They were courteous and did quality work for us and were punctual. The person that came to install the dead bolts was very clean and well dressed in his uniform. We will continue to use them in the future.

They have great customer service. When they were out he had to drive 20 miles away to get matching handles for my house. He did the job good and right.

I received a call on a Saturday afternoon from my daughter who is the primary driver of the 2003 Focus. She said the key would not turn in the ignition. We tried a spare key and it would not work either. A quick Google search showed that this is a common problem with ignition switches in the 2003 Focus because of the delicate security features in the switch. The consensus recommendation was to go to a locksmith rather than a dealer, so I consulted Angie's List immediately. As soon as I called AB Locksmiths, I knew that I had found the right service provider. They reassured me that they understood the problem and had done scores of these replacements. They also said they would replace the switch with a newer redesigned model that did not have the original design flaw. Within 90 minutes, the switch was replaced at my daughter's apartment on a Saturday afternoon for around $200. I thought this was a great example of reliable, responsive service for a reasonable cost.

Arrived as promised on short notice. Professional. In and out in 30 mins. A little steep on the price but I was seeking quick help.

We have a detached garage with only one entry, through the garage door. For a while we were putting a brick under the door to prevent it from closing all the way, because it automatically locked. We had just had the garage door repaired and it had just broken again, hence the brick under door business. My husband accidentally closed the door without the brick and we were locked out of our garage. Anyway, I called AB Bonded lock and them unlock the garage door for me, and planned to just keep the brick under it again until after I had our baby, because I was due any day. They came, were super nice, unlocked it and the man offered to permanently unlock my door for me (because we had no key) so that we wouldn't have to use a brick underneath it. Wow what a nice guy. I trusted him and came inside and wrote a glowing review here on Angie's List for A and B locksmith. I had a one year old and was due to have a baby, paid him, and then a few days later went to the hospital to have our baby. I hadn't used the garage since they came out because it was Easter weekend and we weren't home. I had family come to our house the day I delievered my daughter to retrieve some furniture from the garage and it was still locked. The man from A and B told me he had unlocked it permanently, since we had no key for it. We had no way of even locking it ourselves. I was mad, but I figured they were an upstanding company and I had already written in great detail what exactly happened on Angie's List. Of course, they would come out and unlock it, since it had been a 4 days earlier that they unlocked it. I had my husband call from the hospital and explain that our door was still locked. My husband was extremely kind to the man on the phone and the eventually the man started screaming at my husband and hung up on him! Then I got on the phone and called from the hospital bed and told him what happened. He called me a liar and 3 way called the technician who told me that he never promised to "keep my door" unlocked. The man was brutal and angry. I was in shock. We had repeatedly asked to speak to his manager and he berated us. I will NEVER use this company again. They have people working there that have no business treating human beings in such a disrespectful and frightening way. I went home and called another company.

It was fairly quick. They hooked up some gadget to the car's data port & cut a key to match an existing key. Probably took 15-20 minutes from our arrival to finish.

We needed to replace a front lock, but the previous one was so old the hole did not fit any modern locks. I stopped by just to inquire about cost, found out the price was reasonable, and they said they could do it right away and almost beat me to my house. 15 minutes later they were done.

They arrived on time, did what they said and were very professional.

I called on a Saturday morning, and the locksmith was there within an hour. He was personable, professional and undaunted by the task. He quickly withdrew the broken key and had the equipment necessary to make replacement keys on his truck. In short order, he was on his way.

It went well. He saved me money and time. I got the new keyfob and the key from the door using his suggestions. I will call him in the future.

I liked the fact that they were honest. They could have sold me new hardware on the part that I was having trouble with, but it was just a matter of tightening a screw. He even knew what was wrong with my door and he fixed it. He gave me a half hour window and he was definitely on time.

They were able to get to us the day I called, but I was the one who needed them to come the next day. The employee showed up right on time, was able to keep our existing door hardware (that we love) and charged us exactly what was quoted. We'll definitely call them again if we have a need for a locksmith.

Outstanding! The representative who answered my call was most cordial and helpful. I called late in the morning and they gave me a 4 p.m. same-day appointment (at my request for something later in the day). The rep was early for the appointment and worked quickly - maybe 30-40 minutes to change all three locks. I thought the price was quite reasonable. It doesn't get much better than this.

The customer service was excellent. They were very friendly, professional and accommodating as I had to change the time on them the day they were planning to come. They worked around my schedule and still came to fix our lock on the day schedule which I really appreciated.

The charge seemed high to me but I don't know how much a dead bolt lock would be. They didn't give an Angie's List discount. Other than that they were fine, they were here promptly.
