We are a firm dedicated to the needs and / or desires of our clients, be they decorative or necessity. We specialize in offering our clients a wide range of concrete services, from removal and replacement of a driveway to an installation of customized outdoor or indoor entertaining area. Each and every client is valuable to us and we pride ourselves on offering a level of service we know can be difficult to find when hiring a contractor. I apologize but I have gone through every message in my message center and never received a request from this client. I respond very quickly to all requests and especially those where we do not service the area as is the case with this client. In addition I always recommend the client contact the building department for their city to get the names of contractors who are in fact registered and can therefore work in the city. This cuts down on the amount of calls or emails the client has to make. I apologize for any confusion and wish this client the best.

Description of Work: Cement was poured, we started seeing cracks 2 1/2 years after it was done. The response was that we did not put a sealer on the driveway. They said you should seal the driveway every year. Never heard that before until now. Poor quality and poor professionalism

We did not do work for this client as he was not the homeowner nor was he involved in the process at any point because he was not the client under contract with us. The actual homeowner at this particular address was advised how to properly care for the driveway after it was installed, The recommendation to reseal was ignored. It is not uncommon to reseal concrete especially after the winter season and salt usage. Once again I am not aware of who Mr, [Member Name Removed] is but I am aware of the project site.

Description of Work: I had a cement contractor that removed my sidewalk and porch - then disappeared. I needed to get my front porch poured before it got too cold but everyone was backed up and couldn't fit me in. Although Guy was also too busy to fit me in, he found a wonderful replacement to do my job on very short notice. I originally was only getting regular cement but I ended up with a beautiful stamped and multi colored porch and sidewalk. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for rescuing me from my original unscrupulous contractor!

I absolutely did call this client back as I do with all our clients. I was able to leave a message and indicated to [name removed] that we do not service that particular area. I additionally suggested that she contact the building department for the city of Cleveland to request the names of contractors who are both licensed and bonded to work within the city. Perhaps the message was not received which unfortunately does occur on occasion. We certainly wish [name removed] all the best with respect to her project.
