Description of Work: Haven't had the opportunity to have Aaron and his guys work on a project for us only because we haven't closed on the right investment property yet. Aaron has been great about responding and coming to give us his expert opinion and analysis on a couple of properties we've been interested in purchasing. Aaron has proven to be very knowledgeable and very interested in building a relationship as a go-to-guy for all our renovation/remodeling needs on any investment properties we find. We are anxious to work with Aaron on as many projects as we can. He did take us by a new home he and his crew are currently building so we could check out their work. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism of the crew. We are looking forward to having them work on our projects.

Each night they would vacuum and clear up there work area so that i did not have to worry about my kids getting hurt on any objects lying around. The price did not change and it was done in a timely manner, within the time frame we discussed. I will be using them again for all my projects
Description of Work: The provider removed and interior wall combine our 3 season room with our living room. During the process we had a new front door installed, 3 windows and 1 picture window. Also, we had new carpet, laminate flooring, outlets, 5 interior doors replaced with all new trim installed. I had a new roof put on and a new skylight and extended our living room ceiling. The exterior cedar trim and siding around the windows were replaced

+ -1 moreAaron and his guys were fantastic! They worked quickly and efficiently, and their attention to detail was impressive! Our house is over 100 years old so everything had to be custom built and the guys had to get creative a few times, but they made it work and everything turned out better than expected. We already have another list of things we need their help with! Beacom Construction is definitely going to be our go-to contractor for work that is needed. There's no need to look anywhere else.
Description of Work: Installed a microwave, built exterior stair railing, installed new exterior door, hung drywall on 2 ceilings and matched the crown molding when ceiling work was complete.

+ 6 moreThe job went really great. Aaron met with us initially to discuss what we wanted and provided plans shortly thereafter. He took care of getting all of the permits, etc. The job went very smoothly from start to finish (framing, wiring, plumbing, drywall, painting, trim work, carpet and linoleum installation and clean up. The completed project and work were outstanding. The most impressive thing to us was Aaron's attention to detail. We would definitely contact Beacom Construction in the future if needed.

Aaron was very careful to stay within the estimates he provided us with, while still bringing issues to our attention and providing us with options to resolve them. Many things were brought to our attention by Aaron and his team that we would have otherwise overlooked. They worked very hard to meet our move-in deadline due to an expiring lease. We had very few issues or problems with any of the repairs or remodeling work. The very few issues we did have, were resolved quickly and without question to our satisfaction and without any extra charges. We are so pleased with Aaron that we will continue to use him for future projects and already have several slated.
Description of Work: Aaron was our general contractor for a major renovations on the home we purchased which had been vacant for 2 years. He turned an eyesore into our dream home. What Aaron and his team didn't do personally, he sub-contracted out and we were equally happy with. We had a extensive list of repairs and improvements which included complete mold remediation and cosmetic repairs (all new carpeting, hardwood floors, paint in all rooms). There were also major repairs to the plumbing, heating, crawl spaces and insulation, roof leaks, electrical repairs to existing unsafe wiring. All three bathrooms required remodeling and the half bath was converted to a full bath. The pool and pool room needed an enormous amount of work and included pool clean up and repairs. There was an old drop ceiling that needed completely torn out, re-insulated and replaced with a new beautiful tongue and groove hardwood ceiling. There was also a custom built bar installed and flooring replaced in the pool room. There were many more projects included in our total projects, but they are too numerous to list individually.

+ 2 moreFrom conception to completion, this was the best construction experience I have ever had (we have owned 5 homes). The blueprints, contract & all communication was clear & straightforward with my requests/wishes/timeline & budget always the top priority. Aaron Beacom is the ultimate professional as are those who work with him. He is thorough, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable & the easiest person to work with. He was so very patient with my many questions & decisions throughout. Their workmanship is top notch. In fact this is so well done that we can't call it a basement any longer but our lower level!! For a single remodel or to build an entire home, I would recommend Beacom Construction without hesitation.
Description of Work: They completed a number of upgrades in the laundry room, bathrooms & kitchen. These included cabinetry, granite counters & tile work. The largest project was a complete basement remodel/finish.

He was very good about staying to the estimates that he provided. He is a good guy, and the people that work with him are also wonderful. We are extremely happy and will definitely use him again!
