We made it so it would cover everything that we wanted done for the $119. I added a chair to be cleaned, and a stairway. I ended up paying $69 more. He came to our house, I had everything moved out of the rooms that I wanted cleaned. He cleaned a mattress and the downstairs steps. When he finished that, he had some equipment problems, and he had to leave. He didn't return for two days. It was inconvenient and unsettling, over the weekend to have workers here. They just sent out one person.

The carpet cleaning itself went well; looks good and obviously much cleaner. He did not move any furniture out of the family room, just moved it around, and only provided blocks for the coffee table. I was surprised that he needed to use my water supply; I've had other companies that did not do this. My biggest disappointment, however, was with his unprofessional appearance. He came alone, wearing jeans and a t-shirt (no company name or logo), driving a beat-up looking van that left oil stains on my driveway. I bought this deal based solely on price. Next time, I think I'll pay a little more for a "name" company.

They did well. They also gave us the pads to place under the furniture until it dried.

It was fine. They did a great job. They came on time, left and took everything with them. Everything was fine but we did not order anything extra.

The service provider was timely and personable. The prior owner had not cleaned the carpets in years and some parts of the white carpet were solid black, so I wasn't expecting much. Most of the carpet came clean and the most damaged spots are now just slightly discolored. In short, I was thrilled with the results. Although I will still have to replace the carpet at some point, I feel better about my family walking on it and its no longer the embarrassing eyesore it once was. My 10 year old microfiber Ethan Allen sectional came perfectly clean and looks like new. All around excellent service.

We were really impressed by the guys that came out and did it. They really knew what they were doing. They were pleasant to talk to and so forth. All of that was very good. I will say that it did not end up doing as much cleaning as maybe we had hoped that it was, but it was kind of a gamble to begin with because what we're concerned about mostly was the remnants of peeing from our dogs on various places. Although in general, it's a nice job, it did not do as much cleaning for that peeing as we had hoped. In fact, we're going to replace the carpet by probably putting in a wooden floor instead. Since, we don't have any complaints because when we called them, made the arrangements, we thought it was kind of a gamble anyway. In general, they did a real good job, but did not take care of the remnants from the peeing of our dogs as much as we have hoped, but that wasn't their fault. It was part of a gamble on our part anyway. They did the steam cleaning very carefully and worked hard. Since, we don't have any complaints about what they did because it was kind of a gamble to begin with. We had hoped that it would have a bigger effect than it did, but it didn't have as much of an effect that we hoped would happen. As I said, that was kind of a gamble, and we're going to do something different now. I don't want to suggest that there's any complaints that we have because that we really don't, with dog peeing, sometimes there's only so much you can do. I think they did as much as they could and it was kind of a gamble on our part. It didn't quite go as far as we hoped that it would, but it wasn't their fault. They worked hard and did a careful job. When there's been enough peeing salted in the carpet for a long enough time, there's maybe only so much you can do, and that was what we found in this case. But, I want to emphasize, we don't have any complaints because it was a kind of a gamble to begin with, didn't helped us as much as we hoped that it would, but we just kind of gamble to see what that cleaning would do, and it's not that they did anything wrong, because as far as we could, they worked really hard, clean and clean and so forth, but when you've had enough dog peeing in the carpet over enough years, sometimes there's only so much you can do. They worked like crazy and many parts of the carpet were very, very clean, it's just there's so much you can do when you got doing peeing that's been sitting there for 10 years. Certainly, if we had carpet cleaning we needed, we would call them again.

Dan showed up and went straight to work, he did quickly and it told me about the age of the carpets and went over some trouble spots with me. He also explained what we should and should not use on our carpets to clean spots. He was courteous and detailed.

Went well. Cleaned numerous areas of carpet in home we moved into. He pointed out how dirty the carpet was and some of the sources of some of the dirt (e.g. not cleaning furnace filters). Quality I've given as a B, because some stains that I would have expected would have come out didn't. This could have been a function of the carpet, but I did expect more of the stains to come out.

They did a wonderful job, going out of their way to get this done for me, and to do it in time. The technician was polite and punctual and the work very well done. I would be thrilled to use them again if they ever expand enough to reach Uniontown area. I will certain recommend them to anyone I know in their service areas. The carpets looked great after, very pleased with the work and the service.

Exactly as promised, very good value and will use again

I called the company to make them aware of the duplicate purchase and we scheduled a date for the work to be completed.

He used a portable steamer because I'm in a high rise building and went over some tough stains two or three times. He showed up during the two hour window that he said he would be here and completed the job in a little over an hour (he did not have to move any furniture).

It was fine. It was a good service. It took 2 hours for the carpet to dry. They were on time.

Dan was knowledgeable and friendly. My carpets look very nice and he did some extra work on something even though I didn't ask him to! I will use this service again sometime.

Groupon for 3 rooms of carpet cleaned. Two rooms of carpet were cleaned, a sofa and chair at additional cost. The carpet was still wet after 3 days, the sofa and chair were not cleaned well and had brown water marks left. They came back out a second time to re-do it all. The machinery was faulty, they had to work on it in the driveway and it didn't suck up the water. The carpet was wet when they left. The sofa and chair still had brown watermarks on it and the carpet began to smell after a few days. Rather than go through it again with them we had Stanley Steamer come out and re-do it all. They were able to get out most of the water stains on the chair and sofa and cleaned the carpet again. They did a fabulous job and were very helpful and sympathetic.
