Everything went well until the installers came to install the product. They lacked the experience to match lay the laminate flooring. They ran out of flooring, said they would tell corporate and they left. Now after calling the manager at the Chillicothe location, he did come to my home, said that he would let corporate know how much flooring was still needed and informed me that now that corporate was involved that he was out of the picture. (same guy that took my payment in full before any work was started) Also we have called corporate, they tell us that flooring has been ordered, so we are still waiting. Half payment was 12-27-13 in which got the flooring ordered, then the balance of the payment in full was 1-6-14. I will update when all has been resolved. Corporate had their flooring inspector check the flooring and he deemed that it was defective, so corporate agreed to refund my money. After several phone calls to corporate, on the 12th of Feburary I finally received my refund. I'll never again deal with Rite Rug.
Description of Work: Showed product, measured area, drew up contract and took payment in full. The manager at the Chillicothe location said that if I had any problems just let him know.
