They did excellent work, the guys were very knowledgeable and professional. Replaced about 20 feet of interior footer drain, new sump pit and pump, and cleaned out weep holes.

Arrived on time and gave free estimate. Very friendly and informative. Said we could wait to fix as it was not at a critical point, this will give us time to budget the expense.

Ended up not moving forward at all

Todd, Tyler and their crew did an excellent job so that we no longer have seepage through our basement walls. The men are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. These guys are ex-veterans and treat you with respect. Very careful to care for property and always clean-up at the end of the day. Highly recommend and you will not be disappointed.

Basement Remedy did excellent work. Their crew worked very hard and seemed very proud of their finished product. The concrete steps and sidewalk are very nice. Excellent quality workmanship and service by this company. Their price was higher than a second estimate that we had obtained, but their quality was well worth it.

Very well I believe. We have had 2 major rains and there is no water in the basement. I also like how they reconfigured the lines. We are on a small hill and now the water should hit the hedge on the property line and run on down the hill, Todd was very good with explanations and seemed to really care. I am very happy

Todd described why the walls failed and cracks occurred. His knowledge of the causes and proper ways to repair the block foundation was impressive. We decided not to buy this house but if we did, we would have used his company to perform the repair.

Very professional and very fast to come out for an estimate. These guys were great. They went above and beyond my expectations, and were very reasonably priced. I would use them again!

Todd and his team were very punctual and provided excellent service. We discovered the issue in the middle of another project and Todd's team coordinated his work to not impact the other contractors. They were able to come out the next day and fix the problem within 2 work days. The entire team was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them for any type of foundation work.

I was extremely impressed by Todd's professionalism and the unbelievable amount of knowledge he had about my issues. He even pointed out several things I didn't realize. He completely went through everything with me, and at the end of our interaction provided me with a list of each issue, and what actions he recommended to solve them. He was up front with me in telling me that he runs a smaller operation that is currently very busy, and that he wouldn't be able to get to me for at least a couple months. Todd provided me with an estimate for the work and referred me to another larger company that would likely be able to do the work in a more timely fashion, and at a lower cost. He provided me with the detailed list to present to the other company as issues he recommended resolving. I am blown away with how gracious Todd was to come out and provide me with so much information at no charge. He went above and beyond, and I appreciate that he provided me with a reference for another company to follow up with. If this company was available sooner I would certainly use them.

When he came out he checked everything and said it seemed okay to him. He didn't recommend that any work needed to be done. He didn't charge us to come out and look, but advised to call him if we did need him in the future. He was so nice. I would call him again, and recommend him to anyone.

From the beginning of this project they were professional in every way. They were the nicest group of people we have ever worked with. many of the workers were former military and their workmanship was excellent. Todd was in constant contact and gave us updates as the project progressed. The follow up after the job has been great. This was a big project and not to be left to a novice contractor. What impressed me was their attention to detail and their understanding of foundation and drainage. Todd and crew were here for about six weeks and to be honest they were a joy to have in our home. Great group of men and I can not say enough how happy we are with the results. We paid for quality work and that is exactly what we got. You can not go wrong with these guys.

Excellent workmanship and crew. They are very knowledgeable and the results are evidence of their quality and attention to detail. No shortcuts were made and they went above and beyond to do some extra things for us at no charge. They were very good about putting tarps up and floor runners. We have a great deal of sensitive computer equipment and none of it was damaged. Todd was always available to take my call. It was very nice not getting voice mail and work directly with the ownership. Excellent contractor. I have and will continue to refer Basement Remedy. They also call now and then to check on us great follow up. Excellent contractor to work with!!!!

We were selling a house and needed to make some structural and drain repairs before closing. I explained to the owner of Basement Remedy my situation and he came out that same day to look at the needed repairs. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail. He gave me a estimate on the spot. There was no waiting weeks for a estimate. I was on a time crunch and they were swamped with work. He worked with me and moved some of his guys around to make this happen for me. I must tell you that their work exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make some other repairs that needed to be done at no charge. They were very clean and put runners down on the floors. The work zone was left clean at the end of each day. No loud music or profanity was heard. I thought this attention to detail and true craftsmanship was a thing of the past. The men seemed to enjoy their work as all were very pleasant and professional. I trusted these folks completely in my home. The buyer of my home came over a few times to look at the work and felt very confident with the repairs. Again Basement Remedy explained to the buyer in detail that the repairs being made would leave it a structurally sound and dry basement. They actually helped in the sale of the house by taking the time to ease any concerns on the buyers side. After getting to know the owner of Basement Remedy I was even more impressed to learn that he is a military veteran and hires military veterans. You sure could tell by their attention to detail, showing up on time or early, and did more than was expected. Its good to get several estimates and I did not go with the lowest priced company and have no regrets. With this type of work as in most of the trades you get what you pay. These guys stood out from the pack hands down. I have referred Basement Remedy to some friends and they shared the same positive experience with this company. Quality work and quality people. In closing, house has sold and all parties are happy.....
