When I emailed for a quote, they emailed very promptly (I had requested email reply, not phone). I set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. Shane came out to do the estimate and was very nice and professional, explaining all of the steps that would be done and answering several of my questions. I waited to hear back from a couple of other companies, but the Pinnacle estimate was the best price and they were the most prompt, professional and thorough of any of the companies I contacted. I called to let them know of my scheduling requirements and they scheduled my driveway replacement to fit that. The day of the job, they came at the time they promised, the foreman discussed the work with me (as he had to modify it just a bit to fit the garage floor and sidewalk which meet the driveway), and the crew did the job very well and quickly, in about 3 hours total. I would definitely use them for any related work in the future.

My concrete work is great! It looks very good and the job was done neatly and work area cleaned up. My driveway was another story. I had problem with drainage which they tried to fix twice after the second time I was told it was fixed and that they had checked it. The next time it rained, the problem was better but not fixed. I was told that if a puddle dries in four hours it was not a problem, however this puddle is right at my garage door and I am sure it will turn to ice in less than four hours. I also asked about some areas that had very unsmooth areas of blacktop, my worry was that water would get in to the area with holes and freeze and crack. I was told that is what the warranty was for and then the warranty does not cover cracks. I called about the puddle problem and asked them to come over and look at it and I have not gotten any response. Unfortunatly I payed them when they assured me it was fixed the second time. I would not use this company again.

The experience goes very well. Their price is fair and the service is great. I’ve been using them for around 5 years, and overall, I’m happy with their services.

We had them remove our old asphalt driveway and pour a new one. The date of service kept getting pushed back due to the extremely wet spring we had. That was understandable, but twice they said they would be coming and twice at the last minute pushed it back. They were doing my neighbor's driveway as well, so they brought all the equipment and crews out and did both of our driveways in one day. They were professional and did a good job overall. Only complaint was that they had said they would move the rocks lining our garden next to the driveway before pouring, and they didn't. Afterward, some of the rocks were covered in the asphalt. We also had a very large area of the sidewalk at the end of our drive covered in black. Both problems were fixed by Pinnacle. Mike came out and cleaned off the black from the sidewalk on his hands and knees (!) and he later brought us more rocks to edge our garden, as he told us not to pull the rocks out from under the new drive. We also hired Pinnacle to repair the edge of our garage floor which was concrete and crumbling. They used a subcontractor who was excellent, took great pride in his work, and left our garage with a beautiful new edge. The patch he made to a small area inside the garage also was done masterfully. We couldn't be happier with his work. Overall, Pinnacle did a great job and we would recommend them to others.

They were very thorough, however their quote was too high, so I chose to wait on that project.

I did not use this contractor. Price was fair to good, and they seemed like they had a good handle of my project. There was only one other contractor who could match their quality, price, etc. I would highly recommend getting quotes from this contractor, and I would feel comfortable using them. I cannot comment on their actual quality since they did not work for me. They were my second choice due to price, and I thought the other company was just as good. The price difference was less than $400 (~6%).

The price was reasonable. They were prompt. The quality of work is good.

I think it turned out fine; I think it was a standard job. They called ahead of time to say they were coming and everything went fine. I think their price was in line with other companies; it was better or worse.

I tried to stick with this company because they have an Angie's List "A" rating. In the end I realized any company that still can't give me a price after month of polite reminders can't be trusted to seal a driveway.

Within four days of our April call to the Pinnacle office, the sales representative called to schedule an appointment. The rep, Jeff Landrum, explained the asphalt driveway replacement process, answered our questions and gave us a written estimate/job proposal. Pinnacle gave us a price discount because the two driveways were on adjoining properties. Also, without hesitation, they said that they would work with Blue Ash on the required permit/job inspections. At the time of the April estimate, Jeff said that the job would likely be scheduled for the first part of May. On May 3 we got a call asking to schedule the work for May 6. We confirmed and got potential arrival timing for the 6th. The Pinnacle driveway removal crew arrived slightly ahead of schedule. The paving crew arrived before the removal crew was finished. Pinnacle had tons (literally) of equipment on the street to get the job done quickly/efficiently. Pinnacle does a lot of commercial work and, in this case, they brought those resources to this residential job. It took them five hours to replace both driveways. The sales rep, Jeff, was also the on-the-job supervisor and, although he was juggling other jobs, was on-site the majority of the time. The work crews were single-minded/focused on the job. One driveway had lots of "very-close-to-the-driveway landscaping". In spite of our "don't-worry-about-it" instructions, the crew worked hard to avoid damaging the landscaping. (We do understand that asphalt is hot and leaves will be lost, but these folks did their best.) The owner of the company stopped by to check on progress/asphalt quality (and, while he was on-site, directed traffic for our neighbors who were trying to manuever through the Pinnacle vehicles). The work crews paid attention to detail. Crew members commented that the person operating the finish roller "over does it". We, obviously, appreciated that there was a perfectionst on the roller.

We haven't had the work done yet. They were prompt and polite. I was satisfied with their visit.

Prompt and completed the work in a timely manner. They did a great job.

Community was very satisfied with the finished product and will be using Pinnacle to complete the remaining phases of asphalt in the community.

I am disappointed with the ending product. The driveway wasn't level and it was bumpy. There were some spots where water collected and it wasn't smooth. They did take steps to correct it but they didn't do a good job. I would not use them again.

It went well. They were on time, efficient and well priced. They came prepared to work and had the proper equipment to do the job. I was very happy with the company and would use them again.

I am going to have the work done by them in May.
