Description of Work: Fantastic! The cream colored carpet on our stairs looks brand new. The family room carpet, which we were sure we were going to have to replace, now has several more years of life in it. More than that, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone to arrange the cleaning, and the technician who performed the work, were both very professional, kind, and a pleasure to deal with.

Description of Work: Service provider cleaned two rooms and a hallway. Gentleman was courteous and outgoing. He worked hard to remove spots that had been in the carpet for several years, getting all but one out. I found I was outside the service area of the provider after I bought the package through Angie's list and there was a nominal, additional fee. Perhaps service area limitations could be identified in the details of the deal. I was given a three hour window and the service person arrived 30 minutes later than the window provided, which was no problem for me, but could be to someone else.
