We purchased a new home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before moving in. The guys arrived on time and went to work. Although there really wasn't much of an issue with any of the areas that we had cleaned, they all looked great when they were done. Will definitely consider using them again in the future.

Cleveland Steamer was able to schedule soon after I requested the service. They were even flexible about changing at the last minute. They answered phone calls and were prompt to return messages. The cost was comparable to other companies. Dan was friendly, however his casual demeanor come across as slightly unprofessional. They also ran out of fuel in the middle of the job and had to leave to refuel. I didn't have anything else scheduled, so it wasn't too big a deal. That being said, I do feel like these little things make a difference in whether or not to hire them again, especially because there are a lot of companies that provide this service for the same price. As with other providers, I requested there be no fragrances used because of allergies. Although the house wasn't left smelling of chemicals, there were some stains left behind.

Was able to slip us into the schedule due to the proximity of another job. Stated they would be there between 4-6. Arrived at 3:30. I had it covered with my mother-in-law. That could have been a problem with me leaving work early. They were able to accommodate the additional work. Just to note, the door will have to be open to run the hoses to the equipment. The girls complained about the friendliness of the technician - but they are teenage girls. My mother-in-law got their information to have them at her house. So good job guys!

Everything went well. I easily made the appointment and the guys showed up when the were expected to and they worked quickly and accomplished the tasks asked of them.

It went very well! Our carpeting was very dirty. Dan diligently cleaned it until he could get the dirt out. It looks amazing. Same for the rugs. I plan to contact Dan when it needs to be cleaned again. We won't let it get so dirty again! I would definitely recommend Dan to others.

Did a great job, helpful, friendly, professional. Small shop- not a "bog box chain" take pride in what they do. When we had problem with getting keys, they rescheduled for the next day. Got pet stains out and even cleaned old ratty carpet runner on stairs (including the risers and all around)

My carpet looks like I just bought new carpeting for my house. I have 2 medium sized dogs and by looking at the carpet you would never know I had them. I am so impressed with this company. Dan, who cleaned my carpet, was very professional and very knowledgeable about everything relating to carpet cleaning and how to keep it looking good. I thought it would take longer than it did. He arrived a bit earlier than said time (which I greatly appreciated) and took not quite 2hrs. He called to let me know he was on his way. I can say enough about Cleveland Steamer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning business.

I hired this company to clean the carpets in my very large house after move-in. There was so much to clean, and I didn't want to spend a fortune. The technician showed up in an old, beat-up van, so I was a little concerned, but he did a wonderful job. He was very thorough. He walked through the house with me before starting to discuss any trouble spots. He identified a few that I hadn't noticed. I had initially hired him for about 75% of the carpeted area, but he offered a good price to do 100% of it. When he finished, he walked through the house with me again to review his work. I was very impressed with the quality of the service and thrilled with the price. I will definitely have him come back next year to freshen up.
