I liked the professionalism from start to finish: the lady who answered the phone on first contact, person to did the estimate and called me on cell phone as I requested, and the 2 staff members who came promptly as promised, and cleaned up after them. They all had an air of polite professionalism. Kudos to the R GREENE CONCRETE LEVELING CO INC. I would happily use them again or refer them.

They showed up early, completed the job quickly (about two hours), and did quality work. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

The experience was excellent. They came out in 2-3 days and they did the job. They cleaned up and the job was really great as the sidewalk was very huge. They were very good. I did not deal with them directly as this was done at my dad's house which was fixed up for a sale. They did the work before I expected them to.

It went very well. I was pleased with the work.

No slabs were broken in the process. Listened to what the homeowner wanted and stayed within that realm. Very clean. Professional. Good people.

The job went well and the results were great! Money is tight these days. R. Greene Concrete helped me solve two problems without having to pour new concrete (we cannot afford that right now!). My sidewalk slabs were uneven, creating a pool of water against the foundation of the house. The slab was lifted and I now have no problems with standing water against the foundation. In addition, all slabs were lifted and are now safe to walk on without tripping. I recommend R. Greene Concrete. They are quick to respond, show up promptly, and work efficiently. Turn something old into something new again with this company! I will submit photos of after the job soon.

I contacted several mudjacking companies who told me they couldn't do the work because the slabs were sandstone and these companies drill holes in slabs that they level. R. Greene called me back immediately, had someone come out quickly, and gave me a written estimate. The workmen came out the next week. Both sandstone slabs were leveled with very little if any damage to the grass, shrubs, or other sidewalk blocks. Really good job and I'm glad I could save the original sandstone slabs. They will last another 80 years. :-)

He is very business-like, but takes the time to answer all my questions. I am happy with his care overall.

I have used R. Greene Concrete leveling before. They have responded promptly, stopped by to give an estimate, and had the work done within a few days. Price was right.

He placed a flier in the mailbox that just indicated that it needed to be replaced. I didn't have any interaction with the person who came out. They were no where near as helpful as another company that I also had come out to provide an estimate.

The concrete slabs leading to the front door are now level. Because it was a small job, they worked it in at the end of a day when there was time. I wish I had been informed that this would happen because I stayed home and they never came on the day I was first told they would be doing the work. It rained hard two days after the job was done and the filler/caulk between the slabs sunk. They did come back and fixed the problem. I had also asked for an estimate to level the concrete in front of my garage. Rich said he could try, but did not think it was a good idea because the concrete was too cracked. I'm glad he was honest and I had the concrete replaced by another company.

I was cited by the city for 2 "unleveled" sidewalk squares. I called R. Greene for an estimate, and they came out when they said they would. Their estimate was comparable to or lower than other companies. I called to hire them, and they came out the next day and did the work. I didn't have to be at home for either the estimate or the work, they left the estimate and the bill in the mailbox. I was not inconvenienced at all. The city inspected the sidewalks after the work was done, and the sidewalks passed inspection!

From our first phone contact, this company was a pleasure to do business with. Randy and Rich were both very professional and most certainly knew their jobs. The job site was always kept neat and clean and was left looking better than when they started the work. The job was completed in one day and was completely satisfactory.

Very fast and effective. Called one day, they were here the next. This required leveling of 3 blocks; we leveled one of these within the last 3 years with another company. This was a much more complete job, which required removed of large (over 4-5" diameter) roots. They did this in less than 2 hours. The result is very flat, more level than that spot has ever been in 20 years. Workmen were courteous. Work comes with a 5-year guarantee. They obviously know exactly what they are doing; the speed was unbelievable, the results perfect. The last time I did the one block, I paid $75.00. This is more expensive, but will stay done for a long time. Worth the money.

They were very prompt, honest, and responsive. They came to look when I wasn't home and then stopped by again one evening when they were on their way home. I showed them what I wanted and they let me know they weren't able to level as much concrete as I had. There is very little room to work in with the ramps. If I need leveling done, I will call them again.

They do beautiful work! They leveled the driveway and put in new cement. I'll definitely use this company again if the need arises!

Good experience, prompt call back, job done fast. Price seemed a little high because it was a small job. But they did a good job.

Fast, neat. Did more than I thought they would for the price, and the price was less than I expected. They came out the afternoon of the call and then were out the next day.

They were very prompt in coming out to look at my sidewalk to give me an estimate, but I was a little disappointed that the notice they left simply said the blocks could not be leveled and needed to be replaced. I guess maybe they don't do that kind of work, so there was nothing else for them to say.

Phone call to them one day, estimate the second day, and work completed the third day. They could not have done a better job.

I called them on Friday and they were on Monday to fix the problem. It was astounding that they could get out that fast on a warranty repair. They did a good job fixing it.
