace to install a Sentricon Termite System around our house. They explained that this system was the best on the market and as part of the initial cost of $800, they would return to the home every month for a year and check the bait and make sure it was working. Fast forward a year and Ace Exterminating only returned to our home only once and that was recently so they could remove the Sentricon bait after we refused to pay another $220 for another year of maintenance. Explained to Ace that they never even came out during the first year, so why would I pay for another year. They made no attempt to rectify our complaint, and we still have termites swarms a year later. Results and customer service speak for themselves and Ace couldn't deliver on either. Of course the sales guy was nice when he was selling me the system, only to disappear after I cut him a check. Buyer beware!

Interviewed three of the top 5 rated companies on Angie's List for a newly discovered termite infestation found in our house (yikes). Tom Pardi came promptly, assessed the situation and provided a solution. He was very professional and provided us an education on termites and the various approaches to treat. At the end of the day, we decided to take a 'liquid barrier' approach rather than using 'bait treatment'. This decision knocked Ace Exterminating out of the running - otherwise, we would probably have selected them for our problem. There are various approaches to treating termites. I would recommend inviting Ace Exterminating to be a part of your decision-making process. Pricing was competitive with the other companies.

We contacted ACE, based on review on Angies List. We appreciate the time someone took to fill out a review. It helped us to make a great choice.

We are pleased so far. We have only had one treatment so far and have been pleased overall.

Our technician was Joe, who is fantastic. He knows his job inside and out, and is a great guy to boot. He knows exactly where bed bugs hide and live, and how to kill them. DEFINITELY request Joe if you have a bed bug problem. He came to our house every time, and knew our house and knew our situation. Since we didn't have a typical infestation, it was super helpful to have the same technician every time. We treated our home for 4-5 weeks, I believe. We also just did a follow up spray this week (9 months later) for my peace of mind. This was a difficult time for us, and everyone we spoke with at ACE was friendly, helpful and understanding. Eradicating bed bugs isn't inexpensive, but we felt that the service & education we received was worth the price we paid. When I brought in the first bedbug we found to their office to have them confirm what it was, I stood in the lobby crying. The owner, Rick, walked through and told me, "This isn't the end of the world. We can fix this for you." I didn't really believe him, to be honest. However, a year later, I can say, "Yes, ACE fixed this problem for us."

They are prompt and efficient and do an excellent job.

Took two times with ok results. We will bee watching in the spring to see if it cleared the removal.

I wish they would have worked with us a little bit better in setting up the appointments. I am satisfied because they did get to the root of the problem. They billed us an extra time, and that was kind of a hassle to get figured out but they did make it right.

They send the same technician every visit so he knows what the problems have been and knows what to do. When there was a problem between visits he came back at no extra charge. Very easy to schedule through their office. Everyone seems very friendly. Technician is friendly and respectful and covers shoes when he comes in house. Problem of spiders is currently under control, not requiring any inside spraying. Very pleased with service.
